I hate to leave negative reviews, but my recent mani-pedi at Nail Boutique was deeply disappointing and not worth the three-hours it took, even with an appointment. The salon felt chaotic and disorganized, with my technician repeatedly walking away mid-service, leaving me unsure where she went or why. The quality was unacceptable--I left with three bleeding cuts around my cuticles, which burned intensely and weren't addressed until I specifically requested alcohol. The final manicure was lumpy, uneven, and poorly finished, lacking any attention to detail or care. I recommend skipping this spot to save your time and money; there are better options available. read more

Once again, I was on the lookout for things to do in the Naples area and my mom suggested a pedicure. I was really in need of one, and Nate had never had one, so we walked in to this spot that my mom has been to before. I'd recommend making an appointment, because we had a 30 minute wait. The staff was friendly enough and they had tons of options for polish including mostly OPI brand. The place looked clean, although I honestly didn't notice if they used brand new tools or not. The massage chairs are not my thing, they are a little uncomfortable for me, so I just left it off. I got the basic pedicure that was $32. They have a couple other options that are more expensive. I'm super ticklish and honestly kind of hate pedicures during, but love the results! The person working on me didn't seem fazed when I kept flinching, haha. They take credit cards for payment (with a fee) and luckily we had cash but I'm not sure if they take tips on cards? This is one thing about nail salons that I've never been sure about since I don't go regularly. This pedicure lasted forever! I'd go back to this spot but make an appointment first. read more

Nayeli is one of the BESTEST nail tech hands down! Again she DID NOT disappoint at all. Nailed it out of the park (no pun intended) hehe If you're truly going there to get your nails done, BE PATIENT!!!! I can't stress that enough. These girls work their arses off. I'd rather have them take their time and get it right then rushed! That's when you have a bad experience. And because you didn't plan things accordingly and are in a hurry you have a bad attitude, um stay home then. So if your in a hurry don't go in! Expect to just enjoy some QUIET time and YOU time! She had to threaten them with a bad Yelp review and stop payment with AMEX. They fought her and she ultimately won but I'm warning customers anyway. This no way to run a business. read more

Nail boutique and spa, it's conveniently close to where I live, that is the reason I have become a customer for six months. Donna, has been doing my manicure and I've been pleased with her work. The most recent powder manicure I had at their shop was most disappointing and left me doubtful of caring for their customer(s) by heir way of handling them. I would be surprised if Vinny, the associate who performed my powder dipping manicure has a certificate to perform this type of work. I had to leave town abruptly and called the salon for a pedicure appt. and while I was having that done I asked Maria (an associate) if she had time to do powder manicure for me. Her response was positive, by saying as soon as I am done with my costumer. I was happy I could have my manicure done the same day. When my pedicure was done a man name "Vinny" proceeded to apply acetone to my nails. I mentioned to him, Maria was to do my powder manicure..he replied that Maria was busy. Needless to say I was unhappy with his response..and since he had already applied the acetone on my nails I felt pretty much stuck with him. It was obvious he had not much experience in this delicate application of powder dipping. Two days later I left town and while away by the third day my left thumb was very tender to the touch and reddish, not to mention the side of another finger was sensitive from having it filled deep into the skin. While away from home I purchased, from the local pharmacy, alcohol, Neosporin and hydrogen peroxide to combat what I could clearly see there was an infection growing in the root of my finger nail and the burning sensation by the alcohol. See attached photograph(s) that was taken only four days later and three weeks later you can clearly see signs of healing only because I took action immediately. Upon my return to Naples, I visited the nail salon to show them just what my experience had been.. crickets..zero apologies and even an acknowledgement of this unprofessional experience. A friend recommended this salon to me. I am new to town and was searching for a salon that used Essie products. This fit the bill. They also use many other products including Opi, I am just partial to Essie. I have returned three times so far and each experience was wonderful. The care and time they take for each manicure and pedicure is second to none. Allow yourself an hour for a manicure and an hour for a pedicure. My manicures and pedicures have never lasted so long. If I could give zero I would. I have never had a worse gel manicure in my life than the one I just got with "Dan" at this place. Not to mention $38 for a gel manicure is a joke. My cuticles are all jagged and the coating of gel polish is ridiculously thick. I'm so aggravated and I told him I was unhappy. I was in there forever to get a pedicure and this crap manicure that has clear top coat over my cuticles! Just don't go there if you are considering it. Do not! There are plenty of other places. Don't get me wrong this is a very nice place. I badly needed a fill and this was the closest place to where I was staying. Very clean and nicely decorated. Unfortunately I felt rushed and when I looked down, there were little ants on the counter. I thought it was a bit pricey (from where I'm from). $40 for acrylic fill, gel polish and a cut, normally I pay $28 for all that in NJ. Called for pedicure appointment this morning. I understand they were short one person today, but just as my pedicure was just starting, another client arrived for manicure. My girl was so concerned that this person get attention immediately, I was given the fastest and most unprofessional pedicure I've ever had. When I asked her to file my heels, she said she had already done them. But she had not. Needless to say, won't be going back. Let me start by saying that the manager is really sweet, but unfortunately, my pedicure was the worst I've ever received. I'm not at all a picky person nor hard to please when it comes to a pedicure. I just want the polish to look nice and my nails to have a good shape and that's about it. The man who did my nails must have been new or something because he acted like he didn't know what he was doing. I informed him that I had acrylic over my toe nail because I had an injury to that toe, but my toe nail is fully grown now and I just wanted it removed, but it wasn't removed. I didn't say anything about it again because I was actually kind of afraid to let him attempt to remove it anyways. He was way too gentle; there's no way that he could file a nail down that gently. Lastly, I asked for gel, picked the color and everything, and still somehow ended up getting regular polish?? Not sure how that happened. The manager noticed and was very friendly about it. He told me that I could come back and get them repainted if they chip... but sorry; I won't be back. My toenails aren't evenly filed, the nail polish is globbed on one toe, and they just don't look good. I saw other people who were getting pretty good jobs done on their hands and feet, but I guess you just need to make sure you get certain people doing yours. read more

This was the worst pedicure I've ever had!!! First off the guy didn't put the orange tablet into my water!!! Then he was to busy with what was going on with the TV!!! Really am I paying for a pedicure or for u to watch tv?? He didn't clean under my nails or get enough off my cuticles ugh!!! He barely scrubbed my feet!!! When he painted my nails it looked like a child did it!!! This is my second time here. First time a guy did my mani/ pedi and it was ok, but this time May did my full pedicure and gel manicure and it was great. She did a terrific job, great foot/leg massage and hand massage. She was very attentive and quiet which I liked since I like to relax when doing my mani/pedi. BUT, I had to, as I would never ever return to this nail boutique and wanted to tell my horrible experience. Im new to the area and was told to try Groupon to find spa deals. Awesome, website! So, I called a few boutiques who said they would honour the groupon price, just come in and mention the add on the website. I called Lovely nails and mentioned the groupon adds that I had read and asked if they would match the prices from the website? I not only asked once and then twice and then spoke with a second person, then had the owner call back and went over the whole question a third time, specifically asking if they would price match the groupon add and if NOT I would make an appointment at another time as wanted to save the money. No problem if they would not price match, I completely understand that this was not their add on groupon, however if they would price match great. REPEATEDLY again REPEATEDLY the owner said " no problem we match, we match the price". I asked if she needed to see the groupon add, she then said "no we give you the deal". Mistakenly, I believed her. When it came time to pay, she simply offered me $10 off the price and I was charged $200. I almost fell over. I had a full leg wax, bikini and a mani and pedicure. I will also say that the girl who did the waxing didnt have me roll over to wax the back of my legs. My hair if blond and she felt not dark enough to do!! Im like hey Ive got some hairs on the back of my legs and you can see them if the light. SO she had me lift my leg and hold it in the air while she looked for a few hairs. Also the spider webs and bugs caught in the spider webs hanging from the ceiling in the dirty waxing room were disgusting. That is when I should have left. The owner said she wouldnt honour the groupon as she thought I said "COUPON" . I actually argued with her and said we had a specific conversation and there was no way she misheard my explanation. This place has been my absolute favorite for over a year now. I'm very picky about my nails and they (usually) do a fantastic job at a cheap-ish price. However, my current experience as I am sitting in the pedicure chair is UNBELIEVABLE. I am getting a shellac pedicure, one that I've gotten more times than I can count here, so I know the proper procedure. A boy who can't be older than a freshman in high school is doing it and he hasn't even taken the shellac off my toes? He's cut, moisturizer, and filed my ALREADY polished toes. He put the curing lotion on TOP of the polish? He has cut my toes with the clippers and has incinuated that I am too sensitive l, when my toes are bleeding. He then tried to RIP the shellac off, which anyone who knows the basic information about shellac knows that that is HORRIBLE for your nails? I told him it hurt and he LAUGHED.
