I sat up and could tell I had relief. The next day I went to my Chiropractor, and he worked out the structural issues, and said getting the massage prior to the adjustment was so beneficial. Ted will be my go-to guy, and I like that he explains the muscle areas that need work and how each group effects the others. I am so not knowledgeable, and I don't mind admitting it. But he helped me understand what would benefit will me going forward to work out without hurting myself. It's nice to be able to have confidence in someone that way. He doesn't try to be a trainer, just told me what he could tell was going on with me. So helpful.

The renovation is beautiful, and the experience from check-in onward was courteous, efficient, and well organized. I booked a 90-minute massage with Ivan and added the exfoliating brush treatment. Ivan did an excellent job. The massage was firm, which is exactly what I prefer, and he was attentive to the pressure throughout the treatment. I also appreciated how well he paced the massage. He spent an appropriate amount of time on each area rather than rushing through the session, and I left feeling genuinely relaxed, especially through my shoulders. The one thing I would not recommend is the exfoliating brush add-on. At the price point, I expected it to meaningfully enhance the experience, but it honestly felt inconsistent and didn't add much to the massage. Sometimes the brush was used to begin an area and sometimes it wasn't, and I didn't notice any real benefit afterward. For me, it wasn't worth the additional cost. The women's locker room and lounge areas were beautiful, very clean, and well appointed. I used the hot tub, spa room, and sauna, and all were relaxing. I intentionally arrived early so I could take advantage of the amenities rather than simply coming in for my treatment and leaving. One of my favorite parts was being able to sit on the chaise lounge, enjoy the complimentary teas, water, and snacks, and just journal and decompress. That's what makes a spa day feel like a spa day rather than simply getting a massage. Unfortunately, it was raining during my visit, so I wasn't able to enjoy the Waters of the World. I appreciated that they provided a rain check at checkout, which was a nice gesture and means I'll have a reason to return. The spa retail shop is also worth browsing. There were beautiful items, luxurious robes, nice lotions, and some cute jewelry. It felt thoughtfully curated rather than like an afterthought. Overall, this was a very relaxing day and a beautiful facility. My advice would be to arrive early enough to actually enjoy the amenities, and definitely read through reviews when choosing your massage therapist or treatment. Five stars for the overall experience. I would absolutely return--I'd just skip the exfoliating brush add-on.

We had never been and were pleased with our accommodations starting from check in and being led to the respective locker rooms to tour the amenities. They have some lovely sitting areas include one with dimmed lighting that was magical. The steam room was wonderful as was the jacuzzi. They offer all the standards at the long sink area between soaps, deodorant, combs, and other needs. We enjoyed our massages that took all the stress out of us, especially me. The 60-minute massage was bliss. They also have a salt room that I would love to look into next time. As that looked interesting. The mineral pools were so lovely and brought us to a place of spiritual purity and strength, strength and spiritual purity. They also had a nice spa menu with a lovely turkey bacon club that I enjoyed.

I did not use a Groupon. I paid the price on the menu, which has drastically increased for a massage. The spa offers a locker, robe and flip flops that everyone uses. I bring my own. You get complimentary valet parking with your spa stay. But, only up to 7 hours. After that you are charged full price. The spa is small, but, clean. There's a lounge area with water and snack. The steam room was not working. There's a private outdoor jacuzzi. The one thing that has changed, and it's a negative compared to other spas. Is their policy that you are only allowed to stay an hour after or before your service to enjoy the spa amenities. This is not listed in any of the brochures or on the website. At the EAU Spa you can stay all day. And the price of the services is about the same. Not sure I'll be back if this policy of only an hour continues.

The warm towels made the experience so much more unique and I was pretty bummed that it had to end in 50 minutes. The customer service was awesome and I found that the rate was great since we spent the whole day at the hotel making the most out of it. We were able to use the pools and the resort beach area as often as we wanted throughout the day. Plus, the valet is complimentary when you stamp your ticket at the spa after the service. It was a fun and relaxing day to celebrate the occasion with some of my favorite girlfriends!

She met my needs and did a great job with the blow dry. I'm sure since my hair is straight and resistant to curl that this blow out won't last long, but I'm super happy with the result! The price was a bit more expensive than a typical mid range shop, but very worth it for the results! Update: I never knew blow dries were that deceiving! Never had a complimentary blowout with the cut before. I know my hair is fine, but I now have a full crown of baby hairs due to breakage most likely from the roughness and pulling from the process...it's so bad I think I might have to get bangs...it looks so wispy and awkward. Anyway I asked to preserve the same style I had before, after I washed out the blowout I almost cried. The ends are blunt, choppy, and uneven.
