I been calling every 1-2 weeks for almost a year and still no repairs have been made. Our next steps are contacting the better business bureau and possible legal action.

The only issue I had with IC was the fact the construction crew left some dunnage in some of the window wells. One call to IC IMMEDIATELY remedied the problem. Fast forward to today when I called IC and talked to a very cheerful and efficient Chris. Chris scheduled John to come here in two days to inspect an issue I was having with a chimney. John arrived on time and prepared. He was on the roof for less than one minute before coming down with a diagnosis of the problem complete with pictures he had taken. Even though the problem with the chimney was pre-existing and NOT a result of IC's workmanship John will be returning next week when things dry out to make the necessary repairs AT NO CHARGE. I will never use anyone else and recommend Intermountain Contractors wholeheartedly. (I'm sticking with the fact Chris could have married so much better).

1 STAR -- I DO NOT RECOMMEND BEJAR CONCRETE DESIGN…read more We paid Bejar Concrete Design more than $130,000 to build a three-tier retaining wall system and concrete steps. Less than one year later, all three wall tiers have numerous cracks, the largest wall appears to be bowing, and one crack is approximately 3/4 inch wide. An engineer evaluated the wall and advised that it presents a serious safety concern. The concrete steps are also cracking and peeling. We have repeatedly tried to get Bejar to address these issues through BlackPine Landscaping, the landscaping company involved in the project. BlackPine has been honest, communicative and has continued trying to help us resolve the situation. Unfortunately, Bejar has not shown up to correct the problems, and our attempts to reach them have gone unanswered. Our experience does not appear to be isolated. A neighbor's driveway, installed by Bejar less than a year ago, is already cracking and peeling in numerous places. Another neighbor's concrete steps are also beginning to show similar problems. Bejar features our project on its website, but has failed to stand behind the work. I have photos and documentation of the damage and will continue documenting its progression. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Bejar Concrete Design for concrete or retaining-wall work. A $130,000+ project should not develop serious cracking, peeling and apparent movement within its first year, especially when an engineer has identified a safety concern

Demo and re-pour of a basic cement driveway…read more This was a friend of a friend referral and sadly, it did not go well. It cost over 10k since my city had to pay for it. They put in a slipe on my previously flat driveway. This was the 3rd time it had to be redone. We asked all the pertinent questions and were taken over by the SL Country Club to see a stamped driveway that looked good. Though it was nowhere near my area. That gave me pause. Next, I was told there had to be a drain and it would not ever be a problem because the water eould go out west through the drain instead of flooding my garage. We let him go to it. He did do an extra spot, so all good. Turns out, the entire driveway isn't on a tilt. Everything flows to the drain. Even places that were not flood I no amd we had no trouble with are now on a grade. I had a patio, open air, but 9t now has too much of a grade to exist. I had to remove it. I also have had numerous knee surgeries and it is difficult to navigate all the slopes. We weren't told it would be everything, or as extreme, especially in unneeded areas. But, we didn't have a choice by then. We sealed the driveway, as told, and shortly after it was poured we got a full slab Crack. We called and were told, no guarantee on that so, oh well. The driveway was flaking after the 1st winter and by the second, it had chunks coming out where the seams were. The sides have a 2 in ch drop because they didn't level it. I would absolutely not use them again. I have money to repair all of the damage​​, so I am left with a crumbling driveway. It looks awful. I took photos after that 2nd winter for documentation of how bad it was. Oh, and that no problem drain? It fills with silt, leaves, and ices over in the winter which is exactly what I said I was worried it would do. It also does mot carry the water load in the hard rain so my garage still floods. ​

When driving on it, our cars would "float" or slide around because it was a pile of gravel with 3000 lb autos. I called S.F.T. Concrete to bid on laying a concrete driveway and installing concrete forms to our RV/Trailer pad to the back of our garage and not only did they do a fantastic job, Tevita recommended we use the gravel already there to help offset the cost. They used what they needed for the driveway then took the remainder and used it for the drive path to our RV/Trailer pad to the back! They came every day and even a couple of weeks later to check on their work and check with us to see if we were satisfied. I've never had a contractor come back to see if we were satisfied or had any questions/concerns once they were done...Superb Customer Service and fantastic workmanship.

I've had a leak in my roof and I've really needed to get it fixed. I saw an ad from this company…read moreand they said that they could see if they could get your insurance to get your roof paid for through an insurance claim. I gave them a call. First off, the technician that came out was in a hurry and he didn't inspect it thoroughly because he had another appointment. He came back another day and inspected it a little better. He left some roof shingles lifted up so the adjuster could see it. When he found out that we had Travelers Insurance he was more optimistic to see if he could get the claim to go through. The insurance adjuster came out and said that because there wasn't enough wind damage on the roof and all that he could do was approve a claim to fix or ceiling for $1400. Why would I fix my ceiling until I get my roof leak fixed? The technician told me that they would try to appeal the claim and it may take up to 5 -6 months to get the appeal to approve. He also said that they would tarp the part of the roof so it wouldn't leak. Another rain storm and roof leaked again. I asked if they heard anything back from the insurance and was told by the technician that they were still in negotiations but that the insurance might stand firm in the claim not going through. I'm not disappointed but the claim, I'm disappointed that the technician did not do thorough inspections or even go into my attic or even put up a tarp like he said he would. I will change my rating if they contact me with good news or bad news. I'm not going to chase them. I'm the customer. Right now, I feel like a number.

On last count the cement has cracked in 15 places. When I contacted Dave about the problem his response was "cement cracks". When Dave says " trust me".. don't. When he says his work is guaranteed; it's only guaranteed until you give him the last payment . The cracks are only a part of the problem. They shorted the electrical line under the cement and the connection they made for the skimmer is leaking. This means the cement needs to be removed to fix the problem. Of course Dave is nowhere to be found. Save your money. Hire someone else.
