I guess I should start by saying as the third of 3 one star reviews these people are obviously not in the right business. I just purchased a house and in the contract had stated the pool would be clean upon purchase. I was told it had been cleaned this morning. When I told them I did not look like it had been cleaned due to green growth on areas of the pool(that was not there when we saw the house before purchase) I was told 'Welcome to the world of owning a pool'. He said this repeatedly and that leaves get into pools and that he cleaned the pool. When I said I wasn't concerned about the leaves it was the green growth on the pool sides he kept saying 'Welcome to the world of owning a pool'. I have never dealt with a more condescending person in my life. My pool was 'cleaned' by this company and when I had some questions they got incredibly rude. So again. Pool was beautiful when we first saw it. Not clean when we closed on the house. The company that 'cleaned' the pool' then got incredibly rude and said it was always like that and 'Welcome to the World of owning a pool. SO happy with the service we received from Serenity Pools!!!!! I called a few pool companies after having serious issues with our previous pool provider, & Ryan at Serenity seemed the most knowledgeable, & the most helpful. The pool provider we were using apparently hired inexperienced kids to clean our pool. Every time someone came out, either the spa would drain, the Polaris would stop working, etc. Since I was unfamiliar with the equipment, I wasn't sure if they were really being honest our equipment was breaking every time they came out, or if they just didn't know what they were doing. I called Serenity Pools, & Ryan came out quickly to assess our equipment. Basically, NOTHING was wrong with our equipment, the other pool co left the pool return pump in the off position, which is why our Polaris stopped running - Once Ryan moved the pool return valve back to open, everything started working again. Ryan even gave us an hour of pool school, looked at our spa & other pool equipment, and said everything was in perfect order. We also had him upgrade our spa jets to massager style jets, he had them in and our spa heated and running quickly. Just in time for the crazy cool front that came in this Saturday. He really knows about pools and the equipment, they are not just a "cleaning" company, but full service. Absolutely LOVE this pool company, will definitely continue to use them. read more

We've owned this house for two years and had several pool service companies come out and attempt to get our pool straight. With all the chemical imbalance, watering running into the yard and the occasional algae build-up we called Serenity Pools to at least come out and inspect our pool. It took several days to get everything back in "sink" but his team came through like a champ. We recently had our pool re-plastered (Sept 2020) by another company and they failed to come out and condition the pool after the re-plaster. The pool started to stain on the new plaster and all the water valve configuration was rearranged not allowing the water to stay balanced. Again I call Serenity Pool and spoke to the owner by coming out to assist us (again) with getting pool corrected. He did not hesitate and came out with two hours. Pool is looking the best its ever looked. I can only say, his patience and attention to detail made this experience a long lasting one. We can finally look out in the backyard and not be embarrassed or disgusted. Thank you Serenity Pool and team. See you next week and every week!! read more

We tried this company based on the previous positive review, unfortunately we didn't have the same experience. After paying for an emergency cleaning and other services, we agreed on a weekly schedule. They called each time to change the day of the cleaning and when we asked Ryan to give an approximate time of arrival (morning or afternoon) he became upset and told us we were asking the "wrong questions". We got the impression that our pool was too big and too much for him to bother with us. Basically we found the company to be unprofessional, unreliable, and frankly just rude. We found another company now that is much more flexible, courteous, and at very competitive prices. read more

We have been using Ryan for almost a year now and have really liked his service. They show up the same day and time every week and if there is to be a change we always get an email ahead of time. The price is the same every month (something that was not true of our last pool guy) and if any extra work is done (we needed a new ring seal one month) they let us know exactly what that extra charge is for. We have been using Serenity Pools for over 2 years now after a recommendation from our realtor. We feel that Ryan and his company are helpful, fair and very knowledgable. The service is consistent and we never have to worry about our pool anymore! I have recommended this company to neighbors who all now use Serenity and are happy with the service. I love that you can pay your bills online and the owners are easy to speak to and ask questions of. As first-time pool owners, my husband and I appreciated that Ryan took a lot of time with us in the beginning to explain all of the parts and chemicals that we needed to know about. read more

We too had a terrible experience with Serenity. Ryan can't seem to keep any of his hired help, and we get billed for extras every week (salt is extra, chemicals extra) - they are also VERY expensive. What ended the relationship is when I called to ask why I am always getting delinquent notices for my bills which are ALWAYS paid on time, his wife was nasty, rude, talked over me, and mocked my east coast accent, and hung up on me. It must be their excessive prices that allow them to treat their customers so poorly. Stay away from Serenity. read more
