They had to disconnect the washer and dryer and re-connect, everything was done correctly and worked well when they were done. The new floor looks wonderful and it was hassle free with Humble Carpet. Well, an assault landed him in jail. When he got out, he came to our house and said he knows he owes us the money. We even gave him a power washer to help him make money. We even said he could do some things to work off what he owes. He decided not to do that. He know won't pay us back and has blocked me. Not a good person.

Great Service! Excellent Work!…read more I had a VCT floor that was not buffed or waxed in roughly 20 years. The old coat of wax, originally applied, was worn off and nonexistent. This VCT floor, in a maintenance office, was faded, stained and looked beat up and worn. I contacted Sam, the owner of Rhone Floor Maintenance, for stripping and waxing services on this floor. I was very pleased with previous work that Rhone had done on other floors in the Building. Sam was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining the process, of what needed to be done to revive this floor. He stripped, scrubbed and applied multiply layers of wax on this floor making it look almost new. The best part about Rhone's work was his attention to detail. Sam was very meticulous, thoroughly cleaning all corners, wiping off the cove base and covering all to make sure there was no wax splashing on edge strips, cove base and built-in furniture. Sam Rhone Flooring did a great job for a great price!!! I will definitely call him back for future work or refer him to anyone needing floor work done. Well he threw in a $100 service fee to add some extra kinda enzymes that keep mold from coming back for 3 yrs gaurenteed. I said I wouldn't leave a review till 1 exact year later to see if my annual mold has come back and to my surprise ... NONE! Like At Alllll. So thats a huge relief im not spending the money that normally was a given gaurentee every year ($350 with the worst of all. Get what you pay for. Cheap Garbage results. I've paid up to $900 in 2018 for the same and mold was right back following spring. Usually went with Mike's premier wash (no longer open [hmm sounds right wasn't the best nor the most happy I was to settle for but I refuse to spend 2k+ on the equipment to get it done plus do the labor.
