    The Snow Queen!
    Jennifer G.

Serenbe Playhouse deserves all the five stars they get. Each production is unique as you follow the performers through the sets, whether it is through the woods for the Snow Queen, or a barn and stables for the Sleepy Hollow experience. They are a must do if you are coming to the area! Each production offers cocktails and snacks that match the production. We flew back down from Boston to see the Snow Queen because the Sleepy Hollow Experience was so fantastic. We walked away knowing our time and money was well spent. We also know that coming back for another production is in our future.

Once again, Serenbe Playhouse has enchanted me with its unconventional production methods. We braved wind and rain and drove an hour out to see The Snow Queen this past weekend only for the production to experience "technical difficulties". Because of the poor weather, the sound only worked about half the time and it was difficult to understand what was going on in such a big group without the audio. HOWEVER, the performers clearly understood what was happening and did everything they could to compensate- that poor Snow Queen was shouting as hard as she could against the wind and they exaggerated their physical actions to help express the dialog. This kind of improvisation is the sign of a good performer- they didn't just stop, shrug, and walk off the "set"... they were "the show must go on", personified. The lack of audio did not take away from the fun settings, gorgeous costumes and the overall spirit of the play. And as soon as the performance was done, they very apologetically thanked us for coming out to see the show- and their sincerity was no act. What gives them this five-star rating is, the very next day, I receive an email from Serenbe Playhouse, apologizing and offering complimentary tickets to any future production. The professional way they handled their downfall is what will draw me all the way back out to the farm in the future.

Slowest service ever.... we missed a third of the show waiting in line at the outdoor drink station with family...they only had one girl bartending and she was the slowest in history... terrible setup and they need more employees to help with customer service and lines... we missed a whole third of the experience due to the slow backed up customer service.. we were also told by one of the actors to join the rest of the crowd but skim the stages / experiences and when told we were upset she and the bartender just laughed at us and shrugged their shoulders

We went to see The Sleepy Hollow Experience! It was so much fun! The 10:30 show did not have a large crowd as other reviews said that's been an issue. I am a short person and I was able to see everything. There is walking and some standing but only in small increments, it's not a difficult hike or anything. The snacks were good and so were the beverages. Stale popcorn, but since it was outside I didn't think about it too much. The experience was great and the cast is so interactive and funny.

We were told "yes, can I help you?" And we were given a very diminishing look. We told the receptionist that we had an appointment at 4:00pm with 30 minutes lounge experience before and after the appointment. When my husband called to confirm our appointment before arrival he was told to come in at 4:00, but mind you we had the deluxe appointment with the 30 minutes prior to our appointment. Upon arrival we were just showed to the back and the location of the shower and bathroom with no introduction of the facility or amenities. The receptionist did not even tell us where the towers or slipper were or how to work the lockers. She told us to give her a minute because our private room where we were supposed to have our lounge experienced was closed. She came back and told us that someone was already in there and that she took the charge off. No offer for accommodation she only said she took the charge off and she told us we could change in the corner of the communal lounge or the bathroom. The bathroom that everyone uses. We were not even offered a private room for us to change. The receptionist went back to the front and we asked if we could cancel and she said she could add the lounge time to after the appointment but we were already supposed to have lounge time afterwards. Then she said she could call the manager to try to cancel and she rushed us out saying we could leave because a couple had just walked in without confirm if we could even cancel. Overall a horrible experience, and very unprofessional staff. This was a completely waste of time.

If I could give no stars I would, it was a waste of time and money. Tommorworld should really do something after such a terrible experience. After the concert ended at 1am, crowds of people stormed to leave the muddy event, the staff directed us to wait in a terribly long line to go to Kiss and Ride or take an Uber, we arrived to the front to find out we didn't even need to wait in that line. We had no idea where to go next other than walk 3 miles back to the taxi/uber drop off, which felt like more than 8 miles after enduring the festival. The only way out was offering to pay a random person a large sum of cash that parked at the festival to take us from the area after walking and waiting 3 1/2 hours. If we didn't think of getting a random car to drive us out, we probably still would have been waiting for an Uber car to arrive at 11am this morning. Good luck to anyone who is attending the concert today after braving Saturday's crazy fiasco. September 26, 2015 was my first and last time ever attending Tomorrowworld!

Maybe I just did not notice it the first year? It can be a little annoying to have people standing around with camera's on sticks around you. 2.) In this snapchat, Instagram era girls are slutting it out, more and more. Lots more REAL skimpy outfits in year two. No complaints here. The lineup of music in year two was simply not as good as year one. Kaskade to close, sure it was OK, but Armin the year before was WAY better. I mean at one point Kaskade just plays the summer anthem, no mixing, no remix....BORING..... The grounds were dusty this year. It had not really rained in Atlanta for 3 weeks, so it was like a rendition of Mad Max. Dusty. I suppose I can't really fault the Event people for this, but it was kind of a drag. Like many, I was listening to XM Radio's coverage of Ultra Japan on the long drive over to Chattahoochie Hills. It seems even that festivals line up might have been better then Tomorrow World. For inaugural year most people will agree the Pete Tong Stage on Saturday was for sure one of the highlights. For this year many people including myself enjoyed the more techno centric line up of the Richie Hawtin stage. In general I love that my city of Atlanta hosts the largest music festival in the US. That said, it is still a music festival in the US. Americans don't really dance. They stare at the DJ, use Go Pro, and pose for Instragram photos, as opposed to truly getting down like festivals in Europe or South America.

Abner's in Good Hands -- Champ's Clocks is a Treasure…read more Some businesses are more than just a service -- they're a tradition. Champ's Clocks is exactly that. I first met Nick in 2021 when my grandfather clock stopped working. When the same clock needed attention again recently, reaching out to Champ's Clocks was an easy call. Nick worked me into the schedule without hesitation, and what followed reminded me why small businesses like this one are so special. Nick's father joined him on the second visit, and the experience became something far more meaningful than a simple repair. He shared the rich history of the business -- how the craft was passed down from his own father, and how they've been serving their community with this rare and deeply respected knowledge for quite some time. Listening to him explain the parts and the mechanics of a clock that has been in my family since 1984 was genuinely fascinating. I also had the privilege of experiencing their annual event, held the day before we spring forward, where the chimes ring out in celebration. It was a wonderful moment that perfectly captured how Champ's Clocks has become a true staple of their local community -- a business that genuinely appreciates the people it serves. During the event, we also had the chance to browse their inventory -- which was incredible -- and found the perfect clock for an upcoming milestone birthday. It was a reminder that Champ's Clocks isn't just a repair shop; it's a destination. Most recently, the pendulum became detached. I sent a photo of the part, and Nick not only had it on hand but came out the very next day. I had a scheduling conflict and couldn't be there -- no problem. They came in, completed the repair, sent a photo of the finished work, left the invoice, and had the clock set to the correct time before they left. That kind of trust and professionalism is rare. What also speaks to their integrity is that they could have easily recommended a full rebuild -- but instead they focused on preserving what I have, replacing only the parts that made sense to do together rather than attempting a repair that wouldn't serve me long term. They have always been mindful of cost and genuinely have my best interest at heart. That kind of honesty is everything when you're entrusting someone with something irreplaceable. Our grandfather clock -- named Abner, after my great-grandfather -- is the heartbeat of our home. Its rhythm, its chime, its presence through life's most meaningful moments makes it irreplaceable. Knowing it's in the hands of Nick and his father gives me tremendous peace of mind. In a world increasingly defined by technology and disposability, Champ's Clocks is a reminder that some things are worth preserving -- and that the people who dedicate their lives to that preservation deserve our deepest appreciation. Thank you, Nick, and thank you to your father and the entire Champion family.
