The soap and lotion in the bathroom are extremely high quality and one of my favorite parts of feeling comfortable and valued while there. The working environment has spaces if you need to take a phone call or conference call all while being in a shared co working space that helps you not feel alone. The place is very clean and has taken extra measures during the COVID 19 Pandemic that make you feel comfortable being there.

I stayed in line and stood my ground, then my transaction was successfully and professionally handled my the teller, who's name I forgot bc I was so thrown off by the disrespect from this person as she sat there and gossiped, laughing loud and whispering in her office with. As you can see in the video the lady turn all the way around to watch me walk out because of her unprofessional gossiping. I am a client of Truist not her and very much entitled to my perspective and opinion of the situation I witnessed. After stating I wouldn't wouldn't serviced I asked her for her name and she says "let me get my card so you can make sure you spell it right" ugh! I didn't take anything from her hand, as she can keep that nasty energy she is carrying. I only took a picture for purposes of this review. Black on black unprofessionalism has got to stop, meanwhile these types of "black women" are so humble, polite, and docile with the white and Asian women. It's tragic.

We rented the green screen studio and the accompanying dressing room had plenty of space & seating and good lighting for the MUA. The space was comfortable. The rates are comparable. The value was great. The bathrooms were immaculate, as was the large kitchen. Everyone wore their masks and there was Clorox products around. There is a rear load in door so it was very easy to get our equipment in and out. There were two really nice attendants when I got there who unfortunately I cannot remember their names. But they got us set up and made sure our music and temps were good. James closed us out and was great. My first point of contact on the phone, Daniel was super patient & attentive. He made the booking process a pleasure. What can I say, my client who is an A list celeb was happy so I am happy. Will definitely book here again. The lighting was great and I had a last minute request for a big fan and the fellas did not flinch to get it for us. Very nice experience.
