The entire office was very friendly ..making it a comfortable place to go when you may not be feeling the greatest. There were days I didn't feel like doing the therapy, but staff was supportive in pushing you through your therapy in order to assure I was staying on track for recovery. Can't thank them enough!!! Hopefully I won't have to go back ..but if I need therapy again for something, SERC would be my choice as they are sincere in wanting you to succeed!

This was for a 3-4 minute consultation with Dr. Gregory Horton who was a bit odd and spent at least 1 minute of that consultation to get his password unlocked so he could get into the computer system. The office staff, Nurse Hatchet (don't know her real name), was an absolute hag who yelled at people in the front office (not us, we just witnessed it), and the office was nasty dirty with what looked like mold growing on the soap dispenser.

What's worse is that Athletico wouldn't give me an estimate up front and when I asked questions about bills was repeatedly told things like "it's usually less than that after we work with insurance" or "we're still working it out with insurance" or "we can talk about it next week when our billing guys is back." Bill reaches $1800 before I'm told I owe it all. Raise my frustrations and am told "that's how insurance works, sorry." It actually doesn't - there are other places that are up front with transparent pricing. Not sure is this place was trying to scam me or just incompetent. Tried to make a case for a discount or partial refund but neither the local office or Athletico headquarters would budge. Buyer beware: do you research before you commit to services here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and it cost me big time.

His office staff took care of all the insurance paperwork which alleviated a lot of stress. The care we received was wonderful. It was such a good experience that we have continued to have him as our family chiropractor ever since.

He is on the hospital board and clinic is in the hospital and uses hospital services. For a routine office visit or check up after my daughter's surgery my out of pockets was just under $500. For a check up!!! They use the hospital for x-rays and for a tech to look them over about $800 ($441 out of pocket) and then and office visit $200 ($54 out of pocket). When I asked their staff if he knew about this she said that he well aware of these costs. We have one last check up coming and asked if they could write an Rx for the x-rays to have done else where outside the hospital and said that yes that is OK. Did not know that until a couple of months later when I recieved the bill from the hosptial and then the office for the first visit. I felt that they really didn't care that it costs 10X's the normal amount out of pocket "that's your responsibility to understand this". I guess I should know how to rebuild a car too! Know what your costs are before going to this office or pay so much more than you should.

We used Resolve from January 2023- up until around late last summer. Location: 5/10 The location is ideal, but can be far for folks that live further south. Sadly, it was inconvenient for us. Telehealth is available, but keep this in mind for evening appointments when are battling rush hour and peak travel times. Availability: 2/10 The LSCW we were paired had limited availability. She booked clients back to back, with little breaks in between. This made it difficult to schedule anything with her. Her latest appointment was 8pm; which worked for us briefly, but it quickly led to her burnout and emotional unavailability to my child. It was also pretty difficult to get ahold of her. Initially, I had to reach out to the front desk/admin to relay a message or schedule an appointment. I finally requested her direct email to reach out, which slightly improved communication. Vibe Check: 2/10 The office itself is nice, but the vibe was way off to me. The decor reminds me of a dentist office in the late 70's, early 80s and smelled like the plastic bib they place over you before starting a cleaning. It just did not feel very welcoming or inviting to me. I always felt awkward being in the waiting room. I know it is not easy having your child go to therapy, but nobody looked happy to be there. It was the ultimate doom and gloom. Nap time: 0/10 During my child's sessions, the therapist would wrap themselves in a blanket and doze off. This was no surprise to me, as she scheduled her last appointment at 8pm. Eventually, she started cutting back her hours to be done around 5, but at that point, burnout had set in and the damage to my kid had been done. This is beyond unprofessional. Improper Termination: 1/10 I really do not think termination was properly done with my kiddo in a way that provided closure. Luckily, we were able to find services with another therapist, but there was just lack of communication and closure at the end of our time with her. Again, this is due to burnout, which is common with therapists that book the way she did. Overall: 2/10 I cannot recommend this Resolve location to anyone I love and care about. I honestly believe there is not great management at this location because I observed burnout and the therapists did not seem happy to be there.
