I went with my mom on a rainy day in Naples. Wish I would have waited until we got back home. The girl who did my mani & pedi was rude and honestly unprofessionally dressed. $45 pedicure that took maybe 20 minutes, $7 to take the 4 gel toenails I had left off and $25 regular manicure that had no shape and I didn't even get lotion and hand massage. Both my mom and I have been frequent clients at Serenity for a while now. They have been a go-to for excellent nail services! The owners always greet us with a warm welcome, the facility and equipment are clean and sterilized, and we leave with wonderful nails every time. Not Good. Not Good at All. I have been going here for the past two years to get my eyebrows waxed & today I had the absolute worst experience ever. The woman with glasses at the front was just simply rude, her whole demeanor was off, though I didn't pay it any mind everyone has bad/ off days, But once I got into the room I simply asked her to just a do a middle strip ( unibrow strip) & she completely disregarded what I said and proceeded wax all around my eyebrows. I was very confused then but I allowed it to slide because of how long i've been going here, I then again asked her to not pluck & she laid me down & continued to pluck. As she did my brows she made me absolutely uncomfortable & unheard, not to mention the fact that my once full eyebrows are now thin & uneven. I truly felt I need to express how i felt , for any future girlies who want to a quick eyebrow wax. Do Not Go Here. read more

Unpleasant experience from the moment we walked in. I wanted a manicure. I chose my color and the woman( have no name as she didn't tell me) started to file and put my hand in warm water with nothing in it. Then she proceeded to apply a different color than I chose. I mentioned it and she said oh ya. She applied my color.. over the other color she applied. No massage, no oil, no lotion. Done in 10 minutes. She put me under the dryer, but there was nothing happening. And that was that. They look like crap. Oh well! It's only a manicure. read more

Dianne did my nails and pedicure. I requested that my nails be filled in and a regular pedicure. She completely removed my ombre nail finish which I thought was gel and added a lavender pedicure. They told me I owed $120.00 plus the tip. I should have argued with them because that is not what I ordered at the beginning of the appointment. My bill was supposed to be $70.00 plus the tip. Quite a difference! I will not go back there ever again. read more

One full set, charges for longer nails/shapes I got charged for length & shape when i only got square. My nails cost me $50... you can see my pinky is messed up and the paint isn't smooth. My friend who got hers done said they kept getting her with the tools. read more

This is the WORSTTTTTTTT nail salon I have ever been to!! 80 for a full set that I had to guide the tech on. They only have one shape which is curved and yellowish in color. I asked for square and was charged for a coffin because I had her clean up the acrylic on the sides of the nail which made them "thinner" and changed shape. Had to have a different tech come clean up the mess sure made on my hands. Never again read more

Worst pedicure and dip powder I've ever gotten. Went in at 1. Got in the pedicure chair at 1:15 & was FINISHED with my pedicure at 1:30!!! She didn't even do any cleanings of any toe other than my big toe. She cut my nails, cut a small area of dead skin off in my big toe, gave me a very quick massage & painted my toes all in 15 minutes!!! Whatever, I got my dip powder on & all the tech did was constantly look back at the clock to see the time probably for her next appointment. She slapped my dip on, barely filed my nails & put my hand in the uv light for the top coat for 20 seconds a hand. I had bumps in every nail. I was completely finished with everything by a little before 2?! 45 minutes for a pedicure & dip powder? My nails started chipping the next day. I waisted over 100$ just to have to get them redone a week later as one of my nails broke in a week. Horrible horrible experience. Will never go back. read more

If you are just interested in getting your nails and toes painted, this place is for you. If you expect to get your feet scrubbed and exfoliated and your cuticles cleaned, this is not your place. If you want a decent foot and calf massage this is not your place. It may be efficient but not enjoyable. read more

I went yesterday for a manicure. Having had breast cancer with lip nodes removed under arm I have strict orders from dr not to have cuticles cut. Infections are hard to fight. I brought my polish new and very good. I was told lady I was looking for not working for two days (not true) I sat at stand alone table in back. After saying hello, I said please do not cut my cuticles. Mid sentence she walks away. Fast forward...after removing polish she motioned to me round or square. I thought odd not much of a talker. Square I pointed to. Then I repeated do not cut cuticles please. Nothing, then she picks up cuticle cutter to star cutting I say no. She try's again to cut. I say no. She says Nothing then takes next finger and try's to cut. I say no. Then grabs 3 finger and I yell NO! Long and short I should have left. The polish was sloppy, no fan to dry it. She tried to make me put it under lamp which does not work on regular polish. Not happy, I wake up next morning , gloppy pealing polish. I call the person who is manning desk apologizes and says they will fix it. When I arrived I asked if the person from day before was licensed. ( this is fast forward) I could not understand how a person who speaks no English could pass a test. She it was too bad the woman did not speak enough to suit me. WTH? Not even yes or no... By the way she told me they had never had a complaint before. I replied it's your second day. She told me she did not like my attitude, this coming from a person with Groucho Marks eye brows. I left won't go back. Some basic English is a must, yes, no, stop. I would ask for licensing info if you go there. A huge scam was uncovered of a women selling fake license. read more

Do not I repeat, do not go to the spa! The people there pose as professionals and are not licensed to do this job, I'm considering calling the Better Business Bureau or whoever handles places like this because obviously they have no idea what they're doing. I went in on memorial day to get my eyebrows cleaned up, and I left horribly disfigured. I am living in St. Petersburg and usually go to a wonderful spot here call PIa, and as kind of a bonding thing my mother and I went to get our eyebrows waxed. I told the girl not too thin just clean them up. She obviously had no idea what she was doing and did one of my eyebrows when she gave me the mere I was horrified! She took underneath all of my eyebrow until it was one skinny strip across the top! You never take from the eyebrow from the nose all the way down to make it One line! Everybody knows that! Obviously she has had no prior schooling or experience to have performed the horrific a job she did on me! I have enclosed pictures to show you what a horrible job she has done! I'm supposed to go to a job interview and now I have no idea if they're going to think that I'm some kind of idiot that doesn't know how to pluck my own eyebrows or what?! Please just save yourself a horrible adventure in the world of unlicensed unprofessional Vietnamese, and never step foot into the spa if you value the way you look or if you like to spend money to make yourself beautiful, you will find nothing here but freak show results! I wish there was something more that I could do to tell you guys how horrible this place was! First off I should've known something was wrong, when they laid me down on a bed with paper on it that look like it had been used multiple times before. I only hope that I don't end up with lice or some kind of other skin disease from this horrible sorry excuse for a spa! I have been going to this nail place for about 7 years. It definitely is heading in the wrong direction. It was clean in the past! It is not clean and the salon needs a good cleaning. The last three times I was there, I made appointments with one person then was given someone else. My nails have never been worse - they break, chip and peel. I spoke with the owner who basically said this tech was good and nails would be done better this time. Guess what? Nail just broke. They have way to much turn over! I have to wonder if all these nail techs are professional trained. After 7 years....I am done with them. They lost a good customer because the owner doesn't pay attention to anything but the money! read more

Today was my first time in Serenity Nails & Pedi Spa so I will give them the benefit of the doubt but I was not happy. Maybe it was the specific nail tech I got but my nails were not filed evenly, the cuticle was never cut, my toes look like my 4 year old painted them and all for $10 more than what my usual place charges. The only reason I tried them was because I needed my nails done on a Sunday and my usual place is closed. $63 for a bad gel color mani and a pedi. Never again!!!!! read more

Wonderful manicure for only $15! It's been 4 days since I got a regular manicure (no gel), and the very dark color is still intact with NO chips. Amazing as I'm very active and constantly using my hands. Highly recommend! read more

I received a pedicure here this week. The staff was pleasant and friendly. They had a large selection of nail polish to choose from. The massage chair worked well and hit just the right spot. I was very happy with how my pedicure turned out. The stands are clean as I witness staff cleaning each stand after customers left. The only thing I'd change is some of the lotion they use. I felt the exfoliating lotion could be better as I have a small corn and wish it had been worn down some. The price is a little higher than a place I've gone to on Marco, but is closer to where I live so saves me on gas. Plan on going there again. read more

This place was dirty. The guy that I had was in a rush and didn't do what k asked. I asked him to do a navy blue with a gold accent nail and I walked out with white tip. Almost as if he refused to go and out the extra work in for the navy blue. When he put my nails on I had asked him to go natural and he told me "longer is better" when I wanted shorter.
