The other place carelessly handled Hidey and allowed her to launch out of the carrier into a glass door causing a broken tooth. After going to the pet emergency room that evening for immediate care we took her to Granite Mountain. They were fantastic and were very accommodating. Our cat needed emergency dental care which Dr. Bason was able to squeeze her into her busy schedule. Since Hidey was originally seen for a urinary tract infection, Dr. Bason also was able to treat that issue. The technicians went out of their way to help and make sure treatment was successful. Since that traumatic time, we have since taken our other 4 cats for treatment. The entire staff provides excellent and thoughtful service. I highly recommend this veterinary practice and will continue to take our cats here.

I have been in to Mile Hi FIVE times in the past two weeks. Once with a cherised companion whose…read moremass had to be removed and proved to be BENIGN, after they had performed surgery in another part of her body a few years ago for a different type of cancer. Last week I took one half of a bonded pair of elder Brussel Griffons in and he proved to have serious complications from bad teeth and was not a good surgery candidate. He suddenly passed away in my arms two days after that appointment. I am so glad the vet found what was wrong beforehand and I wasn't blindsided by his death. Today I called for his brother who had suddenly stopped eating and was lethargic and was given an appointment within TWENTY MINUTES. The poor little furry dustmop was dead when the tech tried to take him from the carrier. I can not say enough good things about the care myself and my dogs have received from Mile Hi. Although I wish there had been more years with the little guys, they are buried under the same tree and will have eternity together gamboling through the meadows. Every member of Mile Hi has been caring and wonderful for every visit I've had with them - good outcome or not so good outcome. And they have been easy on my wallet. I have used three other vet services in my 15+ years here in Prescott, and Mile Hi is the best by far.

She lets you know if her services can help or if a mixture of western/eastern medicines would be beneficial for your pet. She is very passionate about her work. I know it can be hard to hear the truth sometimes when it comes to the diagnosis of your pets health but she is honest and will give you an honest diagnosis. I understand she can't help every pet since most pet owners don't go to see her until it's sometimes too late for her techniques to work. I urge you to take your pet in now even if nothing is wrong but to instead gain some information to prevent any future illness. The correct preventative care is the best care!

No fluids given. Despite my request. I was also told I'd be contacted by phone, over the weekend, with lab results because the turn around time is 1-2 days. My pet is super sick and I'm concerned. No call. I called today 6 days later, to get them. I could've done better for my pet, I feel responsible for taking her to the wrong place.
