We came in with ideas, and Alfonso brought them to life while also offering recommendations that made them even better. One of our favorite parts was creating our three signature cocktails inspired by our cats. He helped us fine-tune each drink, and the final result was not only fun and personal but absolutely delicious. Throughout the planning process, Alfonso was incredibly accommodating. Our wedding required a cocktail hour bar setup in one area and then a complete move and setup for the reception bar later in the evening. He handled all of it seamlessly and made sure everything was ready when it needed to be. The drinks were a huge hit.
