This was my first daycare experience, I did not know what to expect. But now that I have…read moreexperienced other places, this place is actually pretty bad and I would never take my kids back. I will say, if you plan to enroll your kids soon, please be aware they are VERY short staffed. I kept my kids here longer than I should have because I thought the teachers really loved my kids (most of them). But then most of those teachers left all at once and that's when I started to make plans to take them out. Both of my kids have medical concerns. They are not medically complex; but one is developmentally delayed and the other has asthma and food allergies. We had an extremely rough start with my older who has special needs, she was kept in a stroller for most of the time (based off pics and what we saw in person). OBVIOUSLYYYYY that is not ok, considering she is mobile on her own. So I filed a complaint and talked to the owner and they stopped doing that. But one small thing that did bother me, was that she would never come home with artwork once she went into the toddler classroom. But, I would always see everyone else's artwork on the wall. That would hurt any parents heart, I think. My oldest is capable, it seemed like she was always just an inconvenience to them. Not to mention the few times I heard other teachers talking on the floor how they "had" to take care of my kids that day... wow. Next, my littlest one was pushed out of the infant room while older kids got to stay and ended up being sent to a 1yr old class at 9-10m, where I was told he HAS to be on the 1yr old schedule. When I asked admin and teachers why, I got completely different answers from everyone. How is that possible? Also, at that age, they still need milk often. I had to call in severalllll different days just to remind them to give my baby milk. As it was not being shown on app updates. One time they told me my son refused to drink milk that whole day. When I picked him up, he chugged two bottles within an hour and was visibly dehydrated. My littlest one had head injuries there almost daily too for 2 weeks. Again, he was pushed out to play on the concrete and non padded floors in the 1 year old class while he was just learning to be mobile. He would cry the entire ride home everyday basically since I enrolled him. My guess was he was hungry, because I would always give him a bottle or snack ASAP and he would be fine. There was also a day where he had an allergic reaction, I was not made aware, and had to take him immediately to the ER when I picked him up. Horrible. 2 stars because i appreciate how they eventually accommodated my oldest, some staff that remained was very nice, they did picture day, and fun things. Sylvia, Sally, and the toddler PM young teacher (forget her name)... aaaamazing. Veronica and Patty were nice. But other than that, not much else to brag about. Not a lot of teachers here are truthful. I have spoken to the owner on separate occasions and on our last day, she made a remark about not being able to accommodate my daughter because of her special needs. Which is kind of crazy, don't think they are familiar with ADA laws, but I digress. Now my kids get picked up now at their new place and they are so content and peaceful, tummies are full and no injuries.

As a working single mom,…read morethere is no greater gift than knowing your children are safe, loved, and genuinely cared for while you're away. In many ways, Mays and Nora spend more waking hours with my children than I do during the week, and that level of trust is something I never take for granted. My son has absolutely thrived in her care. He loves going every day, has made wonderful friends, and is always excited to tell me about the fun activities, holiday celebrations, and special moments they share. My daughter has also grown so much since starting with Ms. Jubran. Watching her confidence, social skills, and development flourish has been incredible. What makes Ms. Jubran so special is that this isn't just a daycare, it's a second home. They love these children as if they were their own. Every child receives individual attention because she keeps her program small, and you can see the difference that makes. Thank you for everything that you do.

Mays brings a high level of kindness to our son, and it shows in how he is around her! She has always prioritized safety and education at an early age, and has a steady form of communication of anything concerning. Having our son at this daycare is invaluable, and we've recommended her to many of our friends in the area.

I wanted to do a follow up post- because the owner left a comment on my original post that said as…read moresoon as they were made aware of HFMD they notified parents- this was NOT true. In fact an immediate search of their school on the Orange County child licensed care website shows my allegation was sustained. If you're looking for honesty, this school is not it. And I'm sure like my last post there will all of a sudden be five random perfect reviews but remember if something seems weird it usually is. This school owes it to me to fully reimburse my one week of tuition that I paid. I highly recommend the other contact me- you have my info. Besides my own violation that is now on their official report I saw that another parent also recently reported them just be aware.

I would proceed carefully and with my eyes wide open about all feedback (good and bad) relating to…read morethis school. I pulled my child out after an incident where the director and ownership were not truthful to me about the circumstances of how my daughter was injured. It was crushing to feel that the village that supported me and which I relied on when my daughter was an infant would misrepresent facts to me. To be clear, this was not the first time she has been injured at the school - kids get hurt, whether at school or at home. The situation that led us to leave the school was different because what they told me about how she was hurt did not match her actual injuries and it was the second incident resulting in injury near her eye that happened around the same time the students were moved around in the morning to their assigned classrooms. On the same day of her injury, she came home with twigs shoved in the straw of her clear water bottle. The overall picture is that the staff that day just were not watching the kids closely. Check the state licensing page for recent complaints filed about them relating to their infant room and preschool room. I also have screenshots and evidence of the admin telling me stories different from what actually happened, which was documented on video. I have had a positive experience until this year (2025). That's why I am not removing my original post. However, when my daughter moved to the 2-year-old room and it was not great, and we moved her after this incident. The staff has high turnover and are not set up for success. I am not sure what has changed during the last year, but things have changed and not for the better. If you are part of a local parent group on FB, I would encourage you to look at discussions about local daycares to see unfiltered feedback about this school. Again, good and bad. Last but not least, there is video of all the rooms and activity. The footage is not continuously recorded, but it can be retrieved within a certain time frame. This may have changed or they may have changed their systems. But just know that I was told that footage was not available when I asked on the date of the incident. However, when I issued a letter of preservation, the video was suddenly available. It took almost a month for them to finally make it available for me to review. I have all of these communications documented in writing. These actions do not support the claim that they made to me that they are transparent.

Her daycare is fully licensed, and she's a fully accredited teacher who opened her own in-home program decades ago. She is incredibly sweet, patient, and nurturing, while also having outstanding teaching skills. I'm very curriculum-focused, but she blends structured academics with "learning through play" beautifully. My kids are not only learning, but genuinely happy to go every day. To give perspective, I've sent my children to private schools like Fairmont in Anaheim Hills, and Mrs. Lee honestly rises above. For someone like me who tends to micromanage and struggles with trust, the peace of mind she provides is priceless. I love that my kids come home with multiple crafts and projects each day, and she also sends photos to parents for ease of mind. Communication is excellent--she always keeps us updated without us having to ask. If you're looking for a safe, loving, and truly enriching daycare with a teacher who cares deeply about every child, look no further.
