On the first visit, I met with David Everhart, one of their physical therapists. He quickly diagnosed my problems and with some deep tissue massage and alignment adjustments, I literally felt like a new person. I've been seeing David weekly to maintain my alignment and stay loose. The biggest gain for me is I've been able to train more efficiently as my weekly miles started getting higher.
