I used to love this place but my last appointment was one of the worst experiences I've had. The…read morelady who did my massage and I agreed that I wanted a regular medium pressure massage but it was extremely painful. I usually go for a high pressure massage and am fine but the morning after I was sensitive to the touch and had bruises the next morning. I think the worst part about this experience is that I called to explain why I was unhappy with my massage and they could not care less. It was so disappointing to see how little effort they put into fixing the problem and making sure it would not happen again. I am not even sure I can go back after how I was treated this last time.

She applied deeper pressure for period of time And then stopped, I reminded her again that I want a deeper pressure, she applied for about 30 seconds and then reverted back to light pressure. Previously she had covered my eyes with a towel so at one point I took the towel off of my eyes only to see what she was doing because she was just petting my foot as if I was a dog. I watched her for about 30 seconds staring at something off to the left with one hand on my foot And the other hand at her side. I asked her what are you doing watching tv? She seemed shocked and said that's kind of random. We don't even have a TV in here. I've heard about people doing that before but now I was watching the time. She's very talkative and makes you feel comfortable. She has been doing hair for 24 yrs. so she's very experienced. I did the keratin treatment. It took 3 hrs and got I trim. Even tho my hair is middle of my back I was still charged $150. My hair trim was $35. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place. Smaller boutique so know matter who you get.
