You promised I would get fillers and Morpheous to compensate for what your irresponsible medispa did to my face especially right after a very serious accident that almost killed me and I had faith in your team but I am no longer interested in seeing any of y'all. You basically robbed me by saying I would get more of a full face and collagen with filler and Morpheous treatment. Just because I'm not a high roller in your books you shouldn't treat me like this because you know your service made my face so much worse that it's sad to see woman like you ripping people off. To top all of it I have always tip Kim for example that gave me faith I would get a filler with my pdo thread lifts and Morpheous to compensate for theee pdo full face thread lifts done by your staff and many before done thru you a few years ago. Refund my fees and believe karma is coming your way, ripping people off and out of nowhere get a text message like I did from you is so low and disrespectful to myself or anybody. Their number one goal is to cash you out and if for some reason you nicely questioned them for anything they'll find a way to keep your money and not ever talking to you about it. Go somewhere else bc this place not only made me pay for 3 full face pdo threads in which two were done within same month promising me that I would get fillers and Morpheous to compensate for many threads that she couldn't use or would get lost and therefore ended up been my fault that they didn't had enough thread after I had paid in full and was than told by one of their staff that threads were not going to be done by her anymore bc she couldn't wait to finish messing with her threads and telling me to make an appointment for threads with someone else. To make me feel even worse she said my face was smaller in my left side and kept showing to me on the mirror. I payed her in full bc I believe you pay others for a service and hoped someone else would take care of the threads that I never received it from this staff of RenuYou. I looked myself in the mirror and I felt sadness. I did payed her and mad another appointment to get my threads pdo full face done with someone else. I told her about the last incident (the one I just described just now) and had faith a business would care about myself. Moreover I was then caught up in an accident right the next morning after I had got this missing threads so called full face pdo lift. I will add pictures to show you what I look like after my accident and even after a few months you can see the permanent scar I was left with along with the sagging in my skin that was not resolved with the full face pdo thread lift. She simply told me someone else would get back with me in regards of the missing paid threads I never received.

In addition to the skin benefits, Lindsay's method also opened up my clogged sinuses and help relieve the tension I always carry in my neck. If I could add her head/neck massage to every one of her services I would! I left feeling fresher and glowing! I have very sensitive:reactive skin so I expected to leave red and blotchy but the products she uses are so soft and gentle I didn't end with any redness. Emma was sooo nice and we had such good conversation! Not to mention that there wasn't any point in time while she was doing my hair that i got nervous, she's really good at making you feel comfortable!
