We had an appointment scheduled and showed up only to find out that the Chantilly studio was closed. No one bothered to call or email to inform us of this so we had two kids dressed up and ready to take pictures and no photographer. We ended up calling around and drove all of the way to the Potomac Mills location. They were accommodating, professional, and took wonderful pictures of my girls.
