Shayla was very responsive each time I reached out and was able to schedule each cleaning within a couple of days of me reaching out. She was diligent in checking in during and after each cleaning, even sending me photos of the job during my first cleaning when I was not local yet. A few days after I moved in, I needed someone to clean out debris from my two fireplaces due to a chimney-removal job. Shayla was able to send Martina right over -- though we had a small snafu with the type of vacuum that Martina had on hand -- the dust from the brick was so fine that the standard vacuum didn't have the proper filter to keep the dust from flying all over the first floor. But Martina was great and adjusted her methods with the second fireplace in our second floor. A few days after that, I had to call them AGAIN because I had spilled paint on my carpet. Needless to say, I will definitely be keeping Truly Fresh on speed dial for all my future special cleanings!

Thought we might have ruined the ottoman for good, but Eco King made it look brand new, very impressed. Also impressed that there wasn't any harsh chemicals being used, no smell, and when John was leaving, I mentioned that I accidentally stained my car seat with coffee.
