Where they responded quickly, they were also quick to get my address without properly discussing details, why I wonder? The yelp responder (who I didn't directly contact but yelp did on my behalf when I sent out a written estimate request to another business), Pascuala (supposedly Javier's wife), kept asking me for my address. I called the number listed instead. I spoke to someone named Javier and he said he could be by at 12pm, quoted $120 flat for two couches to be removed. It is now 12:12pm and I called and called and yet no answer. I also cleared out my day for this and now nothing! Is this a scam? I checked the site and seems very strange... I don't know a business who just doesn't answer after making an appointment with someone! 12:17pm as I finish this review, and no one showed up, no one called back... Save your money kids, yelp needs to review the legitimacy of this "business." Update: They responded here even though I called them several times at both numbers! Why don't you pick up and just call back personally? Saying that I didn't give an address? lol Lies! I'm attaching screenshots of my text immediately after I spoke to Javier NOT Pascuala with my details (scratched out for my privacy)! And screenshots of my phone calls that I called them several times approaching 12pm (because you know, paper beats lies) :) Be weary of these gaslighters! 2nd Update of the day: At 1:30pm I checked my msgs here and Pascuala never called me back but msged me back here on yelp with the two numbers in an attempt to confuse me. I called (209) 645-8299 and (209) 689-6599. She sends me a private msg after I post a yelp review and says the (209) 645-8299, the number I spoke to Javier on is NOT ASSOCIATED with her business? Who cares, I called (209) 689-6599 at 10:26am right after I received a text asking for my address again... A NUMBER I NEVER GAVE MY NUMBER TO!!! So how did they get it? Now it is listed as their new number lol.... It is now 6:30pm no one ever called (not that I want them to) but in the msg that the public cannot see (I posted that too), you can see she admits and validates that Javier (her husband) spoke to me, THAT THERE WAS A VERBAL EXCHANGE claiming there was some misunderstanding, proving herself wrong... And that one of the numbers I called was in fact one of hers... I don't care at this point. She's gon keep changing her response to cover up something that her and Javier did wrong and I'll just keep updating this as she digs herself into a bigger hole of denial.. but I really hope she just moves on and learns from her mistakes so another customer doesn't clear up her whole day then spends the rest of the evening taking screenshots of yelp responses to make sure she is not being gaslit! lol
