I booked this massage using my class pass credits. The massage was solid, but I've had better. The pressure wasn't deep enough for me and they use alot of oil. Also, the massage wasn't cohesive, only 1 foot was massaged and the other wasn't. My masseuse Chris was very kind and gentle though and noted my trouble areas which I appreciated. WONDERFUL experience from the initial phone call until we left the spa. Damian (owner) is such a sweet, sincere man, and a absolute pleasure to work with planning my surprise anniversary spa day for my husband. He understood and came up with the perfect package of services I wanted us to have. Made sure to block enough time for everything so we aren't rushed and can truly enjoy the whole experience. Also, I added champagne, fruit, and balloons to make the day more special. Damian took care of everything and kept in communication to inform everything was good and ready for a beautiful experience. IT SURE WAS!!! The couples massage room was set up nicely with an inviting relaxing experience and balloons with a cute heart decoration on the door. Although we arrived late (totally our fault), Lino my massage therapist and Petra my husband's massage therapist helped me to relax and assured we will still get our entire time. They creatively worked it all out on saving time but no by any means skimping on our treatments. We had the full body massage with basalt hot stones along with exfoliating foot scrub. First for both of us. It was so relaxing. Lino found knots and tightness in places I didn't know I had. I felt so much better when he was done. Sitting a lot each day has taken a toll on my body. Petra did such a great job on my husband he fell asleep. They appropriately checked in (not too much or too little) to ensure the pressure was the right amount and the stones wasn't too hot. Much appreciated! Next Petra did our facials. It's not easy doing two people at the same time which wasn't the original plan but she worked it out seamlessly. Again not shortening anything. It worked out better because we were able to leave on treatments longer on the areas needed. I appreciate her explaining every step prior to working on myself and husband. I very much enjoyed relaxing and chatting with her during the process while my husband continued sleeping. Lol! She was such a delight and sincerely takes pride in her work to ensure she does what's best for our skin. Also, very knowledgeable and I learned several new tips when doing our at home facial. Lastly, we moved to the Breathe Lounge which was beautifully set up with a selection of teas, champagne, and a fruit tray. Damian stopped in to introduce himself between his massage sessions to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Also, encouraged us to stay as long as we like as the lounge was prepared just for us. He checked in periodically to ensure we were comfortable and refilled our fruit tray. The fruit (pineapple, tangerine) was very sweet and delicious. We haven't gone anywhere or done anything since COVID. Options was very limited as we didn't feel comfortable venturing out as we usually do. This was perfect for our special day. I highly recommend Serenity Rose to anyone looking for a professional, relaxing, spa experience for yourself or any special occasion. So worth it! They are phenomenal! Looking forward to going back. On a day off, exploring West Palm Beach, and Norton museum, I looked for a place to get a massage that was on the way home. Many of the places were out of the way Or not exactly what I was looking for. I shifted my wants and decided to get a full body massage and found this little gem. Upon further investigation, I found out that it is black owned, and that they specialized in things I don't normally see but needed. Knowing that I have some issues from my post chemo and radiation treatments, I thought this would be a good place for me. I was kindly greeted and welcomed for my appointment and that the therapist was running a little bit behind. My made the time to come out, and tell me that she would be right with me and apologize for any inconvenience. After getting to meet her and explain my situation, for the first time, someone actually understood what my issues were. She actually understood what I have been through because she works with an oncologist. Winning! Unfortunately, I only signed up for an hour massage because it was a new place for me and I didn't want to devote too much time or money if it wasn't going to be a good experience. To my surprise it was! I'm optimistic that all of my issues and concerns will be addressed. I will be going back in the next couple of days for a longer session. read more

Called late one weekday afternoon to schedule my appointment for a Saturday morning, who knew this wonderful gem was hidden in this unassuming plaza. My appointment with serenity rose was scheduled for 10am.. arrived a little early for paperwork.. my massage therapist was "Petra" she was absolutely amazing! I work in healthcare so I'm on my feet a lot and also really physical. I requested a deep tissue massage.. and boy did Petra DELIVER! She was very attentive and always asked if the pressure was too much.. and I was perfect! I walked out there feeling like jello. I didn't even have to tell her my areas of concern but she sure found them... she worked the muscles until she got that knot out! Eh, this review is based off my parents' experience. Booked a couples massage for my mom and dad. Had a lil trouble booking it online as you need to put two appointments (one for each person) and so I had to call the next day to move the appointment earlier so they could both be massaged at the same time with two different masseuses. No big deal. Also clarified that I wanted both parents to receive the hot stone and foot scrub enhancers. Cue to today. Only one parent was scheduled to have the enhancers which meant the hot stones weren't ready for both parents. From what my mom told me, the massage itself was great but the extras were not worth the money. The hot stone wasn't hot enough (possibly because they had to rush heating up another set for dad) and the foot scrub barely added anything to the experience. Some additional stray remarks my mother told me: - linen wasn't white, so wasn't sure how clean it was - not really romantic, fake flowers, fake candles, and she wasn't able to hold my dad's hand because they were too far away from each other (not sure why you want to hold hands during a massage but thats how she felt) -lounge for after the massage was small and ugly and the champagne was from a small bottle that they split - my sister ended up picking up my parents outside since they decided they'd rather wait in the street than inside Overall, kind of disappointed when I had high hopes this would be a special experience for them. just wow!!! Petra was GOLDEN. Not only did she relax my muscles around my breast tissue a couple months after surgery, but she helped drain my lymphatic fluids that was built up for so long within a couple minutes.
