Sherman came out and quoted me at $7500 and said it would be a 3 day job. 5 months later the job still wasn't complete. After making a fuss they finally came out and finished the job. All in all they spent 2 full days on it. After the job was complete, according to them, (they don't do any cleanup) the bill was over $2,000 more than the quote. The owner tried to justify it by all the hours his guys logged on this job. Again, a 3 day job that took them 5 months. I wasn't able to use the AC last year since a 3 day job that started in May of last year wasn't completed until October. We turned the AC last night 05/09/2023 and woke up to my ceiling leaking in three different spots. I called them up and they said they would have someone call me back. Two hours later I called them again and they said they were waiting for the owner to become available. It is now the end of the day without a reply from them. I have an installation contract that states they guarantee their labor. That doesn't appear to be the truth. 40 years in the business? Really? If I have to I will contact my lawyer. Tomorrow I will be getting quotes to repair the drywall in the three different rooms.

After…read moreputting my faith in them, becoming a subscriber and using them for plumbing help, I have had the following experience: I had a shower that was not draining and we called the Lee Company to come and check it. The initial two technicians who came were very nice, very honest and gave us a fair price for the repair. All that remained was for a person to come and complete the tile work. We were promised and set up an appointment days in advance to have the technician come at 8 AM. I received a call about 10 AM saying they had had a problem with the truck and had to take it back for repair. Understandable. However, at 1 PM still no one had come and no one had called. When my wife called to check, someone said that they had come to the gate of our gated community and did not receive any notice so they went away. They did not try to call me, the gate automatically caused my phone. Being in the hospital, I had nothing to do but answer a phone.. They did not try to call my wife. I am in the hospital having to deal with this stress. I had canceled my subscription with Lee Company once before, due to a concern over high pricing of parts that could be found at 1/3 the price.. This company, and these technicians knew of the predicament my wife and I were in. They did little to make things right. Consequently, the technician is now supposed to come the next day. Never mind that my wife had rearranged her life so that she could come tend to me at the hospital but other things as well so that she could be present when they arrived. This is typical of a fly-by-night company not someone with the reputation that Lee Company supposedly enjoys. Even if you reconfirm appointments, sometimes they don't come and they don't call.

Was told absolutely. It's 1:05pm and still no tech. Called and now being told it's been rescheduled for two days out. No phone, no text. Just 5 hours of wasted time. I'd get any other company besides this one. You'll be wasting your time with Lee Company.

Had my AC fixed very quickly. The time and value was excellent. I will be using Jared at Pro Force for all my heating and cooling needs in the future. I had 2 bad customer service experience with this Aire Serve franchise this year. For 2 regular…read moreservice checks, a part was needed (in the $35-$60 range each time). Each time, I was grossly overcharged. The first instance, I was refunded $150 by owner Chris who agreed that I was overcharged by his employee Aaron. The second instance I was charged $353 by office manager Melissa, including 2 service visit charges even though I only had 1 service visit. Again, owner Chris refunded me $99. Based on these dishonest experiences, I will never use Aire Serve again. This company is dishonest and purposely attempts to grossly overcharge customers.
