The most important factor to them was the fact that my house/family was safe. Then to top it off, while working to diagnose the issue, they genuinely seemed like down to earth and very approachable. That is until the job got technical, then you could tell how much knowledge they had as they were able to diagnose the problem and rectify it in a very short time frame. We lost power on one side of our house...on a Saturday night. I left a message & got a call back not long after. The owner told me he had a new hire, young kid but super knowledgeable & very professional. Said he would send him out the next day, Sunday. I thought this was going to cost a fortune. The young man stayed until he found the problem and fixed it. My husband and I both feel the pricing was fair and the workmanship was excellent. We had an electrical problem with lights flicking in our fairly new home. We were concerned with our safety and reached out to B&K on a Labor Day holiday to give us some safety guidance. Bill came out the very next day and resolved connection problems and replaced an outlet in one of our bathrooms. Service was timely and professional! Bill and his crew were very knowledgeable and professional. They upgraded my 50 year old electrical box plus ran new outlets to my garage, dedicated lines to my microwave and fridge, and replaced 2 outside receptacles.
