My car keeps locking itself when the fobs are left inside. I paid a different tow company 160 and it took over an hour. I paid Sergio half that and it took him 10 minutes. The first two company was "sponsored" and I've learned to stay away from those results and to support small businesses. Well things have changed. Sergio is no longer pals with my mechanic. And my mechanic moved away from the strip that he was in with Sergio. Had an accident and my car was disabled. In a bind. Called up Sergio told him who I was, and he said 3 hrs. Its Friday night. I mentioned my friend. He says I dont talk to him no more. I said sorry to hear that, but Im sure in a bind, can you help? Im stranded here. He upped his price. I couldnt believe it. My advice? Dont use him!!!!! read more

Awesome service I asked for quote and it was kinda late but was tight with funds and I had to tow my car off the street reason being the streets were going to be tore up the next day so we worked out a deal and he towed me that night to my location in an hours time he saved me in a tight spot and I didn't have to wait at all on top of it he knew I was in a spot and solved my problem thank you so much never had service this great ever before thanks again read more

Poor customer service, serigos employee Jeremy failed to read very simple instructions on how to park my non running vehicle. When I called Jeremy to tell him I was very unhappy with his service & he needs to make it right. He told me it's not his problem and to tell Sergios Towing about it. So I told Sergio and ask to see a pic of the park job. So I send him a pic and he says he will make it right in the morning. Sergio himself dropped the ball and refused to make it right. I will no longer use this company as im very unhappy he can't make the situation right. I now have to find away to move the vehicle on my own since it doesn't run. If the vehicle would of been dropped off straight & in the right location there would not be a issue but apparently that is too much to ask for so I will seek out a different company for my future needs read more

The driver was courteous and very helpful and winched the car onto the flatbed without too much trouble. Changed a donut for me and when I called a month later to request the invoice my ins co asked for, he said we don't keep those records land i 'should've' gotten a receipt. I didn't get an itemized receipt that would satisfy my insurance co or I wouldn't be calling you. Additionally, I replied you're a business, you are REQUIRED to keep those records. He said no and he doesn't remember. HORRIBLE SERVICE and I'll never use you again and advise others of your unprofessionalism. Great you can tow a car etc. but you need to handle paperwork for people's insurance instead of blowing them off. Btw, it took so long because I have been trying to reach you 3 times. This place is outrageous!!!! Called Monday an asked about having my car towed and flat tire fixed. Was told it would be $70 for tow and that they could fix the flat. So when I called back Wednesday to actually have them tow it and fix it. I was told that they don't have a shop and could only tow it. He got to her vehicle within a half an hour of our phone call and with an hour it was towed right to our mechanic just in time before they closed. I hired him about two weeks ago and his tow service was great ,but I called him up and explained that I had stripped lug nuts on a tire ,and if he could change it. He said yes it would be 80 $. When his driver showed up he had no idea that the lug nuts were stripped ,and he was of no help at all. I was still charged full service charge when I was not serviced at all he offered to tow me ,but i initially called him for tire service. Talk about great service! And I owned a towing service years ago so I know an honest guy when I found one. His price was a lot less than Superior's Towing. He was at my truck 15 minutes early and then he even turned my it around and placed it with the nose facing the garage when he dropped it off. (You really can't tow a vehicle with the front wheels on the pavement, needs to be rear). I can't say enough good about my experience here!! Use these guys! read more

This place doesn't deserve a star... We had him pickup our ford fusion to the dealership and told us it'd be 70 dollars then when he got there said oh i need to use 2 2x4s for the busted tires so it'll be 90. Understandable so we paid him the money and he towed it. The second time we needed to tow it (not even 5 min away down the street) he asked for 65 dollars and we reminded him that it would need the 2 2×4s and asked if it would be more.... he said no it'll be the same cost. He gets there and says "oh is this the same car? Yea it'll be 20 dollars extra like last time" i then said "wait but you told us over the phone it'd be the same? Why are you changing it now?" He says "im not here to argue with you. I dont have to tow your car i can go." I then told him "im not trying to argue i want to understand why you changed it" he then walks away and says im done arguing and gets in his truck and drives away before i can even tell him ill pay. This guy was extremely rude! Dont use this service! He will change up his story and wont give you the time of day he'll just leave. read more

Worst towing company ever. I called them to have my car towed back to my home, Sergio instantly start telling me about their auto shop. I told him I just want to have it towed to my house because I have someone that can repair it ( it was just the starter that had went out), he agreed to pick my car up the next morning and bring it to my house. When they got the car to the house everything appeared fine until later that day I notice a puddle of oil under my car, when I had it check out, there was a hole in my oil pan. I went back to where my car had sat overnight and there was no oil on the ground. It think they intentionally damage my oil pan just so I would have to bring my car to them. And when I called them to inform them of the damage all Sergio would say is there's nothing they can do. They are crooks and unless you want to get ripped off do not take your car there. read more
