I never heard from the driver or company, and they didn't show. The domino effect of this company not showing is crazy. I had to call in family and friends to move items to another area of the home, because the moving company is coming tomorrow to pick everything else up. We are so pleased with the service we received! Our guy, Chris, arrived on time wearing a mask. He was very polite and professional. But we were concerned because one of the items to be moved was a 37inch old school Sony TV. That thing probably weighed over 200lbs! And Chris was by himself. But that guy worked it out! He dismantled the TV and while it was still crazy heavy, he got it into the truck with no complaints. Took about 15 minutes. After agreeing on price and time of arrival (4pm), I received a call from Servant King about 4pm. He said he was leaving a job and headed to the dumps, and wanted to know if I still wanted him to come by, or reschedule. I said still come by, but I needed to leave at 5pm. He said he couldn't get here until 5pm. I asked him what happened to the time we agreed on? He said the customer offered him more work, and he accepted, knowing he had an appointment with me.
