If you are considering a simple and inexpensive wedding, you could book with the city hall. The…read morevenue has a capacity of around 50 people. Since I had an international marriage, I didn't have any family or relatives here. So, we decided to register at the city hall. The whole process was quite smooth and fast. First, you have to purchase the marriage license. Once you have the marriage license, you can call the hotline and book the chapel. They can offer their officiant (at an extra cost) or you can bring your own. Then, you will have 30 minutes to use the venue. We were satisfied because we just wanted to register first and then have more spare time to organize another local and overseas dinner later. Highly recommended!

A five star on Yelp bares the tag line - As good as it gets! And in terms of Municipal buildings in…read morethe Greater Toronto Area - this is the nicest place for a mayor and/or Councillor to hang their hat. With it's gorgeous bright atrium coloured of emerald inside, convenient underground parking below, connection to the Art Gallery of Mississauga for culture and the fact that it opens up onto the gorgeous Celebration Square --Mississauga's City Hall encapsulates all the best parts of a major civic centre that you would expect from one of Canada's largest cities. I've lived in the GTA my entire life, have driven past the city and town halls of almost every city and town in Peel and York Region, but none compare the hybrid beauty of perfectly manicured (and clean) public space fused with modern architecture. It is the perfect homage to what Mississauga is - part big city, part suburb! The clocktower reaches into the sky high above and if the sun is just right as you stand on the border between City Hall and Celebration square, the skyline around you is more breathtaking than anywhere else you could imagine.

They were always helpful when I needed a book that wasn't at this branch but was at another branch, and seemed to love/appreciate reading to the point that it gave them pleasure that people would stop by and take out books to read. I have very, very fond memories of this library and the people working in it. The library, unfortunately, is cramped into this small corner of an office building and unless you know what to look for, can be difficult to find. However, the people who work here are just lovely and the atmosphere itself is very comforting. I read some fantastic books thanks to the librarian's suggestions and I hope this library continues to run for a very, very, very long time.

Most of the staff rely on volunteers to stack the shelf with books and dvd. Sometimes there were more staff that actual customers in the facility and yet they don't really care if you need help. Most of the time, I would drop dvd in the drop box at around 9 am and it's already 7 pm and yet they haven't scanned the returned items. It can still be seen in my online account. They often made a mistake of returning the book or dvd to the shelf without scanning it properly. They would always bug you by calling you about it and yet it's always their mistake. Library supervisor should do something about her staff. Too lenient, too relax and yet using taxpayer's money to pay them.
