Our Japanese Maple Tree has finally been planted and found a better home and will grow with plenty of earth to bloom in the years to come. Sam came and picked up my wife's 2007 Solara Convertible and returned the next day looking practically brand new. The service is convenient because they come and pick up your car at your house. The proposal process was painful. They showed up for the consult pretty quickly, but it took about 2 weeks to get the first proposal. The initial proposal was for an over-the-top HGTV makeover. Over 400 plants listed with no clear explanation of placement. After a couple back-and-forth revisions we got it near our budget, but found out they want full payment up front before they would deliver a site plan (you know, the thing that shows where plants are actually going, which is required by the ARB). I learned a long time ago to never pay vendors everything up front, so we've decided to contact other landscapers. read more

I called and scheduled a consultation. The first time I had to cancel and they worked great with being understanding. I wish I could say more of the service and work, but we were scheduled for a consultation at 5 pm. At 5:15 pm received a call that they're running 15-30 mins late. That's ok. Well, it's 6:49 pm at the time of post and no signs of the person coming to provide an estimate. Terrible communication if you ask me. All communication through yelp was super efficient so it's been pretty disappointing to not even get even close to even get an estimate. UPDATE: he arrived at at 7:07 pm. And tried to tell me that he said 53 mins instead of 30. Not aure how I can mess that one up. Definitely not using they're services. SECOND UPDATE: the company did reach out. But as a very busy person that values time, I can't shake the thought of first impressions. Being late and calling: good. Giving me an estimate time of arrival and then disappearing until more than an hour and a half later, without further communication, not so good. It would be impossible for me to rely in whatever timeframe they tell me. read more

They were also extremely professional when communicating either by email, Yelp or by phone. There crew did an excellent job getting our home ready in time and even took care of all the linens for us too. Price wise they are very reasonable and worked with me to set up a plan for a frequent schedule. He was pleasant, honest and professional and really went the extra mileS to provide me with outstanding service. I was so excited when we hired Sam, but he really let us down. We were clearing scrub foliage in our backyard. First they cleared an extra 6 feet more than was on the quote. While I wasn't happy about that it was the fixing of the companies mistake that really showed their integrity. It took 2 weeks to get them to clean it up and it is really not to mine or my neighbor's satisfaction, but we paid them anyway. There are still a ton of dead trees that just look horrible. The best part was Sam kept complaining about how much it was costing him to fix the problem. I am sorry, but when I hire somebody to do the job I expect them to do the work properly and if they make a mistake they fix it at their cost. read more

These guys are simply THE BEST!!! They went above and beyond and took care of your home at a time when life had gotten very chaotic for us. We can't tell you how much we appreciated the kindness, professionalism and hard work they put in for our family. Sowm and Gina stayed at our house until 3am to make sure our move out cleaning was complete at the deadline we needed! Who provides that level of service nowadays?! Not only were we blown away at the level of service, we were very pleased with their actual cleaning and lawn services. The Serenity team did our move out cleaning, shampooed our carpets, did a pressure washing and landscaping in our yard. Their prices were very competitive AND they gave us a military discount. The team at Serenity did a fantastic job on my house. I called them to come in for a deep clean. Sam came out walked thru my house, noted everything I asked to be done, and even mentioned a few things I hadn't thought of. He was punctual, polite, and listened to everything I asked for. The quote I was given I thought was very reasonable considering the work they planned to do. The cleaning crew came out on time, they were very polite and professional. They hit every surface in my home and were very detailed. They cleaned everything I had disgussed with Sam, and had me look at a few things along the way to show me what had been done, and be sure I was satisfied so far. After the cleaning crew was done, their manager came out and walked thru my home to inspect and touch every surface to be sure it was perfect. If he found any spot that wasn't quite right, the it was fixed on the spot. He inspected areas I wouldn't have thought to check. Overall I'd highly recommend Serenity if you need a cleaning service, they did a fantastic job!! I'll definitely use their services again! read more
