The therapist also had an air purifier running which was quite loud itself in such a small room right near my head. When I asked to turn it off, the street noise became even more distracting. When you're investing in a 90-minute treatment plus tip, you expect a sanctuary. Instead, I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. I won't be back, which is a shame because the talent is there--the building just isn't suited for massage therapy.

I called and was told I'd be charged the full cost of my appointment, nearly $100 and that they could reschedule me. Not sure I'd want to reschedule if they expected me to show up vomiting. What if I'd had Covid? Seems very dangerous for their employees and other guests. So beware of that. Their owner texted me and accused me of threatening their receptionist. I was probably a bit rude before I was hung up on, but I certainly did not threaten anyone. I'm sure this is a very lovely massage place. The other reviews reflect that. That being said, I thought others should know that there is zero wiggle room for the cancellation policy, which could mean spreading sickness to employees and customers.
