I like to start off by saying I have been going to Serenity hair salon for 19 years. I have neverrrrrrrr had a issue with the end results. I also like to state some people cannot take honest criticism There's a difference between that and a attitude. With that behind said the reason why I'm commenting is because on August 14, 2019 there was a comment made in regards to Serenity Hair Salon and its owner Tiffany that was very false. I actually witnessed these ladies with their children/grandchildren in the shop. The comments that were made was the shop was dirty and the owner had a attitude. I'd like to reply to these comments first I like to say if you as a consumer had a problem with the way the business was not clean you could of walked away instead you guys made yourselves very comfortable not to mention eating up pretty much all the snacks that the owner had out for clients and yes this includes the adults not just the children. secondly if you didnt like the service or attitude of the owner you were free to go Again I will repeat as a consumer its your right to walk away from any business if you're not satisfied with the service you guys didn't budge and then thanked the owner fo doing a great job and tipped her. So I'm confused but what I don't like is when people for whatever reason feel they have to bash someone because of their own ignorance I see nothing wrong with what she did to this child's hair the child's hair looked nicer than it was when she came in and she did them a big favor. at least if you're going to post something post something that's accurate do not Post False, miscellaneous and misleading information and Tiffany will probably be blessed that you never come back we don't need troublemakers in a serene place of business. I wrote a review previously, now I'm back with an update. I consider myself a regular customer at Serenity Hair Salon now, which is exactly what I anticipated from day one. Tiffany has relocated and her new salon is everything! Her silver/purple color scheme is both vibrant and relaxing. She has just the right amount of bling throughout three separate areas; the reception area, main floor where the slaying takes place, and a back area where I was prepped for my full-head weave install yesterday. I don't know if I focused more on the end result or the tantalizing hair wash...Tiffany has magical fingers. Listen, I literally had a praise break when she finished revitalizing my scalp. You gotta experience it to believe it. After the preparation stages, it took "Boss Lady" 45minutes to install my curly weave! Moreover, I watched three clients leave looking just as good as they wanted to be....slayed! One client was so impressed, she started dancing and she made a standing bi-weekly appointment. Tiffany's location is not short of nearby restaurants. Shout out to Julie who walked with me to one of them for take-out. I also appreciate your gentle touch on my tender head Julie. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a salon that has it all to make an appointment with Tiffany because she slays all day indeed, she's professional, personable, creative, and wise! read more

I would recommend Serenity Hair salon to any and everyone! Any time I have been in Tiffany's chair I have left satisfied. I don't go to the salon often but when I want to feel pampered, I go see Tiffany! The ambiance is stylish and inviting. Just the way I like it! My favorite part of her service is the wash! Her wash technique is one that should be bottled and sold in stores for all to enjoy!!! Her hands are like magic. Not to mention she is efficient! Being able to get in and out of the salon within a 2-3 hours tops for a sew-in weave and all the services that go along with it is unheard of from my past experience! Tiffany's service is money well spent in my book! She is also kind and by the way she handles my hair it's apparent to me that she takes pride in her profession! Got my hair done by Tiffany this past Thursday. I almost canceled my appointment because of the bad reviews up here. I'm SOOOO happy I didn't cancel. I had to wait a little when I got there which was understandable, I was ok with that, as she greeted me and apologized for running late. When she started my hair she was very professional and gentle with my head. I am very picky about my hair and because of that I always wear my hair curly, up in a bun because it was difficult to find a hair stylist that did good hair without charging a lot. I definitely think I finally found a good hairstylist in Tiffany. I definitely will be going back and will be recommending my sister and other people. Thanks Tiffany!! read more

Tiffany is a true professional and the shop is so inviting and lives up to its name. My hair is always beautiful and healthy. I find Tiffany and her shop both professional and welcoming at the same time. I have had my hair done several times and every service has been perfectly done and I've been treated so professionally and welcomed by this artist, which is the only way to describe her work. I went to this salon for the first time after hearing good reviews about it and I'm so glad I did. I got a wash, deep condition treatment, blow dry and flat iron. Tiffany did such a great job! My hair was feather light, shiny and beautiful. I've never had a flat iron this well done. I got a trim as well which was amazing! Tiffany wasn't scissor happy like many hair stylists, she only cut what needed to be cut and my trim was so even. Loved it, will definitely go back. read more

I went to this salon today and Tiffany did amazing !!!! She was beyond professional and she did everything in a timely manner.
