The most unwelcoming and most horrible caregivers work here.

We didn't need them for long sadly but over the next 4 days they made sure she was okay and took care of her as needed. Much like the Hospice nurses, each care nurse was perfect for the scenarios of their shift. We would totally recommend them.

Had a meeting with them a few months ago and they promised to hold our room at current level without increase for one year. The following two months I was over billed again and had to fight for a credit. Finally received credit and got billed a couple days ago for December and over charged again! Looking to move my Mom to a new facility soon. They will over bill you every month if you're not watching the billings.
