The app listed a restriction for September 19th only. I arrived promptly at 8am. I was greeted by a nice person at the front desk. She unfortunately told me that I could not get my vaccine at this time. She stated that it was because there was no physician in the office and that their lab is limited to just blood work and the basic flu shot. She proceeded to tell me that a doctor will be in at 0830 if I wanted to wait or come back. I decided to come back at 0830 and run a few errands in downtown Burlingame/ wait in the car. I came back at 0830 and a provider was in house. I checked in and was able to get my shot. It took about 10 minutes from checking in to getting the shot to leaving the facility. The same person in reception helped me and she was very nice about it. I just wished the times and restrictions were more up to date.

My dad had a really bad gout attack and could not walk (he was literally crawling out from his room in the morning). We took him in and the doctor managed to squeeze in a spot for him on the same day. We saw the doctor around lunch time. Simon was gentle and thorough. He does care and tailor the treatment to each family's situation, which we truly appreciated. After taking the prescription, my dad's symptoms were greatly improved on the same day and was fixed within 2 - 3 days! While waiting to see the doctors, my dad stroke few conversations with patients in the waiting area. It seems that the patients here are all very happy with Dr. Lee, which is really a good sign. One point deducted for the decore and small waiting area of the office. The practice gets very busy very quickly, so it may seem to be not very organized and could be a little chaotic. But if you can get pass that, the doctor himself is awesome. Also, Dr. Lee has a practice in SF as well. So he is in Burlingame location only part of the week.
