At first it was a little awkward because my masseuse did not speak English at all and she was massaging me while my husband just laid there for a good 15 minutes. She could not communicate if someone else was coming or if she would massage him after me. So he just awkwardly laid there while I was enjoying a really nice massage! (Please note I made the appointment a month in advance so I am not sure why this happened). So when his masseuse finally arrived it was much more relaxing for us both! They really did do a great job and left us feeling so relaxed. The hot stones were amazing! Neither of them spoke English and while that really did not affect their ability to give a great massage, it did make it a little awkward. We both laughed about it after because we honestly had no idea what was going on that first 15 minutes, but we did enjoy it and the ladies were very sweet. It was nice for me to be able to just lay there and chill for 15 minutes while she finished his massage! Overall, I would go again. The other reviews mention this and are why I decided to take my business to her. The place is clean and well-kept, and she is very careful to ensure she's providing the type of service you need during each session. However she is constantly 10-30m late to appointments, communicates poorly and doesn't seem to understand how this turns the expectation of relief into a frustrating and difficult experience. I wish I didn't need to leave this review but I don't want others who are suffering like me to go into it blind. I have recommended friends to her and they're now telling me they can't get appointments either and have moved to other providers, though the business is still open. If you don't mind a very inconsistent schedule with last-minute or no notice, then this can be 5 stars for you.
