We made an appointment for 2 people when we came in she said we could only do one. Just wasted our time.

Will not go back. I looked online for a place with great reviews. I paid 70 dollars cash for 60 minutes that was fine. I told her during the massage I wanted deep tissue. Through google translate she told me ten dollars more i agreed. On the way out I was giving her ten dollars more and a twenty dollar tip. She said no 25 dollars more. I still gave a twenty dollar tip and paid the 25 just to get out of there . But was definitely taken advantage of. I also asked for ashiatsu which was my main purpose of going there but the massage therapist did not speak English or just ignored what I said. The person who I talked to on the phone spoke English but I didn't see anyone else therr I could communicate with. If the owner was there I could have talked to someone. But apparently when the owner isn't there the employees do what they want. read more

Got an appointment for a last minute massage. The women here were incredibly sweet. We called to let them know we were running late and they accommodated us. The massages were high pressured and perfect for the knots in my back and shoulders. Prices were decent for this area. Would go back and recommend. read more

I visited here with my wife to have massages. We had an interesting experience To start, we scheduled 2 separate massages at the same time instead of a couples massage where we would be together in the same room. This was because the pricing was more affordable and would save us $40 doing it separately instead of together. When we arrived they tried to charge us for the more expensive package, which I think may have been due to a language barrier, but nonetheless it was off putting and felt like I was being taken advantage of. I stood my ground, paid, and we proceeded into our separate rooms, where things really got interesting. Husbands experience : I normally get a massage from a spa where we live before trips but couldn't this time. The normal kind, Hand and Stone type establishment. I've probably gotten 50 of those in my life, so this was not my first rodeo. This was NOT that, it was instead a Chinese massage which I didn't know and had never had. There was no sheet to cover up with on the table, so I stayed fully dressed until the massage therapist came in. She didn't speak English, so we just looked at each other until she motioned for me to get undressed. I took off my shirt and shorts, then she motioned for me to remove my boxers! I confirmed this is what she was asking, she confirmed it was, and I declined as I didn't feel comfortable being fully naked in a room with a woman who doesn't speak English rubbing my body....(Deshaun Watson anyone?) it was awkward. I laid face down and she immediately pulled my boxers down so my butt was 3/4 of the way exposed, which I was not expecting, and I was intrigued to find out why. She then started the massage which was fine, not the best I've had and not the worst, but it involved punching various parts of my body(back, legs, feet is what I remember) and also her straddling my head (in a skirt I might add) to massage my back with her forearms. She went all the way down over my butt, which explained why my boxers needed to be down otherwise they would've prevented her from sliding over them. She did this for awhile and I was face down, envisioning her doing an ab roller type movement up and down my back. It was an impressive display of core strength and felt good, but I've never had a massage therapist do that before She continued to do my back side, and with about 5 minutes left asked me to flip over. Again, there was no sheet on my body so I can only imagine what being fully naked would've been like, but she massaged my neck and chest and then I said I was done with about 5 minutes left. I couldn't leave fast enough 4 stars because it was an experience and a story, but I can't say I'd go back and probably wouldn't go in the first place if this review was on Yelp before we booked them. I had to make a service call in this area. Sitting in the company truck for 15 hours is a special kind of torture that should be reserved for the most horrible crimes. A hot shower and a restless nights sleep did nothing to ease the pain in my back. The next day I made my first service call and I needed some components express shipped to me. That gave me playoff time for supper and to find relief for my back. The restaurant that I ate at was a sushi restaurant and right next door was the Pompano Beach Spa. I entered and I was amazed at how clean and welcoming it was. It was nothing like the Massage Envy back home. I was greeted by Lucy. She is one of the most warm and friendly people that you could want to meet, especially when you are in pain. I had to wait for a few minutes for another patron to get finished and then I was escorted to a nicely decorated room with a massage table in it. There was soft Asian music playing. Lucy listened to my description of the pain and then left the room so that I could prepare for the massage. And what a massage it was. Lucy definitely has soft magical hands. After she was done, I felt wonderful. The pain in my back was just a bad memory. I only dread driving back in that torturous company truck. read more
