Nice people. Terrible experience. They don't know what they are doing. They have no idea what deep tissue massage is, they talk amongst themselves. The facial was worse. I have no idea what they were putting on me. They never identified what my skin type was, just a one size fits all. I am a luxury hotel manager with a lot of spa experience so my expectations may be high, but this was awful. I am not sure they ever went to aesthetician school because the woman doing my facial was teaching the woman who did my massage. I didn't complain because it was my birthday and I didn't want any negative energy, but really, you get what you pay for. read more

Keity was an amazing masseuse. I initially went here and got a couples massage with my boyfriend. He had Keity and had a great experience- I was less satisfied with mine (there was a lot of knuckle on straight bones on mine). Admin Isabella profusely thanked us for giving feedback and we scheduled another massage with Keity. I was 100% satisfied and will come back next time I'm in the area to have a massage with her. She is extremely kind- and although she doesn't speak much English, she always make sure you are comfortable and will use Google to communicate with you. Loved it. read more

Best massage I've had in a really long time. I booked a same day 90 min massage and it was so worth it! I would highly recommend getting a massage here. I visited this spa during my recent trip to Fort Lauderdale. I had the most amazing time. Very nice and clean and very welcoming. I got a 1hr massage and the experience was just amazing. I highly recommend this Spa. Staff was excellent and polite. Everyone made sure I was comfortable and offered Champagne and/or Mimosa when you are checked it. I went for facials with my daughter and we both left somewhat disappointed. When we got there they asked if we wanted to be in the same room and we felt it would be a nice idea. However, the 2 estheticians talked to each other (not quietly) throughout the entire facials. Listening to them made it very difficult to relax. I left with pieces of face mask (I think) stuck in my hair. For the price, there were other nice touches that were missing that are normally done with facials. Everyone was very nice but we will go somewhere else for a facial. read more

The room was very relaxing, the bed heater turned on and the overall temperature quite comfortable (unlike where I FROZE at Elements!!) Aromatherapy and a few hot rocks were used. I had an appointment to get a massage. The massage was fine. She was a little bit rough and didn't speak English. It was difficult to communicate the I came in in the afternoon to get a 28$ gel polish change and I sat for 15 or 20 minutes waiting for them to find a drill that worked and they couldn't find a drill that works so they had to use a polish remover and it took some time quite a bit of time. However, that's not my problem. I was charged 200+ dollars for two services polish change and a massage. Be careful. and she had the audacity to tell me she was charging me that much because of all the manual labor that the nail technician had to use. Once again that's not my problem. I should not have been charged the extra $38. However, the technician was good. The pricing was not. read more

The owner was extremely warm, welcoming and polite when he greeted us upon arrival. We were given a glass of champagne and escorted to the room where our therapist Lanara gave us two AMAZING hydro facials in a soothing and relaxed setting. Lanara was friendly, gentle and informative throughout the entire process and even gave us recommendations. I would give them 0 stars if possible. Aline was too busy chatting with her colleagues and running up to the cash register, while her colleagues sat around doing nothing. She also cut my toe, did not acknowledge or apologize, missed polishing all of my toes, and smudged my gel pedicure. There was no foot or leg massage either. Don't waste you money and go elsewhere! I now have to go elsewhere to have someone properly give me a gel pedicure! read more
