I love, Love, LOVE this gifted healing woman!…read more Her practice should be called "Mountain Miracle Clinic"! I had hurt myself in Crossfit. I know I am not alone here. However, it resulted in a serious knee injury that later required surgery. I had a very difficult recovery. The latest surgery was the second I had on my right knee. I was unable to walk for months. I used a cane for months. It was the absolute worst. I could not walk. I could not climb stairs without significant pain. I was at the end of my rope. I was going to physical therapy three times a week. Still no results... But then... While on business in the Boulder area. I met Tyler and her healing gifts. I had a total of three treatments from her. I was skeptical at first, but I felt much better after the first treatment. I then came in for my second treatment and I noticed I was using my cane less. By the third treatment, although I still had pain I was soon able to climb a stair. Ok, I know what you are thinking: you climbed a stair... big whoop... Well Chata! You have to understand, I could not support myself without assistance. My swelling was substantially less and the resulting pain was reduced by at least half. Tyler had a monumental impact on my healing. I wish that I could go to her more regularly but I live in Phoenix. I offered her a ticket out here but she kindly declined. I would recommend Tyler to everyone I know. Do yourself a favor! Go see Tyler!

She was so caring, patient and mindful - she helped explain why I was having some symptoms that I didn't even realize were related. From the first visit, I felt so much better! She always explains what points are related to what (if you want to know). She is very intuitive and suggested I get tested for a gene defect. I took her referral and sure enough, she was right! This extra information has helped her hone in even more on how to best support my health and was not suggested by 2 MDs and a naturopath I saw in the past. Not that she needed to, but that proved her expertise to me. I also bring my son (she is amazing with him!) and my husband goes now and then for immune support. One time, I felt a cold coming on and she did an entirely different treatment (than my usual adrenal support) and I ended up not getting sick! Through Well Woman Acupuncture, I've seen the effectiveness of Traditional Chinese Medicine and highly recommend WWA to anyone suffering from any ailment or disease.

I'm not sure I could distinguish qi from tai chi when I walked in. Kandace is so patient and explains exactly what meridian she's working on and why (that is, if you wanna know!). Not once did Kandace judge me for mixing Western medicine (i.e. drugs) - namely a round of oral steroids which got me through some acute neuritic pain. She was even patient with me after I came in asking her to poke two specific points that some Indian acupuncturist used to cure frozen shoulder in 1 minute! Yes, one minute - perhaps the arm pain was referring to the brain. With Kandace, expect a warm, caring practitioner who will do her very best to treat you with the utmost respect and make you feel right at home. I recommend her highly if you're looking for acupuncture in the Boulder area.
