I only write ok because of their terrible customer service. A lot of apologies, but they do not have great communication between the office and their field workers. I talked to 5 different people and no one knew what the other was doing. They were late and took longer than expected, which complicated my day immensely. Then they did not give specific enough instructions to the people on-site to clean the correct dryer vent, so what I asked for was not done. I had to call to get my receipt which had the wrong address on it. And, they left my AC running, which was off when they got there. And, they left lint all over the dryer which I had cleaned off that morning. You should have seen the look I got when I asked them to clean it. Each of these is a little thing, but together it was annoying at best and used up a lot of my time and energy. read more

This company came highly recommended from an HVAC professional. It's easy to see why they were recommended. They came on time, introduced themselves, got oriented and quickly went to work. They cleaned and then sanitized the ductwork, and then vacuumed any dirt they may have dislodged. The air truly smelled cleaner after the treatment. Scheduling the appointment was very easy, with a very detailed explanation of how they planned to proceed. They even offered discounts and coupons and their price was over $100 less than a separate estimate. Would highly recommend this company! read more

I would NOT recommend this company. They parked the truck right next to our door and filled the house with truck fumes. Bob was aware of the situation and did nothing until I told him it was unacceptable. He then moved the truck to the street and put hosing up the driveway into the house. This should of been done in the first place but they were too lazy to lay the hose.​ read more

I think they delete any bad results! One of their employees who worked on my ducts had a high opinion of himself and liked to argue about my sink "was not clogged" after they left. He is not as asset to Air Duct Maintenance. read more

We recently had our ducts cleaned by Air Duct Maintenance and can definitely tell a difference. We live in an old split level house and since the downstairs is underground, it would have a musty smell sometimes. We also had a Himalayan cat and his fur would be everywhere. We decided to get this service done because we have 2 small kids and we couldn't be happier. Joe and Mike were the two gentlemen that did the work at our home and they were professional, polite, and efficient. The whole process took about 2 hours and they even showed us before and after pictures. The gentleman I set up the appointment with was also polite and helpful. He explained everything they would do and gave me a price. He didn't keep me on the phone forever which I appreciated. I noticed the difference the next morning when I woke up and my nose wasn't stuffy, makes you wonder what we were breathing in!! Air Duct Maintenance, Inc., cleaned all my vents (about 30), two furnaces/AC systems, my 5 bathroom fans, and my dryer vent. They did an absolutely fabulous job. They also applied a microbial deodorizer to the entire system - which was included in their pricing (most places charge additional). I had not had this service done in quite some time, and have had 2 dogs and remodeling recently. The difference is unbelievable. The entire house smells better immediately. My dryer vent was close to dangerous levels and I had no idea (the pictures before/after were shocking)! I feel they definitely saved my house from a fire. I strongly recommend this company. I had a really good experience with this company. The person I talked to over the phone who gave me the quote was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. He explained everything that they would do, but didn't keep me on the phone forever. He even called a few days later and offered to move my appointment up when a spot opened up in their schedule. We got both our Chimney sweep and air-duct cleaning done by Air Duct maintenance group the same day. The Chimney team with Jeremiah and air-duct team with Brett as leads worked simultaneously and completed the work in about 3 hrs. I had an unfinished basement and for 6 months, I worked on remodeling it. Afterwards, I called Air Duct Maintenance to clean my ductwork. What I expected them to find was a lot of dust from the drywall I used during my remodel. Boy, was I wrong. Not only did ADM clean all the drywall dust from the ductwork, they removed toys, food, wood particles, metal, and years of soot buildup. I recommend Air Duct Maintenance to everyone. read more

I do not typically leave negative reviews but was so disappointed in this company! First of all I asked to be the very first appt. The man who took call said I would but then failed to relay that information to employees. They could have shown up earlier had they rec'd message. I missed 2 hours of work. The service men who came were nice enough. Although it was evident from onset they were in over their heads. They had difficulty bringing equipment into my house & maneuvering it. As soon as they were done I hurriedly left for work. Later that night my furance stopped working. They broke a lever off my furnace which caused it to shut off & they never bothered to inform me. Temperatures were in the teens that day. I have several rescue pets and was forced to place them elsewhere til heat could be restored by borrowing ceramic floor heaters. I called the company but was unable to reach a live person. Left several messages. They called me the next day. My son came over and installed furnace panel in a rigged manner so that I could get heat. The company did fed ex me a replacement part which I rec'd in 2 days. Later that night the furnace stopped working again-this time I pulled out furnace filter (a new one that was installed by this company) only to find a 6 x 4 dust ball. Found another large ball of dust in my upstairs bedroom which blew out of register. I thought this was why I had my duct work cleaned??? They left a long trail of screws from my back door to my parking area. I picked up ( with 3 broken vertebrae) over 100 screws in my yard. Needless to say I wasn't impressed and would never use or recommend this company. They cashed the check I wrote and that's all that seemed to matter to them. read more

Had my ducts cleaned this morning and as this was a new experience, I don't have much to compare it to. I received a confirmation phone call the day before. Two technicians arrived, as scheduled, and went straight to work. They used a truck mounted machine and connected a massive black hose to the ductwork and then used an octopus looking tool to clean the insides of the ducts. An air hose was also used. All of my register and cold air return covers were removed and cleaned and replaced. They suggested I purchase a new air filter in advance of their arrival and they would replace it once the cleaning was complete. The whole process took close to 3 hours so I know they did a thorough job. I have 2 minor complaints. One is that one of my planting pots that was in the basement near the furnace was broken. Its not a big deal that it was broken and, in fact, I thought I heard something break while they were here but I was on the second floor and because of the thundering noise in my ducts, I wasn't sure if the break was in the house or outside. As I said, no big deal, but what bothers me is that neither technician told me about it. I found the broken pot after they left when I went down to the basement to do laundry. My other minor complaint is that a couple dirt spots were left on my carpet where the register covers had been removed. The spots cleaned up easily with some scrubbing and a vacuum, but I feel like for the price they charged ($495+ tax) that I shouldn't have to clean up after them. read more

The guys arrived 40 mins late, we called to have them sanitize our duct work. We explained we had a musty smell from the vents. They told us they can spray and clean it, much more expensive then anywhere else. However, they "stood behind their work" and they have the best equipment etc. Well.....the guys that came were very nice. However they left debris on the carpet, put vents back in the wrong place (you could see the different colors from paint), chipped the drywall/paint and some vents they didn't even put back on. We get there is mistakes, but when we called the owner Paul told us it couldn't have happened. We sent pictures, no sorry or anything.., just excuses. We had to clean up stuff and he stated that he could have sent a crew out to fix it, a day later. We have little kids. Would you want debris on the carpet or them to get hurt or fall in a vent? He called us arrogant. We told him we didn't want anything more to do with their company and will never use them again. ps the smell was still there, we had to call a different company to truly clean it. This company doesn't do what they advertise and they do NOT stand by their work. Safe yourself time and a lot of money, go elsewhere. We spent almost $800 and our house isn't even that big and it was brand new. For that price you shouldn't have to clean up after them. read more
