I followed the direction given to me by staff, yet that direction ultimately worked against me. When I raised my concern and asked about a discount, I observed the service technician offer the car behind me a 25% discount before they drove off. In response to my request, the technician laughed and stated he needed to consult his manager. I was then given a 15% coupon one that is readily available online to buy presented as though it were a special accommodation. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and poorly managed.
