They came to our home which was 60+ miles one-way from their place of business and cleaned the area the skunk physically touched with a special cleaning solution and placed two air cleaning units in the house. Within 1 hour of turning on both machines there was significant improvement in the smell in the house. Within 24 hours the machines had made great progress. After 72 hours a service man, Andrew, came to check the progress, he cleaned the spot again and checked the machines. There was still some skunk smell, so we kept the machines another 24 hours. A service man came for a 3rd time after 96 hours to pick up the machines, and the smell was nearly gone. I was highly impressed with the service of this company. There service is prompt, courteous, professional, and at a very reasonable rate. And they did NOT charge for mileage. I highly recommend this business for all your cleaning and restoration needs.

I called and spoke to Sara who was very short with me saying, all the paper work has been submitted, but they keep sending it back for corrections. She informed me during our phone call that she had no idea who my insurance company was or who the adjuster was that she sends all paper work through a 3rd party. Sara also hung up on me and when I called back to talk to her, Stephanie answered the call, referred to herself as "the answering service" and refused to transfer the call.
