Being in business for a long time is a fantastic achievement however the negative reviews and reality speak for themselves. Empathy goes a long way and Leigh Ann Howell is unable to comprehend or communicate effectively. We had to use the Madison Police Department as a form of communication instead of being an adult. Edit: What an odd response to make as a business to mention the tragic loss of my home on Christmas when that has nothing to do whatsoever with my review at hand. This guy showed up in freezing temps within 15 minutes on Christmas Eve. Plus he had a smile on his face! He even waited for me to pull off then briefly followed to make sure my tire was good to go! My only complaint is his tag says "I BUY JNK" yet left me for sale. (Probably bc my momma has a no refund policy) To the beautiful gmc owner-THANK YOU for helping my family and I get home safe!
