I have called the office every week and was told by the gentleman who manages their office that they would be there by the end of the week. 12 weeks now and I am still waiting. There is a real lack of integrity and customer follow-up. The fellow in the office has continued to make my call and profusely apologizes. He understands why I can no longer deal with G&H. I know there are neighbors who had a good experience (probably those with a major service need that only required one visit). If you need follow-on support - be wary.
