The other place carelessly handled Hidey and allowed her to launch out of the carrier into a glass door causing a broken tooth. After going to the pet emergency room that evening for immediate care we took her to Granite Mountain. They were fantastic and were very accommodating. Our cat needed emergency dental care which Dr. Bason was able to squeeze her into her busy schedule. Since Hidey was originally seen for a urinary tract infection, Dr. Bason also was able to treat that issue. The technicians went out of their way to help and make sure treatment was successful. Since that traumatic time, we have since taken our other 4 cats for treatment. The entire staff provides excellent and thoughtful service. I highly recommend this veterinary practice and will continue to take our cats here.

I didn't understand why blood work was done when a complete work up was done 4 months ago. I had questions about the results. I've given my dog bone marrow treats and was wondering if it was still okay to give him one once in a while or if they might cause tooth damage. I asked about the anal glands and was told they were okay. Not sure what that meant, I was looking for a right/left empty/full answer. In the past I've been shown the dental x-rays along with before and after pictures of my dog's mouth. None of these were unavailable. Blood was left on my dog's arm that should have been cleaned off. Being a retired RVT and the amount of money I've spent on veterinary care I expected much better treatment from PAH and answers to my questions. It might be time to find a new Veterinary Practice.

Prescott Animal hospital and their entire staff did a wonderful job fixing his torn ACL. Apollo is recovering very well. This whole bad experience wound up crippling my dog, put our family through hell for 5 weeks and wound up costing us over $5500 to get the x-rays and surgery. Do not, I repeat do not step foot in this clinic with an animal you love. There are many other Vet hospitals where they will treat you and your pet with kindness and care.

She lets you know if her services can help or if a mixture of western/eastern medicines would be beneficial for your pet. She is very passionate about her work. I know it can be hard to hear the truth sometimes when it comes to the diagnosis of your pets health but she is honest and will give you an honest diagnosis. I understand she can't help every pet since most pet owners don't go to see her until it's sometimes too late for her techniques to work. I urge you to take your pet in now even if nothing is wrong but to instead gain some information to prevent any future illness. The correct preventative care is the best care!

Not only that, my cat has a flea infestation I figured out a couple days later, and I was told she didn't. She was dehydrated, with the practice confirming her bladder was completely empty. No fluids given. Despite my request. I was also told I'd be contacted by phone, over the weekend, with lab results because the turn around time is 1-2 days. My pet is super sick and I'm concerned. No call. I called today 6 days later, to get them. I could've done better for my pet, I feel responsible for taking her to the wrong place.
