The estimate arrived via email within a few days. It was a good price. He gave us an appointment within two weeks, showed up on time, finished regrouting and sealing the tile in our whole shower and tub in one day. The work was beautiful. Everything was cleaned up and tidy when he left. Such a pleasure to have a contractor who was pleasant, professional, timely, reasonably priced and does beautiful work. Would definitely hire again and definitely recommend without hesitation!

TLDR: this is a low integrity team. I flew across the country to support my dad as he was receiving medical attention. It took a lot of time and energy to be present for their help. Here's what happened. Chris and his colleague showed up late. Three minutes into our conversation, Chris asks about payment. It was disconcerting as the job had yet to start and the payment was already arranged. Nevertheless, Chris and his colleague start setting up and we start gently asking questions about their process. It was our first time experiencing their work and we wanted to learn more. In the middle of setting up, Chris went outside. When he came back inside, he shared that he spoke to his boss and that they will leave the job. They didn't think we were a fit. I was shocked and expressed frustration. He had already came by in the past and approved the job. I had traveled across the country to be there. I asked for an explanation as to why. I was blown away: he had no explanation to share other than repeating himself. At one point, as I tried to understand why, he expressed something along the lines of not feeling it. I asked to speak to his boss and he refused to share his/her name or his/her contact information. As I expressed my frustration, he started to ignore me, packing his tools, chiding me for being frustrated for him leaving the job. This is backed up by video footage, including an apology--right before leaving--from Chris for wasting my time. It seems that our basic questions triggered a fear for them of losing payment. Thus, they decided to abandon ship instead of showcasing integrity for respecting their commitment. Afterwards, I called their office, sharing the story with a manager named Jenn. She said they'd call right back. It's now more than 24 hours. No call back. I'm sorry to say, this is a low-integrity team. If you're willing to take that risk, buyer beware. They may respond to this review, trying to mischaracterize our frustration as a turn-off to them. I want to be clear: we were kind and courteous in welcoming them to our home. We simply needed help and were willing to pay. We lost time, energy, and money to accommodate them being there. They came and left with little compassion for us. This is the last group of contractors you want in your home.

I went with the lowe r quote for $500.00 which was just the area around my work island where the grout was the dirtiest. The young kid who showed up repaired several grout lines that had to be repaired but never put the grout color on. Prior to that he told me that I should have the rest of the floor cleaned to match which was another $300.00. So I paid almost $800.00 to have 9 grout lines repaired and my floor looked the same as when he came except now you can see the difference between the old grout and the few lines that are new. I complained that day and he gave me $50.00 off and after calling the company to no avail I contacted the BBB to file a complaint and Sir Grout never responded. This is THE WORST service company I'v ever dealt with! Small claims court is next.

Dave came out ON TIME to give me a more than fair (I thought) estimate, and we had our kitchen and one bathroom done. The gentleman that came to do the work was early and very professional and worked diligently and above all, "clean"!! No marks on baseboards, and virtually NO signs that he had been in my house...with the exception that our tile and grout looked NEW afterwards!! Kudos to the folks at Grout Kleen! I would, and WILL highly recommend them to friends and neighbors.

He was on time and up front about the cost... very thorough in his work and my house may have been more difficult than most with the amount of clutter he had to work around and some of the logistical challenges with having an older house. Through the process he showed me some videos and the end result of all of the dust collected throughout the house, and even went the extra step to wash all of the vent & return covers before reattaching them. We had never had this level of vent cleaning before but would definitely recommend Gary & US Air Duct Cleaners for an easy, hassle-free experience to anyone looking and we'll likely use again.

I had an experience with K Cooling and Heating which was not very pleasant. One of the A/C units in…read moremy house stopped working and I called K Cooling & Heating to get it fixed. They showed up promptly on time. They technician (seemed like a trainee) spent around 2 hours checking the A/C system and told me that a coil was damaged and it will cost around $230 to fix it. I said ok and the coil was replaced, but the A/C unit didn't work. He did more investigation and told me that a panel need to replaced he didn't know the cost. He wanted to charge $230 right away and I insisted payment can be made only after fixing. Later the same day, supervisor/ manager from K cooling and Heating showed up to verify the finding and confirmed it. They gave me a quote for $870 to replace the panel. It looked so fishy and I told them - let me do little more research and get a second opinion. To my relief I was able to find another company to fix the panel for $350. The A/C unit is fixed by the second company. Now I have an invoice for $231 from K cooling and heating, which I am going to pay - not a good customer experience.
