I am writing about this childcare center nearly 7 years later. I enrolled my daughter here for a short few days before I decided to pull her out. What I am about to describe has stuck with me all of these years. In the short few days that my daughter attended here, we were in the 3 year old room with a child who was clearly on the spectrum. They were having behavioral problems with this child. Each time I would check in on the cameras for my daughter, this child would be crying. Understandably, this made the environment very overwhelming and the other three year olds would look on concerned and confused as the teacher at the time was yelling at this three year old, screaming at him, slamming chairs down, telling him to stop yelling and to stop crying, aggressively motioning what he was supposed to do or where he was supposed to lie down, etc... After the third day, I decided to pick my daughter up in the middle of nap. I had checked the cameras beforehand and saw that again the child on the spectrum had been crying and was inconsolable. The teacher decided to turn the music up at full volume during nap, as she just let this poor baby continue to scream and cry. The music was so loud, it was clearly an attempt to drown out the child. When I picked my daughter up, she was under her blanket, covering her face and her ears and clearly uncomfortable and not wanting to be there. It has already been 20 minutes of nap. On our way home, she told me the boy was sad all day and the teacher wouldn't help him and she was mean to him all day. After that, we never came back. This was enough for me after 3 days of watching the horrendous care of this child. On the first day when I noticed what was happening with the other little boy, I notified the director and her excuse for how they were handling the child was that the parents refused to acknowledge their child was on the spectrum and needed help. While I'm sure there may be some truth to that, what I witnessed and what I experienced as a parent was absolutely heartbreaking. It has stuck with me for many years and after seeing many more stories about children on the spectrum being abused in centers like this, I felt I needed to make sure this was out there. There is another review mentioning abuse from this facility and I have no doubt this allegation is true. What I witnessed in those few days did prompt me to call CPS, but without proof they refused to take my complaint seriously and encouraged me to report this center which I did. Clearly, though it did not help. Please beware. Go somewhere else. read more

I really enjoy sending my child here. I toured other nearby daycares/montessori/reggio emilia style daycare and I'm really happy we chose this one. It's a really clean facility, well taken care of. The playground is large and tidy everyday. Great value, lots of options for different needs. The staff is great, professional, responsive, and kind. I love that safety is taken very seriously. Many gate codes to get in, not on a busy street, safe neighborhood, you can live stream the classroom, they keep you updated throughout the day. In 2017, I was looking for a daycare to help with my first child. I lucked up and found Childtime in Orange. And while this center is part of chain, all sites are not the same. Now I have 2 children attending this daycare and it so great to find a great place for my kids. The curriculum is exemplary, my daughter is 4 and she can count, write letters, and she knows a few yoga poses...lol! The program is well-rounded with academics, practical knowledge (calling 911, visits from the fire department, etc.), recreation (soccer, etc.), linguistics, and cultural diversity. As a working mom, finding a daycare that provides nutritious meals and diapers (wipes) is an excellent perk, one less thing to worry about. I also love the technology I can communicate to the teachers directly. The app allows for teachers to log naps, meals, and observations. The teachers send me pictures and updates throughout the day, it is so nice to stay connected with my kids. The live camera feeds are also great. Now, the most important part, the staff and teachers. From day one I have felt so welcome by the staff and teachers. They are all integral in my children's overall development. Ms. America and Ms. Dianne (site directors) are excellent. Any concern or question, I have had over the years has been immediately addressed. For example, with my youngest child I wasn't ready for him to transition out of the infant room and they understood and addressed my concerns with compassion and care. Ms. Jen (who was my daughter's teacher twice) and Ms. Melanie were single-handedly responsible for potty training my daughter when she refused to use the potty at home. Before my daughter was 3 she knew her colors and shapes, including a rhombus...lol! I appreciate the efforts Ms. Karina and Ms. Elsa have made to get my daughter ready for kindergarten. Ms. Kanice, Ms. Yesenia, Ms. Jessika, Ms. Liz, and Ms. Maria have been so great with my son. He says a full list of words, loves books, and plays great with others. As an educator, my schedule changes through the year and Childtime has always been able to accommodate my changing schedule. First Time Mamas! Going back to work after having to find someone to care for your newborn was the most stressful thing EVER. We toured many facilities and ended up enrolling our 5 month old in Childtime in early February. We have been there three months now and I wouldn't change it for anything! The teachers care and love on our sweet Colton like he is one of their own. How do I know that you ask? Part of enrolling your child here is that you are able to watch your baby all day if you would like on their cameras. That was the initial thing that put my husband and I at ease is that we could check in on him when we are missing him and see how he is doing. The first month was hard as his body and immune system were adjusting to being around a bunch of kids (but this would happen at any daycare facility). Ms. America and her staff were very compassionate about him being sick and our of daycare a lot but always checked in on him through their message system, the brightwheel app. I absolutely love the brightwheel app (which is the communication system between the teachers and parents) this tells me when he last ate, when he has a diaper change, when he naps. It is SO convenient when I pick him up I can see when he last ate so I know when to feed him next. Or I know how much he napped throughout the day to see if he will go to bed early. The app is seriously the best! The infant teachers have such a special heart and are one of a kind, and babies don't lie! Every morning when I go to drop off my son he is giving everyone the biggest smiles and even reaches out to them to be held. We love Childtime of Orange! It's a beautiful daycare with kind and loving staff and teachers. Our daughter has been attending Childtime for more than a year. She started in the toddler class and has transitioned to early pre-school. Ms. Liz, Ms. Maria, Ms. Jessika, and Ms. Natalie were incredible with our daughter in the toddler class! They helped her adjust to daycare, walk and eat independently! They always had cute crafts and activities going on! Ms. Cherie and Ms. Melanie helped with transition to early pre-school! Our daughter would cry at drop off, but they gave her the love and support she needed to adjust to the new class. During the transition into early pre-school, Ms. Cherie would provide daily reports on how our daughter was doing and would comfort her until she felt comfortable to join the rest of the class. Ms. Melanie is a kind and loving educator. She gives great tips on child development and potty training. Most recently Ms. Jillian sent us a note about her observation during nap time and made sure that our daughter got a restful nap. The school is clean and cute, with lots of toys and a very large outdoor play area. There are always holiday activities, lots of photos, crafts and summer camp. Ms. America is doing a fantastic job running this beautiful daycare. All our our questions and concerns are promptly addressed with the outmost respect for our family. Ms. Dianne is always there to assist with anything we need. Ms. Gina, the chef, makes sure the kids get yummy and nutritious meals. The curriculum fosters an environment for learning. At the age of two, our daughter is speaking in sentences, counts, knows colors, the names of her teachers and classmates, and lots of songs that she sings to us on the way home. We have a peace of mind knowing our daughter is in a safe and caring environment. As first time parents, it was very hard when it came time for us to leave our daughter at daycare when we went back to work. We had been with her every day since she was born, and now we were going to leave her with strangers. We were initially drawn to ChildTime of Orange by the lovely residential campus in the hills with lots of nice nature space and the fact that all the rooms were set up with webcams which would allow us to check in and see how our daughter's day was going in real time. As new parents, this was very reassuring. What came to be much more important than this, however, was the care and attention that our daughter received from her teachers. We were so grateful to see the interest they take in each child. They were very willing to help us figure out a routine that worked for our daughter when she was having difficulty napping at daycare, and they were always monitoring her individual progress to keep us up to speed on her development. I am so impressed with and deeply appreciative for the compassion and patience that the teachers show toward the children every day. It's a relatively small community. The director is wonderful and personally knows all the families, and most of the teachers know the names of most of the children (even those who aren't in their class). We never worry about our daughter when she is at ChildTime. We know that she is being well cared for, and we always look forward to seeing what new things she learned that day. I have had and still have my kids going to this location. Trust me, there are other cheaper locations near here, but you get what you pay for. There are more pricey options available as well, but just because you pay more doesn't guarantee you that it'll be a good fit for you. I started coming here when Ms.Laura was the director. Since then she has moved on to a different school. Then her Assistant director, Ms. Jamie, became the director. Then Ms. America joined the family. All these directors brought their friendly self and imparted such a warm and welcoming community. Ms. America has taken it many steps further and really made this site so home-y and very cute and so welcoming . As soon as you come in thru the passcode protected gates (that's a plus!) you'll notice very rustic-chic decor and neat outside toys for the kids to play with. She really transformed the vibe of the school. She's amazing. You'll also see Ms. Dianne in the office as well. She is amazing and will answer any amount of questions you have because she truly understands that the parent needs to feel that their child is safe and well taken care of in order to leave them in the care of others. She's so fun to talk to and is quite the multitasker. Did I mention that the staff here, especially Ms. America and Ms. Dianne actually legit want to get to know you and your name? I've been to other schools where the directors don't really care who comes in because they just see $$$. That is NOT the culture here. You'll see them greet the parents by their first names and just make it like a big family. Love this welcoming and loving Vibe!! Next, this place has a fully functioning Kitchen!!!! I repeat, a kitchen!!!!! This means your kids foods won't all be just takeout pizza or microwaveable food because let's be real, if I'm trusting my kids in the hands of others, I want them to eat a nutritious meal. I'm not talking about all organic and farm-raised, but a delicious and well balanced meal. You are going to get that here. They have a weekly menu put out so that you know what your kid is going to eat. I have been to other places where they only have a microwave. Blah! No thank you. You walk in and you'll think "dang, what are they eating?! Smells so good!" Haha. For all you techie parents /grandparents/guardians /babysitters - you can also download an app to WATCH your kids!! That's right! Take a quick peak during work or lunch to check in and see how your kids are doing. You also get updates on a different app and pix and videos that the teachers take throughout the day. If you have a question for the teacher or Ms. America, you can send them a quick message on the app too and their response time is great. No more having to sneak out of work to make a quick phone call. What I love about this place is that they have an open door policy. Meaning at any point you wanted to check in on your kid, you could. That was pre-covid. I'm sure you still can but you have to follow new pre-cautionary rules. Speaking of covid, all the staff here wear masks. Even when they are by themselves they are masked up. The staff has always been great about making sure the kids wash their hands after playing outside, and before and after eating. During covid, the staff made extra sure kids were washing their hands really well. Teachers are constnetly disinfecting high touch areas . I feel safe here. I always have because I know that I can trust the teachers to look after my kids . You know how hard it is to drop off your kid and just go if they are hanging on for dear life on your legs? Other daycares won't even let you go in and say bye "out of the best interest for the child ". Puh-lease. If my kid is crying, I will take the time to reassure them, give them hugs, and then you'll see me bolt out of there to not be late for work. LOL. The teachers here are all so loving and nurturing. Childtime of Orange has exceeding all of my expectations. We searched for months to find a daycare that my husband and I felt comfortable at to have our sweet daughter in and the moment we met Ms. America and Ms. Loren we knew we found it! We heard that Ms. America was the new director of that location and what an amazing job she has done. The small details she adds to the monthly decor makes you feel at home the minute you walk through the door. Ms. Loren helped us with all of the paperwork, answering all questions we had since this was the first time starting our daughter in daycare. Our daughter started at this location in the 1's classroom with four teachers. Ms. Erin, Ms. Rebecca, Ms. Karina, and Ms. Ana all played a key role on our daughters development in that class. They helped to transition our baby girl off of a pacifier within two weeks! Our daughter is now is the 2's class and absolutely loves it! Ms. Jen is her main teacher and is so kind. She takes time to give a detailed end of the day update when we pick her up and really takes the time to get to know each child. We thought the transition would be difficult but she is loving every minute! In all classes they have a set schedule with tons of outdoor play, dancing, reading, learning activity, and snack/meal times! We love this location because the teachers all work together and enjoy their jobs. Added benefits are definitely the "brightwheel" "watch me grow" apps! We are able to see our daughters nap time, eating schedule and occasionally photos and videos of their daily activity. We signed her up for weekly soccer classes (an extra class that is offered at this location) and they make sure to send photos and updates of her improvements! The app has an area for messages where we can ask how my daughter is doing or simply give them a heads up on an early pick up that day. Overall, we cant thank this location enough. Just wanted to give a shout-out to the entire staff at this facility. Our son was enrolled here after having some issues at another facility. Little did we know that this was a blessing in disguise. The teachers and director, Ms. America, are great. They communicate very well on a daily basis and are quick to address any issues that arise. Ever since being enrolled here, our son seems to be in a much better mood and is always eager to share his day with us. We've seen a rapid improvement with his academics. We love the fact that the play area has wood chips instead of sand. This makes it much easier for cleanup. All of the children seem to be very close to each other and always give each other hugs when leaving. Whenever we pick up our son, there's always a teacher nearby watching closely to minimize accidents. We plan to enroll our newborn here as well as the entire staff seems very trustworthy and personable. Our son is currently enrolled in the Summer Camp at this location. It's great seeing all of the different activities and themes that occur each week. After reading the schedule of activities, I think I was more excited for my son than he was! We were originally at another daycare (that I wasn't very excited about ) and it had an overnight flood that caused it to close for a day. I was in a pinch and called around to find last minute care. Child Time of Orange came through! After a 1 day visit I was obsessed. I am a first time time mom with a 6 month old. I wanted to feel excited about where I was leaving my new baby and this location checked all of my boxes. 1. Super friendly staff. All of the staff greet us every morning by name. They all have positive attitudes and enjoy their jobs. 2. Awesome learning activities for kids The infant room does painting activities, outside time, and numerous activities for their sensory development and growth. 3. Eating I really wanted to get my child to start eating solids and enjoy time to taste new foods. They encourage and help my child explore foods daily at lunch and snack. 4. Space This daycare had the biggest space for infants than any other daycare I had visited. The kids can really be in their own areas and not feel on top of one another. Our daughter is almost 11 months old and I can see how advanced she is for her age and really give most of that to her teachers here. This daycare is 30 minutes out of my way each morning but the secure feeling I have leaving my child here everyday is extremely worth it. Ms. America and Ms. Loren do a wonderful job of running the overall operations and I couldn't say enough good things about Ms. Denise, Ms. Kenise, and Ms. Elsa in the infant room. read more

EXCEPTIONAL, AMAZING, WONDERFUL!!! Childtime of Orange is the absolute best! I am so thankful to have found this place for my son who is currently in the Toddler room. We didn't have a very good experience at a KinderCare so we were very cautious about placing our son in another daycare and we focused on all the details to make sure our son was in the best hands. First off, the facility is beautiful and in a very safe location. The playground and the classrooms are clean and tidy. I love having access to the cameras in the room so I can check in on my son throughout the day. The teachers send photos and updates on meals, diaper changes, naps and activities through the Bright Wheel app so I know what's going on in real-time instead of finding out at the end of the day. The program has a structured curriculum so my son is constantly learning new things. But what we love the most is how kind and supportive the Director and teachers have been to us and our son. Big thank you to the Director, Mrs. America, Mrs. Loren and teachers, Ms. Maria, Mrs. Liz, Ms. Lily, and Ms. Jessika! You are all so wonderful! I highly recommend this daycare center to everyone. 1 star because I loved it for my 5 year old but sadly not for my infant. Multiple workers were speaking about my son because he was EXCLUSIVELY breastfed and did not take bottles so naturally wanted more one on one time with someone. I understand babies cry I had no issue with him crying all day because it was a new transition! And babies cry ‍ I was given attitude and talked down upon for giving my baby sippy cups (recommended by our pediatrician). I was told "some of the moms give their babies bottles at home but bring sippy cups so we have to deal with the transition, so can you bring in bottles?" - stated Liz "we all wanted to know, do you carry your baby too much. I had too many babies today, that's a lot and that is why your baby is crying all day long because you hold him too much at home" -stated by Yesenia. you cannot carry an infant too much. It seems as though this facility allows their workers to implement their old-style parenting habits. It also allows their workers to feel so overwhelmed that they have to complain to the parents. The director America Lopez was notified in how I was being spoken to and SHE ADMITTED THEY DO NOT HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH infants and SIPPY CUPS. So shed rather try to keep getting tuition rather than admitting this facility WASNT for my infant. The director was made aware on different occasions about three different comments that were said to me in a negative way. The director did not apologize to me and brushed me off by saying she would get back to me. It has been a full 6 workings days and America Lopez the Director has not called back to have a conference call with anyone in regards to the situation as she stated that she would do on 08/13/2021. I was really upset when we visited Childtime in Orange. We were looking for a new daycare as we were moving in to the area and saw that Childtime was close to our new home. After setting up a visit with them, they were very welcoming up until the point of visiting the rooms to where our son was going to be at. First off, we weren't allowed to enter the room for some odd reason and were only to see inside the room for the outside, looking in through frosted/tinted windows which made it hard to see inside. It was kind of odd how they set up the viewing that way. Second, we weren't able to interact with the teachers and ask them questions. We would have liked to talk to the individuals who would have been potentially taking care of our son. How do you expect us to make a decision for a place that will take care of our child for 6-8 hours a day and not interview those individuals that will be providing his care? All the other daycares we have visited has allowed us to speak to the teachers and get to know them and ENTER IN THE CLASSROOM; and not see them through the window like a fishbowl aquarium. read more

Do not put your child in the Childtime of Orange . The children are being abused everyday by the most unkind teachers .. Stay away from Ms Jens and Ms Melanie in the 2 to 3 year old ... these two woman constantly scream at the kids . It appears that they get very angry when the little ones make their lives a little difficult by just being 2 year olds ... The live camera has no sound so you would never hear the constant yelling . I sat so many times in the class during lunch with my 2.5 year old and I was shocked to see how children are being treated . They would leave them cry for a long time with zero empathy. You would question if they are human or just working machines !!! . Ms Jen barley said hello or good morning to me or my daughter upon arrival in the morning.. This is just basic human manner. I caught her on the camera pushing my daughter back because she wanted to grab a toy from the basket during clean up time , my little 2.5 year old daughter fell on the floor and Ms Jen didn't even bother to help her get up. Best job I have EVER had! I truly love it here, at ChildTime, of Orange. If I still had a little one, he would be here for sure. I love my job so much. I look forward to coming to work every day. If I didn't have my dog at home waiting for me, I would stay till closing time. I open the school every morning, I love seeing all of the children. The staff, Miss America, and Miss Lauren are truly THE BEST PEOPLE!! I have never had the privilege to get to work with such a loving, truly good hearted, caring, kind, helpful, and trustworthy group of people before. After 4 hours of paperwork, I enrolled my 10 month old infant in this child care facility. The staff was very friendly and indicated that they would follow our at home routine. Our routing included two naps daily at 10am and 3pm, after which she would wake up and take a bottle and then eat lunch and dinner, respectively. I've spent the last 10 months working on achieving a good night's sleep and teaching my infant to fall asleep on her own, so she gets placed in the crib at nap time when she shows indications of being tired (rubbing eyes and fussiness). I stayed for a few minutes after drop off and watched as other parent dropped off their children- I saw a lot of runny noses but that is what I expected and I knew came with going to daycare. There weren't too many kids, I think 3 in the 'immobile' baby area and 5 in the 'mobile' area and there were 4 employees working. The staff indicated that I could come by any time and that it was encouraged. I came back at 1pm knowing that she would be up from her nap and finished with lunch to 'check in'. When I came in, the staff walked over to her and picked her up and I could see that she was upset. 'She's doing great!' they told me. I took one look at her and said that I thought she looked tired. 'oh', they said, 'she hasn't taken her nap yet. She fell asleep in her high chair while eating lunch, but when we moved her to the crib, she woke up'. What?? I thought, I asked them how come they didn't put her in the crib at nap time and they indicated that it was a 'licensing issue' and that babies had to fall asleep out side of the crib and then placed in the crib once asleep. I was in disbelief - I had never heard this in touring any of the day care facilities or when I provided my instructions. I looked around - there were babies passed out on the floor and other ones screaming in the arms of the workers as they tried to rock them to sleep. No babies in the cribs! I couldn't leave her there in those conditions! Luckily, I had someone that could watch her for the rest of the day and I took her home before returning to work - she fell asleep in the car and slept for another 3 hours at home. The 'cake topper' was that they didn't follow my feeding instructions at all...they gave her a bottle at 9:45am and lunch at 11:30am (not that I would want her to go 6 hours without eating but it just further supported that this wasn't the place for me). I told Laura (Lead Director) that I wouldn't be returning and that I felt that it was misrepresented to me that they would follow our at home routine. She indicated that it was a state 'licensing issue' and beyond their control. I asked Laura where in the licensing that it indicated this because I could not believe that this could actually be a CA law and she indicated that she didn't really know and that she had been doing this for 12 years and that's what she's been told. 6 hours cost me $135 enrollment fee and $120. I have received no follow up calls or apologies and no offer of a refund. I couldn't believe this - I told this story to my friends with infants and they were in disbelief. They asked their daycare centers and all of them said they had never heard of this. I called other daycares that I had toured and they said they had no problem with following the routine. I called the Child Care Licensing Regional Office (714) 703-2800 and the 'Officer of the Day' indicated that they probably got fined for leaving a child in a crib crying and had taken it to the extreme of not allowing children in cribs awake. I think they thought I was exaggerating.... I'm writing this review not because I'm angry, sad or anything like that. I whole heartedly feel so bad for the children left at this facility and the parents that are reaping the ramifications of having to rock their infant to sleep every nap and night because their child will not learn how to sleep on their own. read more

Our 6 month old baby has been enrolled in the infant program at Childtime Orange for a few months and we are very happy with our decision! All new mothers are nervous about brining their child to a strange new place because there are so many unknowns. The truth is NO childcare option is perfect...not even staying at home and taking care of your OWN baby 24/7 would be perfect! We felt like we made an educated and conscious decision taking our baby to Childtime Orange, fully knowing that there would be bumps in the road and that we would need to be flexible. Initially I thought: I'll give it a month and see how it goes. The first week was VERY rough for me...and actually not in the emotional sense (I wasn't crying or sad, etc). It was rough for me going back to work knowing how much $ I would be shelling out for daycare. It was rough getting into a new routine and rhythm. It was rough realizing there were administrative details I would have managed differently our first day dropping our daughter off. But guess what? That's life! We 100% knew our baby would get sick at daycare...I feel like you might be living on another planet if you don't have this expectation going in. I can tell all moms this: trust your gut and trust your observations. I visited this Childtime location and hung out for an hour prior to my daughter's first day (it's encouraged). I got to know the girls and watched how they treated the children. I still watch for the same things literally every day, and most importantly, I pay attention to my daughter's mood... She is SO HAPPY! She LOVES her teachers and she loves her little baby friends! Her development is right on track. I get daily updates on an app notifying me of her feedings, naps, diaper changes, and activities. I am one of the most Type A people and I can tell you the staff at this location are receptive to feedback, they are patient with the children, and they are happy to help with special requests. As an update (10/4/16): our daughter is still enrolled in this program and has now moved to the toddler room. She still loves it and we do too! read more

So I am I first time mom, nervous about putting my sons in daycare as I return to work, I have weight the nanny and daycare option and am currently touring day cares. This review is only based on my tour of onetime, but I will not send my son here and highly suggest people to rethink about this place after what I saw. I have toward other places and what I saw very much frightened me. As we are touring, I heard an adult teacher yelling. When I first heard the yelling I was in the front office. The adult was yelling "sit down" at the top of her lungs. And then started scream "who did this!" At the children. She continued to scream at a group of small children. The lady giving us the tour, knocked on the window to just warn her that we were touring, but nothing else was done. These are children. This teacher lost her patience (which when caring for children you should have endless amounts of) and exploded on these children. They were no older than 2-3 years old and don't know any better and did not deserve to be yelled at and scolded the way they were regardless of what had happened. No body deserves to be spoken to that way and the fact that nothing was done about it and they were okay with what I had witnessed really put a pit in my stomach. Also, after touring other facilities the kids did not seem happy and neither did the staff based on other facilities I had toured. Not surprised after what I witnessed but wanted to share so others do not have to experience what we had today. read more

My 22 month old son has been attending Childtime for approximately 4 months now, and we consider ourselves lucky to have acquired a spot for him, as there was limited space upon enrollment. As a future educator, I am fully aware of the development stage my son is in and what is needed to stimulate his mind, and what should be avoided, to maximize his learning experience. I have seen a huge improvement in his eating habits, communication, vocabulary, and social skills. Childtime does not give the children juice ( which we all know is loaded with sugar and is extremely bad for their teeth) and also provides them with healthy food choices. They have a wonderful app which gives you, the parent, the option to be notified of specific activities your child does throughout the day. Personally, I requested notification for everything, so I know how often my son pees and goes poopy, which allows me to adjust his meal if he is constipated. :) My favorite part of the app is the pictures. It really warms my heart to see him engaging with his peers and smiling as he plays. Another plus, is being able to send them a text message instantly and receive a response within minutes. I have two other children, an 8 year old and 15 year old. Both of them have been in a total of 5 different daycares in the past, and I have learned what a good childcare facility looks like; Childtime is definitely one of them. I feel safe knowing that they have a gate key to get in and also, when they give tours to other families they don't just let them in the classroom when children are present. I was sure to attend during a time in which the children were outside playing, as to not disturb their classroom setting, and only viewed what was available for viewing at the time. I totally understand and respect them for that. Their staff is always warm and inviting on a daily basis ( which we all know can be difficult in a field that requires much patience). They are very organized and have always been understanding of my concerns. They also take credit cards, which is just another check on the convenience list for me. I look forward to watching my son blossom into a little person over the next few years under the care of Childtime and their caring staff. read more

What a fantastic place for my Child! He has been enrolled for 1 and half years, and I would sell my belongings before I would remove him from this school. He has special medical needs and dietary needs that go above and beyond a child care center! This gem was found by chance and has been a blessing to our family. The directors Miss Jamee and miss Laurin have been such a wonderful point of communication when I comes to my child. sometimes I call three or four times a day even though I have an app that will update me with pictures and notifications on how he's doing. They have worked with me during my son's medical changes and personal family complications making me feel like I have family to count on to care for my children. My son started in miss Melony's early preschool room, within two weeks it wasn't just talking to mommy it was talking and holding conversation with everyone. He grew leaps and bounds and recently moved to the preschool room with Miss Terry another blessing. Miss Terry takes the time out to make sure each child is engaging and that they enjoy their time at school. She hugs my child every toning and every evening before we leave. They care for my son like he is their own. If I could take that whole facility staff with me everywhere my son went I would. Recently I just had another baby and can't wait to enroll her into the infant room, I absolutely love the fact that people touring cannot enter this room due to the infants having vaccinations at different times. Program make sure that your child is meeting all the milestones and getting the best possible quality of care, but their care is beyond being just a teacher like having a mommy around all the time. I love this facility and my children will attend here until kindergarten. read more

My son has been at this center since he was 3 months old (he's now 2 1/2). Our experience with them has been wonderful. The environment is safe and welcoming. My son has had three sets of teachers now, in the infant room, the toddler room, and the early preschool room, and he has developed an affectionate bond with each of them. He is always having a good time when I pick him up, and he sometimes doesn't want to leave! We've been very lucky to have Childtime to help with our little one. read more

As a former employee of the this facility I don't recommend it! I worked here for about 3 years and at the beginning it was amazing! Unfortunately there was a management change and things really started to change!! They don't care about the children anymore all they want is your money! For example, when I called my former director requesting for a person to sit in the nap area with the sleeping children because it's the law and because I had a child that wasn't feeling good, all she said was "lay him on the boppy, I'll take the citation if licensing shows up"! that's when I realized it was time to go! Most of the TEACHERS not "THE GIRLS" as management likes to call them are amazing but unfortunately very limited. So if your a parent looking for a safe place to take your children please DON'T consider this school!!! Look for someplace actually worth your money! read more

I'm wondering how this place is still open til this day. It's run like a dysfunctional zoo, and I feel bad for the kids most of all. Ultimately, I just didn't have a peace of mind leaving my child here anymore because the teachers seemed disengaged and unmotivated to say the least. There's definitely a lot of improvement that can be made such as properly training their staff continually, better screening potential staff, making efforts to resolve complaints/concerns when parents address them the first time, sufficient staffing to prevent burnout/stress overload. Disorganization with payment and getting in contact with the corporate office was also another issue. Generic response, lack of regard. There were just too many issues one after another to be dealt with here, and I feel that as a parent and consumer I just shouldn't have to deal with these constant, unnecessary stresses especially since what I'm paying for is not a small amount of money. read more

This place is a major disappointment when it comes to protecting children. My child witnessed verbal abuse at this center by an older hostile infant teacher during the first week of March 2016 and there was no immediate response by the director or company. My child is afraid of that "teacher" now. He keeps calling that teacher "scary and mean" following her verbally abusive behavior. Jaime, the director and, her assistant assured me the following day that they would report the teacher and incident that happen in front of my child to California Child Care Licensing and they lied to my face and didn't do so. My child, who is a preschooler, has been crying and repeatedly saying that the infant teacher is going to hurt his mommy. Heartbreaking! Heartbreaking for a little child to witness an inappropriate staff member at this child care facility. Shockingly, and to my disgust, that the teacher was allowed to care for children again the very next day! It's sad, and irresponsible on the Childtime's part that they employ an inappropriate staff member like that teacher. read more

Our kids have been at Childtime for two years now and they love it. One of my favorite things about the school is how all the teachers no matter which class they teach know your child's name. They all know every kid and greet them warmly, even if they teach a totally different age group, they will know your child! My daughter is almost 5 yrs and she has a blast in Jr K. She goes 3 days a week but often asks to go every day. My younger son is very clingy and super shy. His teachers worked with him (and me!) to get him comfortable. Now he loves going to school (he's nearly 3 yrs ) and says "Bye momma!" and smiles, playing happily with his friends when I head out the door. This is because his teachers are so nurturing and really love and care about him. The director Jamie is great - open door policy at all times and she's really warm and you feel totally comfortable discussing anything with her and know it will be addressed. They have wonderful classes that come to the school (soccer, gymnastics, golf) that you can sign the kids up for, and they throw the most elaborate summer camp events I've ever seen. (They bring in baby farm animals one day, a train the next!) The campus is clean, shady with lots of room for the kids to run and play outside, 2 playgrounds, etc. Payment is easy peasy with direct autopay options but most of all your kids will learn and have tons of fun with wonderful devoted teachers and other great kids. I'm so happy we found this school! read more
