While the esthetician was kind and explained her steps, the actual treatment felt rushed, as if my face was just being "played with" rather than treated. Several of the masks and cleansers caused a burning sensation that wasn't addressed. Most disappointingly, I woke up today with my skin looking worse than when I went in. I also received zero aftercare instructions. I wasn't told whether to wash my face, what to expect regarding irritation, or how to maintain the results. Overall, it felt like a waste of money for a professional treatment.

The interior front portion of the place was very clean, smelled wonderful and had a lot of items that they sold that seemed really interesting. After getting checked in, I went to sit in their waiting area that had a few seats and very dim lighting so I was already getting relaxed while I waited for more relaxation. Once I got called back, I went into another dim room where I got ready under the sheets to begin my massage. I decided to get medium pressure and my masseuse, Jocelyn, was wonderful. Taking the time for the full 60 minutes, I could feel areas loosen while she massaged. I loved that the bed I was laying on was slightly heated and the warm towels and oil she used both felt and smelled wonderful. Once I was done, she was ready with a small cup of water and wished me an amazing day. The price for a 60 minute Swedish massage is $125 and well worth every penny. This doesn't include a tip, so be ready to tip these hard workers! They also offer a membership that I have been contemplating getting because of how well this location treated me for my first time having a massage. Next time I'll try their deep tissue option!

Julianna came and took me to her station to see what I wanted done . I them went to get shampooed and mentioned to Juliana my hair is thick and coarse so needs to be conditioned and combed out, she understood and told the person who was shampoo g my hai. They ended up scheduling the wrong time (an hour earlier than expected.) for the day that she went to go in. The day prior my mother had a stroke and my wife really needed the appointment to relax. Due to the time discrepancy, they would not accommodate and would not reschedule. Their suggestion was to buy another BOGO and spend more money with them. I am sorry, but at this point of having service issues twice I would advise others to find another location. I was reluctant to write up a 1-star review after having such a long relationship with MassageLuxe. But to experience service issues TWO times - I felt it was worth sharing my frustration.

I did some arm exercises and a posture correction for some reason. My upper back was softly massaged and then my neck. Midway I had to put my shirt back on so I could sit down and get my neck massaged that way. My massage if you call it that was over, and I was told how not to sleep and what exercises to do to strengthen and correct my posture. If I was going to the physical therapist this would have been fine but I went in for a deep tissue massage. I left feeling very annoyed and definitely not relaxed. They are friendly and it's clean but it was not a good experience. I suggest finding a different place where they know what they are doing and don't short your time.
