I was gifted a 60-minute relaxation massage and schedule with Alex. The vibe is relaxing, the front desk staff was nice too, although they do really try to sell you the membership packages. The massage was good, but Alex was pretty chatty and I prefer silent massages after the pleasantries are over. He didn't really ask me much in terms of my consultation, so it was more of a general massage instead of targeting specific areas. I would go back again but probably get a different massage therapist. I started to get massages at this location, many years ago and signed up for the monthly recurring for a period of 5 to 6 years. I was very happy with the quality of the massages I was getting. As we entered into Covid, I had requested a one time change due to restrictions. Not only did they not accommodate, but I received a alarmingly frustrating call from someone at the front desk. I ended up canceling and not returning afterward Fast forward to one month ago, when I saw their BOGO. I decided to buy both a massage and facial for my wife. She called and scheduled with them. They ended up scheduling the wrong time (an hour earlier than expected.) for the day that she went to go in. The day prior my mother had a stroke and my wife really needed the appointment to relax. Due to the time discrepancy, they would not accommodate and would not reschedule. Their suggestion was to buy another BOGO and spend more money with them. I am sorry, but at this point of having service issues twice I would advise others to find another location. They definitely cheat you out of time. I was brought in about 5 after 5 then was told I was done by 5:50. My "deep tissue" massage consisted of a physical therapy session. I did some arm exercises and a posture correction for some reason. My upper back was softly massaged and then my neck. Midway I had to put my shirt back on so I could sit down and get my neck massaged that way. My massage if you call it that was over, and I was told how not to sleep and what exercises to do to strengthen and correct my posture. If I was going to the physical therapist this would have been fine but I went in for a deep tissue massage. I left feeling very annoyed and definitely not relaxed. They are friendly and it's clean but it was not a good experience. I suggest finding a different place where they know what they are doing and don't short your time. read more

I had an awesome experience at Massage Luxe. My best friends and I decided to get massages after a fun girls weekend :) My one friend who lives in the area frequents this place often because she's a monthly member and seemed to enjoy the deal she has (I think $50 a month). The customer service was excellent! Everyone was very kind. There's also tea and water in the waiting room, which is perfect because it's really important to hydrate after massages. A staff member even got me a comfy blanket while I waited for my friends to finish up which was so thoughtful! :) I wish I would've remembered who my masseuse was so I could shout her out because she was great. I hate getting massages where the pressure is too light. Just feels like a weak back rub lol. But she was awesome!! This place is ok. It's not the best place I've been too but it is certainly not the worst. I came here due to the fact they offer prenatal massages and I was in dire need for one. They also offered a $41 deal for first time customers and a free foot scrub or aromatherapy for Yelpers who check in. When I arrived, I had some forms to fill out. By the time I was done, they were still working on someone so I had to wait a few minutes which was no big deal. We started my massage at 2:16pm. My masseuse was very nice. She was also a more gentle massager. That was a bummer for me because I like my massages firm or deep. I told her harder a few times but I think because I was pregnant she wanted to be careful. I wish she could have done it harder because I left with my back still tense and a bit painful. It was a nice massage but not enough for me. Also, she stopped my massage at 3:05. 11 minutes early. I was so hurt lol! I wanted my whole hour but I didn't complain because the massage was just ok anyways. Overall, the place had great customer service, they honor their deals, it's very clean and beautiful but just not for me. I left just feeling a little more relaxed than when I came in but my back was still too tense. Plus I just like firm to deep massages. That's a must for me. Wow that was the worst massage of my life. I called this morning to make an appointment that I found on Groupon - it was supposed to be for an hour massage +15 minutes in the Hydro massage thing... I asked for a stronger massage so the woman in the phone told me to come back at an 8 PM appointment because the person on at 12 was lighter. The lady showed up in 7 minutes late , was very nice but super talkative-definitely not what I want at a massage. 40min , she abruptly says okay well come back next time. Also, it's now 850 and I'm fully dressed in the car writing this review.... Horrible! Mid December, my mom passed away unexpectedly. The following week I called to cancel her membership at massage Lux Coral Springs. I spoke with a manager. The manager, gave me her condolences and fully understood and said she would take care of it immediately. My mom had one hour credit on her account which she transferred to my account and I was told it would no longer be charged. In February when I went back from my next appointment, our massage therapist gave me a hug and couldn't believe my mom had passed. He had been notified by the girls at the front as my mom was a long time client of his. Come to find out in April he acct is still being charged. I stopped by the location last Monday and was told the new manager (the girl I spoke with was no longer there) would call me back to take care of it immediately. With no response, I stopped back by on Wednesday. I was told that there was nothing they would do. They would not issue a credit, but immediately stop charging the funds was the only option. I couldn't believe that they would not issue credit back to the card for all the chargers they had continued after I was told by their staff members that they would take care of the immediate cancellation. This is not a case of I forgot to cancel and want them to make up for it. My mom is no longer here they're not out anything. They didn't perform any services. I didn't make any appointments, nothing. I'm pretty disappointed with this business. Back in 2020, right before the pandemia, I was offered to become a member. Since I live in CA, the girl told me that they were opening one in SF and I became a member. With the pandemia, I waited until all normalized. About a year later, I called them to see if anyone from my family could use the credits that I had already paid for since we live in CA and I have family members in FL, the answer was NO. By then, they told me that I could keep paying only $5 per month to keep the account until Im able to use it. Anyways, Im in CA, the Spa in SF is closed and I have all the credits and I can't use it. I've been here twice and I really do not recommend this place. I paid for an hour massage but it's only 40 mins. The masseuse asked me to undress and it took them 10 mins to get back into the room. And the session was over 10 min before the time. Like I understand that they give you time to dress/undress but 20 min??? Today I went back because I got a gift card from my husband (revive package). And the girls forgot to give me the eye/ scalp treatments that was included with the package. And yet I felt rushed again. Don't do it... me and my wife signed up for the monthly membership at $75 a month per person and received two massages for $20 apiece. We decided that we weren't going to go back, so I called five days prior to the monthly charges to cancel both memberships. At first they couldn't find my membership and only my wife's but after a little digging, they were able to find mine also. I told the girl to cancel both. She said she was going to send me a form to fill out and email it back to her because I couldn't do it over the phone so I sent it in assuming that they were going to cancel both. 6 days later I saw a charge on my card for $75 for one membership. I called in and spoke to Amanda the manager, and she told me that my wife's was never canceled. I tried to explain that I asked them to do both. I then filled out the second form and send it in to cancel. I went back to my credit card and put in a dispute which I lost because the second form wasn't sent in until after the due date. I hope they enjoy their $75 membership fee and the $40 I spent for the other two discounted unused massages. I would never walk in this place again it's not about the money it's about the principle. COMPLETE WASTE of MONEY & TIME. I did not like my experience at all. The room was cold, not relaxing, the oil was cold, I requested deep pressure with focus on my calf muscles but received NO pressure and no attention to my legs. The masseuse yawned at least six times and had zero technique/skills. I want to live this place but I can't bring myself to. I have been 4 times and had a different therapist each time I have come in. While each therapist had different techniques and qualities, what they all did have in common was a creep factor and lack of common technique and pressure control. Today I literally have bruises on my gluteus from a massage 2 days ago. During this most recent massage I had to ask the therapist 4 times to adjust his pressure and he did not listen. One would have thought that my body tensing up the way it was he would have read that and adjusted pressure. So, sadly I will be cancelling my membership and moving on. I purchased a gift card for my husband for Father's Day. He called to make an appointment and was told that he would have to have a card on file. He declined because he has had several issues with fraud on his card which has made him request several debit cards in the last few months due to unknown charges on his cards. I called and told them that I have been there, and my card is on file, they can use that, but they said no. Of course, I am not happy about this, the message was already paid for, what was the issue? They said that I could use the card myself, so I called to make an appointment and was told that I had to pay an additional $45 for the 1-hour massage. Why can't I just use the gift card without having to add more? If I wanted to have a regular massage, I understand, now of course I am not having a great experience with MassageLuXe, at the very least the manager should have intervened and made an exception; especially if they wanted to keep a customer. read more

I was told I would have to use membership by mid April, which is funny because everything is closed during the pandemic. It's to no surprise I see this location has horrible reviews. As A ms patient I was in serious need of some help and I was desperate. I just went to what was closet, witch was this location. The guy who gave the massage was awesome unfortunately girl who signed me up(the bosses daughter from what I am told) lied to me and I have been charged a monthly fee since June and I have never received another massage. I go to cancel and the manager says to me that I'm wrong because the girl who signed me up is the bosses daughter. I will be calling my bank and filing a dispute. OVERCHARGED ME TWICE. On the good side, Robert gave me the best massage in my life! I asked for a deep massage with a focus on my hands, arms, legs, feet, neck, scalp, and face. He delivered that and even stretched me and gave me hotels every now and then. Perfect service, flute music, dim and lovely ambience with tea and water. Make sure to check in on Yelp to get free aroma therapy or foot scrub. There is a Groupon for $35 for one hour plus hydrotherapy 15 minutes. The hydrotherapy is a massage bed that has water jets inside the mattress. Cool experience but best is always a human therapist. Now for the bad part. I called ahead to see if they would honor the $35 Groupon or did they want me to buy it online. They said they would honor in store. My friend and I told them that we will get separate rooms, not the couple's room. The Asian lady at the counter said they would be fine with that. When we went to the back, we were surprised to be in the massage room. I did not want to complain, plus it was the first time I had a male masseur. During checkout, I expected to pay $35 plus tip. They surprise added $5 couple's room fee plus 6% tax, which is $43 pre-tip total. I did not want to ruin the day, so I did not complain even though we told them no couple's room. They did not put it on my receipt, but they added another $5 charge same day I am guessing for the couple's room. Massages here have all been pretty good although staff turnover is high. Front desk, managers and masseuse have never been the same. DO NOT whatever you do join the monthly program. I have fallen very behind on getting them done and they only let you transfer a massage once every 6 months!! You can freeze the account but can't use anything you have banked already so it does you absolutely no good. If you cancel you lose all your money so you're absolutely STUCK!!! I have nearly a years worth of massages and unless I'm ably to use them all in 60 days or something like that then I'm out! Run from here!!! read more

This woman is condiswnding, rude, called me a bitch over the phone, hung up on me, wouldnt give me my money back (mind you i was a member for almost 1 year ) and told me she will lock the front door and call the cops on me. All for complaining that i noticed an unsanitary practice during covid. Yes i was upset when i spoke to her but it is her JOB to accommodate the customer and deescalate, she did not do that, she made me more upset with no resolution, she would not let me speak to an owner. No contact info, no call back NOTHING. Every low rated comment on here is about the manager.l I am not the only person who has has this same experience .
