We wanted them to just load and deliver furnitures, looking at the most 4-5 hrs since it's such a short distance. --They charged us 8 hrs ($1,480 + 200 dollar deposit). Moving distance to & from is only 10 minutes. Deposit still not returned so we asked our CC company to stop payment. -- We called the number to complain and they keep forwarding us to a different number. I can go on and on...suffice to say, this is the WORST moving company we have ever used. I do not believe the reviews with 5 or 10 stars, which is ridiculous since I experienced their very bad service. Maybe, same people who work for them wrote reviews.
