She also committed to overseeing mom's care from the admin side, to ensure no further mixups occur. Since that time, caregiver schedules have been set timely, with good communication so that all involved are informed of the schedules, or changes in schedules. Again, the caregivers themselves have been wonderful, and now that we're on the same page with scheduling I think things will work out well with HomeLife Senior Care.

Our mom has been there now for over 2 years now…read more Things were pretty good until the last few months. Key staff members have either left or been fired. Rates going up with no end in site. Had a meeting with them a few months ago and they promised to hold our room at current level without increase for one year. The following two months I was over billed again and had to fight for a credit. Finally received credit and got billed a couple days ago for December and over charged again! Looking to move my Mom to a new facility soon. They will over bill you every month if you're not watching the billings.
