He then charged 118.75 for an hour's worth of labor PLUS $55.00 service call PLUS $17.80 for "trip mileage" from an address in Cadiz KY to my address in Cadiz KY. Materials cost was $45.74 for a total of $237.29. And his recommendation did NOT solve the problem. We then spent TWO WEEKS calling over and over again to get him to come back out since we were still having the problem. After multiple phone calls, we finally got in touch with somebody else at the company. The person who came out would not talk with us directly. The person who did finally take our call informed us that he was refusing to come back out because he was too busy. I have never heard of such nonsense and unprofessionalism. The next company we had to call actually fixed the problem for much less

It was a DISASTER! In replacing a horizontal natural gas heater/air handler in the attic, they installed the wrong equipment, which caused them to run flexible ductwork to align the system that SHOULD HAVE lined right up with the original ductwork. It's a DISASTER up there, AND they left a huge mess for ME to clean up! When I complained about their work, the job manager (owner's son) told me he'd have it fixed, AND DID NOTHING!!!! Also, the dehumidifier job was soooo bad, I had to tear the flexible ductwork apart and re-tape connections all back together myself. Now, two years later, it sounded like the Gree unit was having fan issues, so I asked them back, thinking it would be covered under the five year warranty. Upon their visit, they explained this was normal operation AND JUST BILLED ME $95 for the advice, never warning me of this possibility! NEVER AGAIN! Beware of this company! I'm sorry. I have NEVER been so disappointed in a company, in all my life!

Took TEN minutes in all and really did not do anything. The amount of the 10 minutes was a $75 dollar service call. When I set up the appointment I asked for duct cleaning and an AC service. I got neither! Stay away from these guys!!!!!
