I was excited for my first visit to Tomorrowworld this year but it was literally a miserable 6 miles hike back to a field where thousands of people were waiting in hopes of one Uber car arriving. If I could give no stars I would, it was a waste of time and money. Tommorworld should really do something after such a terrible experience. After the concert ended at 1am, crowds of people stormed to leave the muddy event, the staff directed us to wait in a terribly long line to go to Kiss and Ride or take an Uber, we arrived to the front to find out we didn't even need to wait in that line. We had no idea where to go next other than walk 3 miles back to the taxi/uber drop off, which felt like more than 8 miles after enduring the festival. The only way out was offering to pay a random person a large sum of cash that parked at the festival to take us from the area after walking and waiting 3 1/2 hours. If we didn't think of getting a random car to drive us out, we probably still would have been waiting for an Uber car to arrive at 11am this morning. So I have gone two years in a row. The first two things I noted in year two was the following- 1.) The growth of people video taping Go Pro. Maybe I just did not notice it the first year? It can be a little annoying to have people standing around with camera's on sticks around you. 2.) In this snapchat, Instagram era girls are slutting it out, more and more. Lots more REAL skimpy outfits in year two. No complaints here. The lineup of music in year two was simply not as good as year one. Kaskade to close, sure it was OK, but Armin the year before was WAY better. I mean at one point Kaskade just plays the summer anthem, no mixing, no remix....BORING..... The grounds were dusty this year. It had not really rained in Atlanta for 3 weeks, so it was like a rendition of Mad Max. Dusty. I suppose I can't really fault the Event people for this, but it was kind of a drag. Like many, I was listening to XM Radio's coverage of Ultra Japan on the long drive over to Chattahoochie Hills. It seems even that festivals line up might have been better then Tomorrow World. For inaugural year most people will agree the Pete Tong Stage on Saturday was for sure one of the highlights. For this year many people including myself enjoyed the more techno centric line up of the Richie Hawtin stage. In general I love that my city of Atlanta hosts the largest music festival in the US. That said, it is still a music festival in the US. Americans don't really dance. They stare at the DJ, use Go Pro, and pose for Instragram photos, as opposed to truly getting down like festivals in Europe or South America. read more

Tomorrow World is, hands down one of my favorite music festivals. Incredible vibe throughout Dreamville and the festival itself. If you are staying in Dreamville, make sure to bring the right camping supplies. Things like a table to eat/drink on and a canopy for shade and chairs for those rough mornings are essential to maximize your experience! Dreamville can be quite intense but definitely worth it. Make sure that every one of your friends camps at least for their first trip to Tomorrow World. Friends don't let friends stay at hotels!!! A lot of walking involved heading from stage to stage but that's part of this festivals charm. I have been twice now and will definitely be attending next year as well. Perhaps one day I'll have the opportunity to visit Boom for Tomorrow Land but Tomorrow World will forever hold a special place in my heart! read more

This was my first ID&T event, and I have to say that I was far less than impressed. They enforce the most ridiculous exchange rates on your cash for their tokens, that you end up paying LITERALLY $12 for a gyro, and $9-$10 for a beer. I gave them $100, they gave me 45 tokens. Then you pay several tokens for everything you buy. Rip off. They promised me a refund of my unused balance, and a month later, I still have not received it. I also PAID FOR A KEEPSAKE LEATHER TOMORROWWORLD BRACELET in my ticket costs, and received a cloth one in its place without my prior consent, and not of comparable quality. On top of that, they charge you another $5 to even refund your money. The music was great, the campgrounds, meh. WAY too overcrowded, and people couldn't camp on the grounds that were advertised. Overall, I wouldn't go to another ID&T event unless it was free. *Improved this review to 3-stars because I finally got my money back as promised. Could still maybe make it to 4 if they act like we're human and refund some of the outrageous fees they charged. read more

This wasn't my first rodeo, so I was prepared for dirty bathrooms, weak showers, and muddy grounds. It's to be expected with any music festival. It was only the third TomorrowWorld, so they obviously still have lots of kinks to sort out. Such as... - The shuttles. Great of them to provide shuttles to/from the airport and shopping centers, but there NEEDS to be more of them available. The airport ones cost around $50 a person, one way and round-trip being the same price (doesn't make sense). If you had an early Monday morning flight, you had to leave the festival early and take the 2am shuttle. What was the absolute worst was trying to go to Walmart to shop for things you needed, given the weather. It legitimately took 7 hours back and forth because of the lack of shuttles. The line was absolutely insane, and it didn't help that shuttles came ever so rarely and could only fit about 70 people. On top of that, to get to where the shuttles are, you have to walk about 20 minutes. There are peddlers available, but they're $15 a person. TW, at least make the peddlers free for us... - Mud made it difficult to walk, of course. TW should have put wood on top of it, like Governor's Ball did, but with rain boots, you were fine to walk about. They put hay down, but it seemed to be on only a tenth of the place. You seriously can't afford enough hay?? - Showers ran out of hot water by Sunday. A single stream of lukewarm water was expected, but this was just unacceptable. - Staff had no idea where anything was and couldn't help with questions. Do they not get any training whatsoever? I mean, they are getting paid.... - They use their own currency using your bracelet so that you don't think about how much money you are actually spending. 1 pearl = about 2.2 dollars. It's convenient to not be carrying around money, but I'd just rather do that, especially when you can't put less than $20 at a time on your bracelet. This rule is just so lame. - I was in the EZ Tent section. It's one step above General Admission. You get a tent, sleeping beds, lantern, lock, mirror, and mattress, all for keeps, too. There are free showers, free power strips everywhere, and real bathrooms. This is all great, and makes EZ Tent the best bang for your buck. However, half of the EZ Tent section had Porta Potties and not real bathrooms. That's just not cool. If you're paying for EZ Tent, you should be getting what you paid for. What positives can I say? Music lineup was outstanding. Speakers/volume was top-notch. Stages and decorations were beautiful. Concert goers were very nice and it's easy to make awesome friends from all over the world. Food was great and there are a variety of things to choose from. However, given the better festivals I've experienced, like Coachella, EDC, and Gov Ball, I'd say there are better ones to choose from. read more

As a frequent attendee of music festivals and being in the music scene for years ( I won't date myself,) I'd say based on this year's experience -- avoid. All things have a silver lining-- let's start with the positive: Music -- the line up was great. Wonderful variation between bass music, deep house, mainstream, trance and everything in between. My fan favorites were Andy C ( that ended up being canceled), Bassnectar ( which was a shit show due to choice of stage), Paul Van Dyk, The Magician, Porter ( also technical issues), Claptone. The venue / production is on point. Mainstage is beautifully constructed, the water had a bunch of LED lilypads, shooting water fountains and eye-candy all around. The portapotties were no better, no worse than any other fests I've been to so they stand neutral ground. That.. ends the good The unfortunate: 1) Greed. Festivals are expensive as it is. Now they're riding the d-train of charging you for " Pearls" so you think oh hey, a $6 burrito, that's so nice of them! Come to convert into USD you find you are spending $13.50 on a burrito. It's not just the price, it's the principle. It's the principle that you're going into this saying, yes you're a greedy business that wants to make things tricky, so the consumer spends more. So that you know your customers have to do math ( while probably being drunk) to spend pearls on your already overpriced products. 2) Rain - unprepared. No, we don't blame you for rainfall -- but we do blame you for NOT BEING PREPARED. You're not the first festival to hit rain -- but you next to Hudson may be the worst handled I've ever seen, and Tomorrowworld handled this much worse than Hudson -- never thought I'd see a day worse than Mudson. The rain was not surprising. On my google app it showed possible rain Thursday evening, Friday, and Saturday up until 6pm -- you can't tell me this was not predictable or unavoidable. You could have laid out hay days before, or hey better yet WOOD? Don't tell me you can't afford that when we know how many attendees attend, how much ticket prices are, and we can crunch numbers -- most of us anyway. A lot of your problems were avoidable, and the fact that the festival promoters may go bankrupt, I do not feel sorry for you. In no case is it acceptable that you leave 100s of festival attendees abandoned -- without food, shelter or a shuttle to get somewhere with cell reception for HELP. You left people walking 5 to 10 miles with pounds of weight to carry ( as it is a camping festival) -- that's not even humane. 3) Will-call /other ticket issues: A JOKE. Tomorroworld - if this isn't your fault -- USE ANOTHER TICKET VENDOR. We emailed months prior to knowing we were moving and requested an address change -- after playing email and phone tag for a few days we finally got a response that due to security reasons they could not change the address -- that's fine. However I have multiple friends that DID successfully change address, so you see my anger with inconsistency. ON TOP OF THAT, 6 days before the festival we received an email " Although you had requested will-call, we have shipped out your ticket anyway...." WHAT? Idiocracy at its best. Will-call line was also a joke. A couple people attempting to help, every single person seemed to have an issue and could not pull up or verify tickets. Get your life together, it's a freaking joke. You don't pay $300+ to put up with BS like that. If this is how the EDM bubble bursts, GOOD. Because we're done dealing with the scene these days and all the bs that comes with it. read more

In fact, I believe whole heartedly that it adds to the experience. TomorrowWorld creates an outdoor experience with trails leading from stage to stage. This is no EDC Vega but very nice. The VIP accommodation suck not even worth it. Take some few pointer from Insomniac please when doing your VIP areas. They didn't even offer free lanyards. Nothing special for VIP guest at all. Their free appetizers that they so call give out were little tiny cupcakes pitiful. Overall very nice dirty road rolling in so expect your car to get really filthy but overall the organization is done pretty well. Water stations suck it like typical drinking faucets we have to stand over to fill up your camel pack bags. Take a look at Insomniac again they do the best festivals. They use nice filling stations. Overall show location everything else is really nice. The token thing is a nice thing as well but watch your money. They had a noise thing in effect so I noticed on one of the nights the noise is really loud and then they seem to turn down the volume I don't know if it had anything to do with their noise reduction policy but anyway it was good. This was definitely the best festival I've ever attended. It's put together and run so well. Lines to use the bathrooms were only consisted of four to five people max... WHAT?! Saturday was my least favorite though since it was so crowded - not fun for someone who's only five feet short. The music was unbelievable. I'm so glad TomorrowWorld has a contract with GA for 10 years. I have eight more chances to go wild! I went with my baby sister, Mary Anne. She's such a great sport and one of my favorite activity/travel buddies. I'm glad I was able to experience it with her. Mikey came along, too. We lost him so many times. Poor guy. He was so great about it. Another awesome companion. Highlights: Day One: I lost both Mikey and Mary Anne. No phone. I snuck into Dreamville and slept over night. Day Two: Playing fairy dust and showing people with glitter. Day Three: Seeing random friends and again, showering them with glitter wether they volunteered or not. Beware... long post because I really just need to vent. I recently moved to Atlanta, so when I realized that tomorrowworld was coming to town, I was excited! Plus, my brother was flying in for it too, so I just had to go. We had bought tickets for Saturday and Sunday. I've been to other festivals and was sooo looking forward to this. I was thinking about giving this a 2 star rating, but when I think about it, the level is disorganization and disregard for human decency is appalling. First, this is not a matter of rain and shutting it down because of poor weather conditions. I understand that if weather will cause major safety concerns, that's fine. However, Tomorrowworld was NOT concerned for ANYONE's safety. Plus, this is Georgia. You should have a backup plan in case it rains. It always rains here. They rerouted the parking to an off site location about 10 miles away. That sucks, but I get it. Cars were getting stuck in the mud at the original parking location. However, do NOT tell people that there will be shuttles would be running all day/night if that is in fact, not the truth. Telling people that they'll be able to get back to their cars, yet canceling ALL shuttles after the event is deceitful and actually very dangerous. I'll get into more details about that later. So luckily, I'm local and a friend's dad lives across the river from this location, so his dad ended up dropping us off... thank GOD! My brother wasn't so lucky. It took him an hour to get to the parking lot, then 2.5-3 hours to get on a shuttle! They had maybe 10 shuttles for the 160,000 people who did NOT buy dreamville passes! By the time he got on the shuttle, around 6:45PM, he heard someone telling everyone else in line behind him that they were stopping shuttle service. Why?! Who knows?! Don't tell me it was because of the mud. They were driving on paved roads! The drop off location was at the entrance, just before it got muddy. So people who were waiting for 3 hours, just found out they couldn't get to the festival. Fast forward to 1AM. We make the long, muddy trek back to the road. My friend left an hour early to meet his dad so that he could pick us up. This was the smartest thing he could have done. He was already waiting for us on the main road. We tried to leave, but for whatever reason, a cop car decides to stop traffic. We were literally held hostage. He would not let ANY cars LEAVE! They had blocked off the road to prevent any other cars from coming in, but to prevent us from LEAVING?! It makes absolutely NO SENSE! So we sat there for about 45 minutes for no freakin reason!!! During this time, people were knocking on our window, offering 200 bucks for a ride. When the police prevented cars from coming down that road, they were preventing people from getting picked up and from calling ubers. People were instructed to walk down the road for about 1-2 miles, where there's no lights and barely any cell reception to get an uber and to the non-existent shuttle pick up spot. People were waiting HOURS in line for shuttles that were never going to come. So basically, tomorrowworld said, "The night's done. We told you we would shuttle you to your cars at the off-site, which is 10 miles away, but you know what? Forget it. Find your own way back." UNACCEPTABLE!!! People ended up sleeping on cars, in the mud, walking 10 miles to the site, getting extorted by uber drivers. Drivers would make people compete for prices as well as take cash. I can't tell you how angry I am. I was one of the fortunate ones who was able to have a ride and got out quickly, as in I got home at 5AM. Most people didn't get home until late morning or afternoon. Then even after this, Tommorrowworld posts on their website that they will not let anyone into the festival on Sunday. They posted this that morning, around 10AM. Way to wait till the last minute. This alone causes all these other problems that I don't want to get into. Now, I was considering giving this a two star because being AT the festival was a lot of fun. I had a blast!. But honestly, this whole thing that happened is not worth it. I would never want to go through this again. It's not worth it. I don't plan on going to tomorrowworld again. They don't care about anyone! It was dangerous, scary and insane! I'd rather spend my money going to Ultra or some other festival. They put everyone's lives at risk and have yet to take responsibility and basically blaming EVERYTHING on the weather. Own up to the fact that you didn't have a contingency plan. Never. If it came down to having to choose between EDC Vegas or TomorrowWorld, I would pick TomorrowWorld without hesitation. I've been to Ultra, EDC Vegas, and TomorrowWorld so far this year and out of all 3, TomorrowWorld was my most favorite. Why? First off, the positive vibes and chill attitude all around were just incredible and contagious. I think the age restriction of being 21+ plays a huge and major part in that. Everyone was respectful of one another and looked out for one another. If you go, camping is really the only way to fully experience it and it indeed is the best way to do so. You can say it's somewhat of the "Woodstock" of our generation for the 20-somethings. The location for one is beautiful! I mean, so much lush green landscape, the water, and the whole set up for the festival and camping was like you were entering a whole new land. It really is a journey and an unforgettable weekend with great friends (new and old), great music, tons of fun, and free-spirits all around. The pictures online do it no justice, nor do the trailers. Friends of mine who attended last year hyped it up and I arrived expecting something so-so, but no, no my friend... it was way more fun than I had expected. Do it. Plan. Get your ticket with Dreamville camping. Look up tips online about camping/what to bring/when to arrive (they have tons of forums and sites for that). Get your closest festie besties together and enjoy one of the best experiences of your life. Yes, it can be pricey, but you have months to plan ahead and prepare, but it is absolutely worth it. Tomorrowworld is the first US music festival hosted by ID&T. There was also camping next to the festival called Dreamville. Arriving early sucked though. You get placed at the outer ends of the camping grounds and they slowly move a rope 10 feet at a time til spots are alotted. Where we parked, we had a mile trek to the security gates. There we waited 2 hours for security to go through all our stuff. There were a few police dogs around. There were lots of bugs. You could shower for 2 tokens and the water pressure was pretty horrible. The porta potties were cleaned regularly so that helped. The food was expensive and not that good. Nothing gourmet sold. The security was really lax. The festival was amazing. All the stages were nice and had fires and fireworks. I can't wait for next year! read more

This is my 3rd year going and it's also my last. Why? There may not be another TW next year because it was the worse experience out of the 3. The PR clearly knew about the weather condition two weeks ago. They could have been more prepared for rain and to be honest, it was just drizzling, it wasn't pouring raining. Yes, it was super muddy so I understand why there isn't any on site parking. So that's where PLAN B should have been considered so that you can transport people in and out more smoothly. There's no adequate hotels or anything humane for the people who were stranded for HOURS. Poor planning has traumatized everyone and my heart goes out to all the people who made it to GA but couldn't get in to the premises. They were turned away at the gate after walking for miles in hoping to get water, food, shelter. Shame on you people!!! The only good thing is that people were fully refunded on days that they weren't able to go so that's one positive note for them. And unfortunately they'll be back next year since they've signed a 10 year contract, I hope they can prepare themselves this time and redeem themselves of the miseries they caused. read more

There is no other word to describe it. Woodstock! I am 58 years old, my wife not too far behind. We had never been to any type event with this many young people from all around the globe. It was madness! While the prices are up there ($20 for a 9 ticket strip can get you a standard breaded chicken patty, small white bun, a container boat and good luck finding prepacked condiments, with a .13 bottled water for 7 tix), the music and the stages were worth it. Well behaved, stereotype busting patrons made everything come together in a peaceful manner. The acts (if you are into that type music) were top rate. A few locals complained about noise, but all I can say is there is no law that guarantees you arbitrary peace and quiet, and noise is a part of life. This year I stayed in Douglasville at a motel. Next year I'll be dropping several thousand $ into the local economy. They deserve it for allowing such a peaceful and fun event to happen. Other local governments could learn from this as well. I didn't see any open or blatant drug use. There were no spunions at this festival, unless they were well watched over by caring friends. 3 wheel pedi and scooter parking shuttles would be great. Folks over 50 parking up front, along with motorcycle parking closer in would be greatly appreciated. PLUR: it was well represented at Tomorrowworld. read more

TomorrowWorld was hands down, the best festival I've ever been to. It did rain for three days straight, but that didn't stop us from having a crazy weekend. I stayed in Dreamville, in Friendship Camping, and although a lot of people tents did get flooded, everyone helped each other out. Getting into camping was kind of a pain, because we had to lug all of our camping gear about 1.5 miles to the campsite, but once we were settled in, it was well worth it. They did have people riding around on buggy bicycles to help people carry all of their stuff in. Pro Tip: If you have T-Mobile, you can go to the express entry line and get in even faster, rather than waiting in the super long line of campers trying to get into Dreamville. Although it did rain pretty hard the first night, we still had a blast. In Dreamville, they have a ton of shops and food places where you can buy march, camping supplies, food, and just random stuff. There was a boardwalk which made everything a lot less muddier than it could have been with all the rain. I took advantage of some of the shops they had in Dreamville & bought some new clothes, since most of mine were soaked from the rain. I definitely don't regret it! They had everything from sunglasses, dresses, shoes, fanny packs, jewelry. A lot of it was pretty expensive, but some places had decent deals, it just really depended on the shop. The festival itself started at noon, and you could go in anytime, and enter and leave as you want from Dreamville. This was really convenient if you wanted to go catch a set early & then go back to your tent to drink, eat or nap, or just chill. My favorite part about this festival is that it truly represents every genre of electronic dance music. The stages changed from genre to genre by the day. There is a hill right in front of the MainStage, where you could sit in the grass from the hill and watch the set and then two VIP stages surrounding the "pit" area of the stage. T-Mobile had a viewing deck with a pool, and they allowed T-Mobile customers up there with a +1. It had great views of the MainStage. A lot of the other stages were further away & quite a walk but well worth it. Once you entered the forest, there is a manmade bridge going over a beautiful lake that they build just for the festival, surrounded by floating LED fountains. There were so many areas to just walk around and explore, and it was amazing to see the contrast from day & night. Despite the rain and mud, the vibes at TomorrowWorld were incredible. It really only rained during the day, and at night it barely rained at all. They finally put down hay on the third day so everyone was able to sit / lay down in the grass comfortably without getting covered in mud. On day 3, a few of the stages were closed due to the mud & they did restrict entry to campers only. I know that a lot of people had a terrible experience, but I had the complete opposite and that's just my honest opinion. I've been to several massive festivals, but TomorrowWorld was on a whole other level. The natural beauty of the Chattahoochee Hills combined with the good vibes, incredible and legendary artists & people that had traveled from all over the world to experience this weekend...it made it so magical. I'll remember it for the rest of my life, and I can't wait to go back next year. A festival experience is what you make of it, and not everything is going to go PERFECT. It's a shame that it was the complete opposite for other festival attendees, but I hope SFX learned from the catastrophe & is better prepared next year. Talk about fierce withdrawals! Its been over two weeks and I still find myself dancing to any scrap of music I can. Sure, parking sucked. As did the mile long walk to camp..but once arriving in dreamville..I found home. Our camp neighbors will forever be friends. The music was amazing..the stages were out of this world! Nightmare. I was so happy to go to this festival. We went on Thursday and avoided the long wait to get in. The rain killed us. We had wet tents, wet bags, wet clothes, wet sleeping bags...wet everything. The porta potties were disgusting and the showers were freakin' ice cold. The only good part was seeing Hardwell on Saturday. Thankfully we camped so we didn't have to be part of the cluster crap of the shuttles and not being able to get a ride. 2 of my friends got hurt because of the muddy hills. They finally put down hay on Sunday. Thanks assholes, but my friends already got injured. Should have out down hay on Thursday. TW got over on everyone with their pearls. Worst event I've ever been to.. My life and those who rode up with me were very much in danger being forced to walk 9 miles to the parking site since they "suspended transportation" they left all ADA people (disabled) stranded and stuck to fend for themselves in tomorrow world 2015.. I personally had to walk 9 miles in the cold rain to my vehicle. Absolute worst event ever I will never ever attend any ID&T or tomorrow world festival ever again.. I've canceled my tomorrow land Belgium trip already because i can only imagine how bad this could be in a foreign country. Lastly ; I had vip locker rentals with my personal property in the locker and they refuse to allow anyone in on day 3 due to the cancellation of day 3! Great festival. I have been over all 3 years. It is in a farm, and this year it was raining all day Friday and Saturday! What did you expected? People who were camping did not have any problems, but if you only went one day you probably had a lot of problems getting out, it was very muddy. You should have thought about not going of course people got stuck in there, It is a farm and it was raining for two days straight. I was camping I had a great time, there were 15 of us there none of us had any trouble,we all had a great time this year. read more

Besides residing in the Dream Lodgers this past year, the experience want up to par with our previous years. You can see the bankruptcy dripping from the lack of preparedness over weather conflicts and the amount of people (thousands on thousands) that would be walking through your festival. And the people who were abandoned? Despicable. Way to place your problems on other people TW! I realize that this is ridiculously late, but as the 1 Year Anniversary of TomorrowWorld comes upon us, I realized that I really should take time to reflect on the extreme highs and lows of this festival. You may ask yourself, how does Lydia have any credibility when it comes to EDM Festivals or music festivals in general? Well, *transitioning out of third person,* I have been to Bonnaroo Music Festival in Tennessee, which is more of a general music festival with a diverse selection of artists. However, I have also attended several EDM shows including Bassnectar, Avicii, Benny Benassi with Sultan & Ned Shepard, among several others. Detailed Explanation of Rating: *The good: *Almost* every EDM DJ that I wanted to see, I was able to. Meeting people from literally all over the world and being able to share an unforgettable experience like this united us and provided a gateway to friendships and memories that I will never forget. Also, it was so cool being able to attend the first TomorrowWorld ever!! *The bad: On the othe side of the coin, there were so many shows playing throughout the three days at all times, I had some serious FOMO (fear of missing out). Instead of enjoying the DJ that I was currently watching, I was thinking about logistics for performances running at the same time or throughout the evening. It was a little intimidating, and I definitely would have liked to see Steve Aoki, for example, and totally get caked. If I were to attend a show like this again, I would not camp out, at least not for three days. I'm too old for that. I can officially say that. It was an interesting experience and I can laugh about it now, but sleeping with the cycle of the sun and surrounded by thousands of loud, screaming ppl at all times of the day and night was just too much. *The ugly: The bathroom/shower situation was horrendous! You had your choice of Porta Potties or the green, green Earth. The showers cost money!!! The two showers that I did take I enjoyed so much because it felt so good to get all the grime off of me. I definitely felt like TomorrowWorld was trying to nickel and dime us in every possible way, and the shower situation is the perfect example. Along the lines of money, we had to convert our US$ to TomorrowWorld $, which was a crazy bad exchange rate and therefore ended up paying at least $10 for a beer and such. The food and drinks were very average, so my bf and I hitched a ride to a Walmart with another couple to stock up on food and drinks for the remainder of our trip, as well as visit a McDonalds, which demonstrates just how hungry I was, because I never eat there! haha. We were also out in the middle of nowhere Georgia, so it took us a good 25 minutes to get to any civilization, which was clearly strategically planned so neighbors would not get extremely upset by the booming sounds of DJs round the clock. Am I going to TomorrowWorld this year? No. Am I going to Bonnaroo? Maybe, especially if I don't have to camp out for three days. I love EDM, but I like some variety too. read more

This is my third year at TW. I absolutely love it!! But... 2015. What was up with the first day?! We didn't get in until 7pm due to the "rain" (missed half a day, we didn't pay for this)! Paid for onsite parking and got offsite parking. One hour wait for each shuttle when we were 3k people behind. People walked 5 miles on the freeway just to get to the concert. Imagine those who had to camp (sorry guys). End of the night-- the roads had zero lights. There were zillions of people walking back 5 miles just to get to their car. Really disappointed the first day guys! So much profit from the TW fam, please do us a favor. 1. Keep the people who were on the road safe (volunteers to work overtime to ensure safety) 2. Get more shuttles 3. Hire better planners/have a back up plan Update--- Day 2: No parking. At the end of the night, people were stranded. No shuttles no uber. People hiked along the freeway in the dark. Some people gave up and slept on the road. Also, no cell phone service. Day 3: CANCELLED. Waited all year for this event, I am so disappointed. My highest priority is to keep people safe. Tomorrow World, you couldn't even do that. read more

This was my first and last time ever going to Tomorrow World. It was a pain in the ass even getting to Tomorrow World from their off site parking. The line for the shuttle was insane! My friends and I gave up trying to walk to the end of the line bc it was so long. I heard from others that they waited hours to board the shuttle. We decided to take an Uber who charged us 10 dollars per person and only got us half way there bc of the traffic. We had to take a 2nd Uber to get us 2 miles closer and walked the rest of the way there. The music and stages were cool but I would estimate that I probably only enjoyed myself for an hour or 2 while the rest of my time there was horrible. The wait in line to leave the shuttle was a disaster, took forever and people were cutting in line left and right and security could do nothing to stop it. Not to mention, our stupid shuttle driver made a wrong turn so it ended up taking us almost 2 hours to get back to the parking lot. At least we were lucky compared to others who were left stranded there all night and had to sleep on the roads or walk for hours back. The worse part of the experience was when, while i was at the main stage, someone stole my iphone 6 from my purse! I had all my credit and debit cards in there along with my drivers license. After that happened, i couldn't even enjoy anything. Apparently cellphone theft is rampant each year at Tomorrow world. Next day I had to drive an hr back to the area to file a police report which i needed to board my plane later that night bc my drivers license was stolen and i had no other form of ID. Instead of enjoying my last day in Georgia with my friends and family my whole Sunday was devoted to trying to get a police report. The police at first refused bc they were bombarded with so many theft reports from tomorrow world but they made exception for ppl who got their IDs stolen and needed to fly out that day. Also just a warning to others who got their iphones stolen, a few days later I got a fake text message from "apple support" telling me someone else used my apple ID and asking me to authenticate myself by entering my apple ID and PW on a link they sent. This was a phishing attempt to get my PW so they can bypass Lost mode on my phone. So don't fall for any imessage from "apple support", Apple ONLY communicates with you via email. Overall I could see how Tomorrow World could've been a blast but unfortunately this year it was so badly organized and such a pain to get to and from the site that it was definitely not worth it and I won't be going back! Update: Got several phishing attempts for my apple PW through email as well so don't believe email claiming to be from Apple telling u they've located your phone and to log in. Geez they already stole my phone now they want my username and password too? Urgh read more

TomorrowWorld : amazing festival, but the parking ruined the experience for me. After paying extra to park on-site, we were told the day of we had to take a shuttle to the event and park off-site (exactly what we paid extra not to do). Getting home was a complete nightmare. There was no where near enough shuttles to accommodate for the mobs of people (160,000 people there total). People were literally fighting to make it onto a shuttle. Even though I left TW at 12:30 I didn't make it home until 5am. Shuttles weren't moving for hours due to traffic and some shuttles dropped people off in the middle of nowhere and told passengers to uber home (thousands were trying to call Uber at the same time and all roads were blocked off with standstill traffic). People were sleeping on the side of the road... A lot will have to change for me to back again. read more

If I could do no stars, I would. I came last year, loved it. This year, I arrived at my lot at 1:00pm, it's 4:40pm and we just got a shuttle after standing in line. We still have to get to the entrance and get through security. TomorrowWorld, you have FAILED with the off site parking and shuttles. I want a refund for missing half of the whole day! read more

I've been to multiple music festivals, but this was my first camping experience. In terms of a music festival, TomorrowWorld was great. We all had a really good time within the festival, and I enjoyed the festival set up and grounds. All the DJs we saw put on great shows, and the stages, lights, etc. were all really entertaining. The crowd was always fun to be around, and it's very nice that it's 21+. The set up of Dreamville was also good, and we didn't run into any issues because we showed up early enough to have a good camping spot. However, there are a lot of things that could have been done better in terms of preparation. I know that the weather cannot be controlled, but what can be controlled is how the staff reacts to situations outside of their control. Yes, we all knew it would be wet and rainy. But I knew this for 2 weeks prior just from looking at the weather. I prepared myself with the necessary things to get myself through the rainy 5 days, but it's very clear that the people who put on the event didn't prepare for this. Some people were literally camping in mud, and the first two days of the festival had mud everywhere without anyone trying to fix the issue in the least bit. Putting down hay would be a simple and cheap solution to allow people to easy walk to their campsite or anywhere within the festival. Yet they only put hay down on day three when they knew that people would be upset, and they didn't even put it down anywhere in Dreamville. To get to the bathroom you had to walk through mud the entire way. The day that everyone left (Monday), Dreamville was so muddy that it was impossible to get all of your belongings out without dragging them through mud. Even with wagons, grocery carts, etc., you were stuck in mud carrying all of your belongings for over a mile. TW also tried to profit off your misery but having peddlers charge $30 to take you the half mile to a mile walk from the entrance of Dreamville. Speaking of profiting, everything is expensive. $10 for a 16 ounce beer (Bud Lite, etc.), $7+ for a slightly larger than normal piece of pizza, $5 to shower, $60 for a parking pass if you paid early and $90 if you paid on site, AND you have to pay $20 every time you leave the grounds with your car. If you add up only Dreamville tickets (and at the base price when there are thousands of people paying more for comfort+, cabanas, easy tents, etc.), it's $18MM at the least. That's also BEFORE anyone even pays for parking, food, beer, lockers, everything else because you pay for every little thing. They could have easily fixed most issues with minimal money just by buying hay from locals, and it's not like they are strapped for cash when the Dreamville ticket sales cover the land contract. The one issue that I could not get over was the fact that porta potties were cleaned very irregularly, and we went almost three days before the women's bathrooms were cleaned. By day 3, they were literally to the brim of the toilet seat with some having poop and used tampons sitting within the rim of the toilet seat. Up until Saturday afternoon, if you were a woman, there wasn't anywhere for you to go to the bathroom unless you went into the festival. After Saturday the bathrooms seemed to be clean more often, and they were cleaner within the festival, but that's such a simple fix that has nothing to do with whether it rained or not. I would give TW 2.5 Stars if I could, because we did have a great time, but just minor improvements that aren't that costly could have made the experience much better. I also think TW could benefit from paying more staff instead of having volunteers for most of the staff. Because they were volunteers, most of the staff could really give a shit about anything you talked to them about. Some were inappropriately rude to us multiple times even just when we asked simple questions. It's the combination of all the little issues that make me want to spend my time and money at other music festivals that do a much better job with organization. read more

I am SUPER disappointed. This festival was disgusting. The staff were all 100% unhelpful. The bathrooms were all covered in pee and crap with no toilet paper, I don't think they were cleaned ONE time. The mud was so thick people were slipping and getting all of their cars stuck in it. They didn't even have a tow truck to help my boyfriend and I get out of the mud, they basically said too bad sucks for you. The staff threw hay all over the festival grounds near the stages (FINALLY on SUNDAY) so people wouldn't slip, but nowhere near dreamville where everyone was forced to camp in mud, trash, and piss. The worst concert experience, took over 3 hours to take a shuttle to get in the concert after we parked our car took another 3 hours to get a shuttle back to the car after the concert was over they didn't nearly enough staff to control the crowd. Never again! Shuttles were ordered to stop due to mud but the roads were paved and drivable. I overheard someone tell their friend,"I've never seen so many sad faces." as they walked through all the people laying on the road and ditch. It was sad. Update for 2015: this year was not nearly as good as 2014. IMO, greed and poor management led to a total fiasco of this year's festival. IF it comes back in 2016, I would expect some major changes backed by stakeholders. While I will most likely return, I will take extra precautions for sure. read more

Well worth the price. If u want to experience the music through every bone in your body and disconnect from the world for 3 days then u should experience this event. Work will always be there but this won't. All types of genres depending on your current mood. People from all over the world at one place uniting as one. You will make as many friends as there are trees in the woods at this magical place. You will be able to get lost in the music and in the woods. Just don't stay lost 3 days afterwards... Naked..... I payed for a full 3-day weekend and was refused entry on Sunday. TomorrowWorld decided to discriminately issue refunds for those that missed Sunday. My group wasn't one of the many that did because we payed for Dreamville on top of our hotel stay, just so we could meet new faces. This is what frustrates me the most over the whole disastrous weekend! To know I deserve a refund as much as the next person, but that I don't "qualify" because I gave TW an extra $50 for dreamville access. I'm ashamed of their customer service.
