I've had several massages and my husband and I have done about 3 couples massages together. This one was by far superior than previous ones we've done in Lafayette. Ms. Dawn and Ms. Norma were both top tier. Different techniques were used throughout the massage which created a relaxing experience. The facility was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly. We will definitely be returning to try some of the other services. read more

I desperately needed a message, facial and some self care - this was my first time since before the pandemic. I was so pumped when I was able to get in on a Saturday afternoon with only a day's notice. Did it all online, loved that conscience. Also so great packages if you're looking to do different services. Easy to get to off the main road and has on-site parking. Staff at the front desk was super nice. The waiting area really does start to get you relaxed (smelled amazing). Massage and facial were just what I needed and ranked high compared to other establishments I've been to in other parts of the country. Full time was used for the services. Add-ons available, I did the sauna which was the perfect end to my spa day. Can't wait to go back again and keep up the self care routine. read more

This place is amazing. So glad I came here. Miss Dawn was a miracle worker. I usually only get 1 hour massages but I extended it this time because she was just that great. The spa itself is huge, one stop shop for nails, hair and other spa services like facials and spray tans. They keep it pretty clean and the employees are nice. My only recommendation would be to offer a cucumber water that isn't sparkling to hydrate the customers after a massage. Thank you! read more

I don't recommend to get any nail service here. For a $60 pedicure I expect the best of the best but no. No soak in the bowl, She barely cut the cuticles and the skin around the nail. No pumice stone or callus scrapper was used. I felt like I was getting a pedicure from the cosmetology school. When I was done my feet still looked dirty and were not soft at all. read more

Very disappointed! Firstly, the nail tech used top coat instead of base coat for dip nails, and so within 3 hours one fell off. I called the next morning since they were closed and was asked to come back to fix them, which I did today, and by the time I got there 3 more fell off. It also took over an hour to do them, which seems excessive. I've been having my dip done for over 2 years in Oklahoma and it never took more than 40 minutes and they lasted 2 weeks or more. She redid the whole set at my request (she was only going to fix the 4 that fell off), no apology, but at least used base coat this time. After they were done I was waiting for my massage appointment and not even 2 minutes after my nails were done the top coat started to peel off. I spoke to the Lady on reception, who was super nice the whole time, and told her I was done and would like a refund. She apologized for everything and said she would talk to Crystal, who I assume is the owner, who did not speak to me and did not offer a refund or anything, she just told Lauren to look at them again. Lauren offered to do another top coat and I refused. I can do top coat myself and it won't peel off and wasn't willing to waste more time. Surely Lauren apologized now right? Nope! It actually dawned on me in the car what I think she was doing wrong... she wiped a layer of acetone over the nails before she started top coat... I'm no nail tech but I'm pretty sure that's not a good idea. Either she doesn't know what she's doing or she's doing it on purpose to get people to go back more often so they'll pay. Will not be going back Crystal is supposed to be calling me for a follow up so we shall see. read more

Three weeks ago I had a full day of sauna, float tub, body scrub, body wrap, massage, facial, pedi and mani with powder dip and tips. I had an amazing day and loved the entire experience of each and every professional who attended me. My day ended with my manicure by Lauren and I have to pay special attention to how great she was because of not only how great my nails looked, but also how long they lasted in spite of the fact that I am a swimmer and spend excessive amounts of time weekly in my gyms pool and hot tub. I know these activities shorten the life of manicures so I was so impressed how well they took all the abuse I put them through. I rescheduled to have my nails done again for yesterday and had an amazing experience with Lauren once again! She's very fun to chat with and it's more like getting your nails done by a friend than a random stranger, I cannot recommend the staff here enough! read more
