He is always shorthanded because his contractors won't call him back because of the way that he has tried to do shady business or not paid them. He will promise to do your job one day, and then push it back and tell you, because it's of importance for somebody else's job to get done. He also bought building material without my permission that I never even signed a contract for him with. He fouled all the sprinkler heads in my front yard. This was after he tried to make my driveway two inches thick. He he sent multiple people over here to attempt to put four heads on the sprinklers, but they told him that was not the issue. He then butt dialed me, which was on speakerphone in our vehicle, and called me bat shit crazy as he was out, shopping with his wife looking for a bealls outlet. I was simply only repeating to him what the contractors told me when they showed up. He then hung up on me and apologized via text. He has lost all of his contractors, business partners, and everyone I have spoken to tells me they feel the exact same about him... He runs a crappy business where his employees show up at eleven thirty and leave by three thirty. They leave cigarette butts and all kinds of trash all in my yard. I am still picking up nails and screws. They have no communication whatsoever and people just show up whenever they feel like it. I have so much proof because I kept lines open through text messages.. Including the ones from the contractors, he tried to send over. He spoke badly about other contractors in our area. For example we got new gutters, and we had our yard redone... He was mad that I didn't give him those contracts and told me he didn't appreciate me having him do estimates if I was just gonna get somebody else to do it. Which is my right as a consumer. Not to mention his job as a contractor. I had at least 3 estimates for whatever projects around our home we planned to have done and he asked if he could do the job for lower bids and talked badly about other local companies to try and discourageme from using them. One was a gutter company and the other a landscaping company. If this is the kind of guy you want to do your project go for it. Found cash and paid the 80 dollars for 1 yard of mix. That is not a reasonable price for 1 yard but I needed it and thought it would be 40 for a yard when I went there. The product is decent but the service and price is dismal so it gets 2 stars.
