My feet are very soft as I care for them. Tara aggressively filed away until she sliced the side of my foot by my big toe and it began bleeding. I had to tell her I was bleeding. She said, "Oh wow. I can't believe I did that. I can always tell when I move from calluses skin to softer skin. I didn't feel it." I don't have callused skin on the side of my foot. No apology. It was very disappointing after the many years I have enjoyed going to Coventina. I was also the only customer in the nail room that morning - not one other customer.
