I've been coming to Andrea for eyebrows for almost seven years and I only have ever had positive (+ relaxing!) experiences at Serena Day Spa. They have relocated from their location in Coral Springs to a space within the Renaissance Spa & Salon but they haven't lost the special touch that I've experienced personally and witnessed over the years. Andrea surrounds herself with an amazing staff of women who are kind and amazing at their craft. Laurie, who helped me make my most recent appointment was accommodating and easy to schedule with. She also let me know ahead of time what COVID protocols were being followed. I know during this time the idea of having someone close to your face can be scary but Andrea and her staff take every precaution. Temperature checks are taken at the front and Andrea wore a mask and shield when she did my brows. They are also sanitizing between each of the services. I felt safe and at ease throughout the entire process. I like to get Groupon or Living Social massage deals, especially when I'm on vacation. This place is by far the best salon I've been to. Claudia is amazing! She's the best massage therapist I've had, even the ones back home in Houston. She does Swedish and deep tissue. The massage rooms smell like aromatherapy eucalyptus and have heated massage tables. I would recommend this place to those who live in the area to try it out or get a membership. I observed that they have returning clients cause they knew them by name. A client even gave a little Christmas thank you gift. They're very personable. They have a Keurig and offer tea, coffee, and snacks. They also offer hair, waxing, and nail services. read more

I had the most amazing experience at Serena Day Spa today! I went in for a regular facial and ended up getting so much more!! Flavia recommenced the Hydra Facial with an oxygen and collagen mask add on and it was pure bliss!! My skin looked and felt amazing! My daughter also had her first teen facial and she loves it! I booked a 90 minute Swedish massage here last week and it was excellent. The massage was customized to my preferences. Before starting she verified my "troublesome" areas and reviewed what she would concentrate on. She checked at the start to see if she was using the correct pressure which I appreciated. One of the many reasons I love my job is I get the opportunity to speak to so many different small business owners and discover tons of small businesses. I walked into Serena Day Spa some time ago to speak with the business owner about Aflac Programs and it turned out that they already offered it to their employees. I was happy about that so I got to talking with them and they gave me a short tour of the place. I was impressed with the facility and the prices for the massages so I decided to purchase a gift certificate for my girlfriend and bring her there for a massage. She had no idea where we were going so it was a lot of fun for me, as I love surprising people, especially her! After her massage she expressed her complete satisfaction with how the massage therapist communicated with over about problem areas of her back as well as the quality of the massage itself. They also discussed other very interesting types of services that they offer, such as a couples massage, and afterward, the couple can then join each other in a bath with champagne! Sounds like a nice Valentine's Day idea ;-) I like patronizing the smaller businesses, as I'm a little bit old fashioned so I highly suggest Serena Day Spa if any of you gals are looking for something a little different with a personal touch. Serena Day Spa is the place to go! I got microblading done by Angela (Angie) and I could not have been happier with the process. She guided me through the steps, listened to my preferences, and asked me how I was doing every step of the way. The process was painless until the numbing cream started wearing off and at that point she recommended we fix up minor details during the retouch appointment. I see a lot of people are leaving great feedback for Serena day spa, I don't see what's the real reason for? I scheduled my appointment one week ahead of time, paid my deposit of $50.00 to secure the appointment. The day of the appointment Jessica called me to let me know how she's terribly sorry because she has to cancel my appointment, imagine that i was seating outside in the parking lot which i mentioned to her that we all here. When we went inside, she kept saying "I'm sorry" as if this never happened before. Prior to schedule my service the main complaints were late cancellation. Therefore her apology was not sincere as this is repetitive for them. Not a professional way to do business, my friends and I have canceled our daily lives to make the appointment, and this happens. They had an entire week to call to confirm and make sure their staff aware of the scheduling for an entire week. If your business is using independent masseuse it's best to make sure they also on point with what your business, are scheduling and accepting deposits for? This whole experience was bad enough for us to not even accepted the New time she was trying to offer which seems as she was begging, but not a firm promise to us.. I found this place on group on. I bought a 90 min Swedish massage and was hoping that this place would be worth it. I went and had Valerie as my massage therapist and I was not disappointed. The room was dimly lighted and the music playing was so relaxing. The massage was excellent I even had a hot towel placed on my back to release tension . I had never had that done before even at Massage Envy. I enjoyed my massage and she listened to me when I told her which areas I had the most stress on. I would recommend this place, it's very nice.
