I appreciated that I got a real person vs AI fake call answerers or recording machines, when I called. He asked about my situation vs everyone else who wanted just to come out for $$ to do an estimate. He asked for pictures of my tank and ventilation on roof, and then outlined his costs. He came off very professional and said his guys would her on Monday afternoon--which they did on time and listened to my concerns not to scratch my washer/dryer . The guys were professional as well. I not giving a 5 star as I desperately wanted a service call on Sunday given the water everywhere. That they were unable or unwilling to do--I'd even pay extra. (If they came to my rescue on Sunday I'd given 5 star and post a video on FB and other social media as I wanted the problem solved that day). I'd use them again if the tank lasts as long as my old Kenmore. The professionalism made them stand out--just hope it doesn't fail on Sunday.

We were looking for a company to install a Reverse Osmosis water system in our home. We contacted…read moreNew Gen Plumbing and Jose was here the next day to provide a bid on the project. We also asked that they include pricing on replacing the main household water valve located in the laundry room. Their quote was very reasonable and the work was scheduled. Jose and his assistant installed the RO system, connecting it to both the kitchen faucet and the refrigerator ice maker. They also replaced the main water valve. This included cutting out, replacing and painting sheetrock around the valve. All work was done flawlessly. After a month or so, we noticed the RO system occasionally making a high-pitched squealing sound. We contacted New Gen and Jose came out to trouble shoot the issue. He discovered that one of the manufacturer's system components was not working properly and was able to remedy the situation. He even took time to measure and show us the quality of the water that the system was producing. The level of professionalism and technical capability of Jose and the New Gen team was exceptional. We highly recommend New Gen and will call them for any of our future plumbing needs.

Project: Water Heater Installation…read more Alex was professional, arrived on time, extremely experienced and polite. He was scheduled for a repair on various items relating to gas. After the diagnosis, he made a few recommendations ... not an upsale but a requirement due to the age of the unit. Ultimately, a new water heater was installed plus other items. The project was completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up nice and hauled away everything. After a few months, the inspector reported the water heater was manufactured in 2005 and hence, out of warranty. I contacted Alex and he responded. It turned out the inspector made an error which resulted with incorrect information. The unit was manufactured in 2025. This goes to show you Alex will not ghost you after the work was installed and invoice was fully paid. He will help you with whatever you need after the work has been done and paid for. That says a lot about the business and its integrity. Character counts! I highly recommend Alex! You be glad you did!

I asked if you could do some work (fix the backflow preventer or sprinkler valve), so the trip charge could go towards some work, but you refused it and DEMANDED $150. Also, I sent a detailed messages with photos about the issues before your trip.
