I got a builder gel set for the first time and although the work was good at first, the chrome flaked off within 24 hours. And the chrome is $15 EXTRA!!! I paid $100 for nails that looked good for maybe a day. However, the lady who did my nails was nice and chatty, which I liked! The pedicure was going well until they cut my toe nails crooked and told me the nail color I picked out was not going to show up on my toes and that I should pick a brighter color?! Rude. And when my daughter came by and told me she was disappointed that they did not put on the charms she asked for the lady came over and was rude and was yelling at my daughter and I. I literally had to deescalate the situation to not frighten my baby girl. My gel nails ended up having bubbles and my toes are cut wrong. I've been getting my nails done at this salon for almost a year, and I have never had an experience as bad as my most recent visit. When I went in to have my nails removed, three of my nails had fungus underneath -- something that has never happened to me before. Instead of showing concern or taking responsibility, they still charged me $15 just to soak the nails off. For a place I've trusted for so long, the lack of accountability and customer care was extremely disappointing. Not only was I left dealing with a health concern, but they also refused to waive the fee despite the situation clearly being related to their service. To be honest, I'm not a fan of this place. But it could've been a specific situation so I do plan on giving it another try when I need it. I asked for a French tip on almond shaped nails and the line are not sharp nor does it look neat. So now I'm walking around with nails for the next 2-3 weeks with messy gel polish. I made an appointment for a mani-pedi. I paid $75 for a regular French manicure and plain pedicure. I even tipped $10 in cash! I supplied my toe nail polish. It was the worst mani-pedi I have ever experienced. The technician didn't even push my cuticles back, cut them, or treat the rough skin around my big toe. Nor did she clean underneath my nails. Eighty Five dollars is a lot for a 30 minute mani-pedi. She draped a warm towel on top of both legs when finished! She was a nice person, but that is too much money for such a poor job! I was a walk-in here and was taken care of immediately. This salon was recommended and I had a picture of my friends nails, showing how they did her nails. I marked them down 1star for two reasons. The first reason was because side I was trying to ask for one specific technician and was not given any chance to give the name and the second was that the nails I asked for were a bit light for the color of my skin and the technician I had did not offer recommendations. I understand that I just walked in without an appointment and only got a basic manicure but I was in the lady's care for all of 10 mins. Very careless with the whole thing. Buffed and cut my cuticles. Also this is supposed to be a relaxing experience and the environment of the salon was stressful over all. No real since of direction from the staff. My first time here I'm not going to know where towels are. There isn't anywhere to sit when you're waiting so you just kind of floating in the way. The water added to it caused a floaty ring to appear at the bottom. The tech clipped my cuticles causing two of them to bleed and she didn't apply any type of cuticle oil to them after. My dad works a lot and needed his feet done and I found a place we've never been to before, to get 7, YEP.. SEVEN of us seated to get our feet done. We made an appointment prior to going in (a day before) and we were running late and they said it was fine. They were all so kind and sat us down right when we walked in. They did SO AMAZING and they were verbally talking to us about where we're from and just making conversation.. we all love it! We had a great time and this is going to be our place from now on! I did a little research before going into this shop and they gave pretty good ratings . I had to get my dip powder nails soaked off and wanted a regular gel manicure . The lady who did my nails was friendly but I felt like she was rushing a bit and I just wasn't fully happy with my service. She got a little out of hand with the tools they use to remove the dip powder and didn't fully remove all of the color I had on my nails previously before putting on the new gel coat so you can see some of the black under my new color which was a pistachio green . The paint job she did was also not very near and doesn't look very good up close. Nice enough lady but I just wasn't super happy overall with the job she did on my nails .
